3 months and I have yet to receive anything. Terrible.

I ordered all the components for my custom water cooling set up and had it delivered 5 days with out worry. The order was processed and shipped immediately and had the nice personal touch of a hand written letter and pen included with my package.
I would and WILL definitely purchase from Petra's again.

This is my first time ordering from Petra's Tech Shop but it has been heavily recommended on the Forums I frequently visit, mainly Techpowerup.com and Ashentech.com. Needless to say I ordered on Monday and it was delivered Today in the mail. I used Priority Mail and got it in two days. I am very satisfied with them service, price and delivery. Even got a little personal note from the owner of the company (I think). Very likeable company. Will defintely order from them again. In Fact, I already have, Purchased a Laing d4 vario pump, with Tygon tubing and soft gel pad.

Needed some Nuke-PHN Biocide for my liquid cooling setup, originally just wanted one bottle but after seeing the shipping charge went ahead and got 2 to justify the doubled cost with the shipping. Other than that I had no problems, product arrive quickly.

First off, my order date is correct except the order was in 2007. I was cleaning my room to find this wonderful hand written note from an employee thanking me for my business. I am so glad I found this. I was touched. A business and employee who/that TRULY cares about you and your business. I WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN FROM THEM. 11/10! GREAT!

Finally a store that sells Arctic Cooling MX-2 compound for the lowest price on the net including postage and the best part is the ultra fast shipping, I received it the very next day after ordering it.

I ordered from petrastech around $900 or watercooling stuff. They were fast enough to process my order. They are very strict when it comes to ordering by credit card if the shipping address is different from the billing address. So I suggest people who plan to do this, inform their credit card company and have that shipping address be authorized by the card holder to avoid order delays. My package was shipped very well in a big box with lots of protection foam to avoid shipping damage that may occur. All items was working 100%. Also Prices are very competitive especially when they put an item to a sale price. Very Good and Very Honest People. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a $5 item which was shipped the next day. I received my item two days later with a nice note thanking me for my purchase. Great service and fast shipping! Can't wait to purchase more from Petra's again.

I have received every product as described, in a timely manner, and the product was to my liking.

Outstanding service as always, however there was one thing missing, I have ordered several times from Petra's, and there was always a hand written note regarding my order and usually some clever and slightly humorous comment written on it, this time I didn't get one, otherwise, great service and will order again!

Ordered on a Sunday, received on Thursday using standard UPS shipping! Absolutely satisfied. Included was a personal thank you note... a nice touch that leaves a warm fuzzy. Will happily order from again.

They have good prices and they had my order shipped within one business day.

The short and skinny is that Petra's Tech Shop is not a 10/10 but an 11/10.

They shipped me what I ordered (10 fans) the day after ordering and it arrived in -very- good packaging. I had a hard time locating the fans, and they were the -only- place I could find that had them (I even tried looking at Yahoo! Japan auctions). They also have very good customer service: they even included a pen and a hand-written note (!_!). You cannot beat that.

I ordered my water cooling system in the morning, it was shipped at noon, arrived 2 days later
I ordered 2 different orders in half an hour, paid for shipping twice but they combined my ordered together and saved me the shipping charge on the second order

I ordered two DD SLI stubby fittings and I received a personal call from the actual co-owner to confirm the adress. He also suggested cheaper shipping that would arrive to me at the same time!! The order was accompanied by a handwritten thank you note! It only took one business day to receive my order after it shipped! I plan to order a few more watercooling parts from them this week! I am very satisfied :)

I didn't buy anything too expensive--just a 4-gram tube of Arctic Cooling MX-3 thermal paste--but I have to say I was impressed with how fast it arrived.

I ordered it 8-10-09 at 2:30 AM local and it was at my house 8-11-09 when I came home from work. Item was just as described and works better than a charm. A tad pricey, but it's a new product. Won't fault them for that.

I didn't interact with the support people much--I had no need to--but they seem friendly enough. I even got a handwritten note thanking my for being a customer with them.

If I need some quick cooling solutions, I'll be sure to look into them.

I needed some thermal paste, quick and cheap... i look at there list and found a 30g tube of MX-2.. at the bottom it recommended that if that was my only item that i should do USPS First Class.. it cost me $1.80 to ship and took 1 day to get to my lonely town in Colorado.... i am a returning customer and will always buy my cooling solutions from petras tech shop!!! THANKS PETRA!!!!!!

I ordered on Dec 5th of 08. Went UPS ground and ordered 6 36" SATA cables for spring cleaning. Nicely packaged and all working. I will definitely buy from them again. Do not under estimate this website. Petra's Tech Shop 100% Legit
