Installer came at the appointed time and had the screen installed in about 15 minutes. The screen functions as it should. We need to check back in five years to see if it is still working.

Only sorry I didn't find these years ago...what a treat to now have fresh air and no bugs in the house! Have already recommended them to everyone I know that has sliding doors with no track for a screen door. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Installed in November 2019 and used half dozen or so times, then the LHS door began binding and snagging at the top. Called installation company and they poorly handled our questions, threatened to charge for service call and kept changing times to come out and makes repairs. We were thinking of another Phantom Screen for our front door but will seek another option!

I was so impressed by our installer. He was very courteous, clean, and helped us to understand what the process was and why he was doing what he was. We have had the screens two years and love them whenever we have to use them.

Best customer service and installation of any Florida contractor I have seen. The product is exactly as described. These guys are top notch. I would highly recommend them.

Our representative showed up exactly when he said he would for the quote and the install. He did a beautiful job, no mess left afterwards. He explained use and maintenance. Absolutely thrilled that your people show up on time and did a remarkable job.

Doug, the sales representative, provided samples and a good overview of how the screens would be fitted to each door based on inside or outside opening and the thresholds and clearance for existing new blinds on a French door. Our screen doors were ready within the prescribed time and the installer was tidy and efficient, walked us through simple maintenance and left us with a can of silicone and instructions for keeping the tracks clean and smooth running. We like the look and ease of use of our new screens and are very happy with the service.

Almost 2 months after i ordered in a Lowes store did it finally get installed. They could use many more local install techs. 3 hour drive one way? Not how i would run a business.

Paid $750 NON REFUNDABLE deposit the salesman did not explain they window system properly. Will never use this company again.

Kevin expertly installed retractable screen sets in 2 doors. We like the handsome appearance and easy mechanism of the screens. We will be buy again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Very polite installer; very considerate about my time and scheduling and re-scheduling 2x due to rain. He was thorough and showed me very clearly and unhurriedly how to work the door and what to do if I had any trouble.

Your agent in Colorado didn’t send me an invoice for over 1 year, sent the receivable to collections and then sent us a bill...and the what they installed has never worked properly

I had phantom screens for 15 years already but it was time for a refresh- instead of keeping the same ones, I upgraded to the latest model with better options. I have been very happy with the quality and length of life.

I would recommend these doors to anyone as a way to not only keep insects out but to also cool your home and save on electricity from May to October while getting the benefits of more fresh air. Easy to operate with the positive latches as well. A vast improvement over the magnetic catches as no hunting for the connection. We bought two for the new house and could not be more pleased. Installer was great and took extra time to fit them right in both installs. Thanks

Ashley was great to deal with when I booked, and she called a few days later to offer us an earlier date. Bruce, who installed the screen door, arrived early, worked efficiently, and explained everything about the door.
