Purchased an iPhone 6s (refurbished) online on a public holiday and received it less than 48hrs later! Southwest of WA. The phone is in near perfect condition and so far no problems. Will definitely recommend phonebot to others.

it was a bit of a bumber that they were out of stock on cases but the phone got her in one piece and in great working condition.

It is only early days (phone came three days ago) but the phone was delivered quickly, excellent condition, battery life great. No complaints thus far.

I was happy with the service and the phone I received, but the phone charger that came with the phone was a generic one, not the proper one that comes with the phone (does not support quick charge).

Recently bought an A grade iPhone x. The phone only came with only one small scratch on the side of the phone, but came with one major problem for me. The phone i purchased was a Japanese phone, meaning that every time you take a picture, the camera sound will go of and there is no way to turn it off.

Package arrived within only a few days, very good condition, functions well, just wish the battery lasted a little longer, but it’s overall very, very good.

Even with the current delivery delays, this only took 1 day extra than usual.

Purchased refurbished Pixel 3 grade 'A'. Product was at a reasonable price and the transaction was smooth. Delivery arrived much later than was advised, however that can mostly be attributed to Aus Post during Covid-19 times. Comparing to an 'AB' grade device purchased by Kogan, device appeard to have slightly more cosmetic wear but within expectations. The most disappointing issue found was that the device had not been sufficiently cleaned. There was plenty of gunk (not sure exactly what it was but seemed similar to ear wax) in the speaker grill as well in the microphones and Sim card slots. One other issue is that the was a checkbox for a supposed case at the checkout, which was not found in the delivery. Performance of the device otherwise has been very good although it was a little disconcerting to see the phone not in a factory reset state upon initial start up. Overall, even though I am happy with the device after fixing the issues myself, I cannot recommend Phonebot based on the experience I have had. I would be concerned that the lack of care and attention to detail would be inconsistent across their range and deliver more issues.

my beautiful iphone 6s fully refurbished in outstanding condition was ordered on a public holiday Monday and arrived 10am on the Wednesday. How amazing is hat. phone is more than I hoped for. 10/10 Phonebot.

Bought two phones which arrived in a couple days (much quicker than I expected in regional Australia). The A-grade phones were in great condition. I hadn’t been able to find the screen protectors to suit on their website, so added a comment to the order asking if they had any. The phones arrived with screen protectors installed at no cost, as well as a free phone cover. I’m very happy with the purchase and service offered by Phonebot, and would buy from there again.

The product was ordered online over the long weekend & arrived the following Thursday. It was in excellent condition and works fine.

Bought a grade phone in very good condition, disapointed the battery health only shows it will recharge to 85% though.
