On 11th April (pm) I ordered a Grade A Teak Wooden Rocking Chair (for my mum's 70th birthday) and paid for next day delivery. Having taken the day off work and waited in all day for this to arrive, the item failed to arrive.
The message from your company was that the delivery company had tried to deliver - an absolute lie seen as I didn't leave my house all day. When I spoke to the delivery company, they said that the item hasn't been correctly labelled by the company and offered me the option of driving to the depot myself to collect it!!!!! Not exactly why I paid for next day delivery.
Eventually, they agreed to deliver the item on Saturday - far from satisfactory given that my mum's birthday had then passed and I had no present to give her.
When the item eventually arrived on Saturday, I was appalled to discover the poor quality of workmanship. The arms were chipped and in very poor condition.
I requested a full refund (including my next day delivery charge which failed to deliver) and for an immediate refund of the item immediately so that it did not go out of my bank account this month. I could not afford to pay for this as well as a new 70th birthday present. I was told the item could only be refunded once they had received it back.
I was extremely unhappy about the service I have received and of the quality of the product. I would not recommend this company.

Due to coronavirus I expected a delay in delivery but as it just arrived today that makes it 13 days from order date,a little too long in the delivery time for me.I thought I could use my 25m drill bit which I have used on my other water butts but found this water butt needed a 27m drill bit for the larger hose so I used my 25m drill bit and whittled away the plastic with a penknife which did the trick in accommodating the larger hose.

Well packaged and prompt delivery,good finish on product,easy to misinterpret assembly due to pictures only,all holes lined up and able to assemble without trouble (1 person) only negative thing is the Allen key although good steel,too small to tighten unless using gloves,used one of my own to overcome.

I was very excited to receive the bench which arrived the next day, it was extremely easy to assemble and looks great. However after a few weeks mould has started to appear deep within the wood grain. I called piggygarden who asked me to try hot soapy water this didn't work, they are currently sending a replacement. Time will tell if this was a one off, I hope so as like I said I want a bench to last year's not weeks.

Easy to order, by far the cheapest price and delivered within 3 days! With the current lockdown situation causing huge delays I hadn’t expected to receive the table for several weeks; an outstanding service. Very happy customer.

I have rated it 4 stars because am happy with the overall quality of the product (except that 2 washers were missing from the assembly fittings)
I was not happy however with the TNT delivery company - my purchase was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday and it did not arrive until the Thursday afternoon so I had to take time off each day to wait in for it and I could not get information on when it would be delivered. When it eventually arrived the delivery driver was helpful and I have no complaints about him - the complaint is about the poor quality of service from the TNT delivery company.

The first delivery came to my door and the delivery driver was not willing to drive round to the side where we wanted the table. The table fitted together well, but we have found that there is some cracking especially in the knotted areas. We would appreciate advice on the best way to maintain the product
