I am a repeat customer and have never had a problem with planet bulb in the past. Half of my order was damaged on arrival this time, planetbulb was very easy to get a hold of and replacement goods are on the way. Great customer service.

Bulbs were shipped quickly (received in just three days) and packed well to prevent damage. Wish other vendors did such a good job. I'll be back for more, as they stock lots if hard to find bulbs (like the ones I ordered........Home Depot, where I purchasd the lamps has NO STOCK on the bulbs!? I was very pleased that they had the bulbs i needed in stock and were able to send them to me within two days, which was actually one day earlier than the shipping method stated! I needed some fluorescent, recessed bulbs for the kitchen, as well as fluorescent globe-shaped bulbs for the bathroom in 35k. This kind is difficult to find, especially at an inexpensive price. Planetbulb.com does not sell the 35k; the closest was the 41k, which I am very happy with. The bulbs are brighter than a fluorescent bulb you'd find at Walmart or Home Depot. Although the 41k casts a slightly cooler light than the 35k, it is perfect for kitchen/bathroom/task-lighting use. I placed my order on a Sunday evening, and the packaged arrived promptly on Wednesday, even though I had selected the standard, ground shipping. Very pleased!

I have only made one purchase, but I was very impressed with Planet Bulb. I will definitely use the again. Excellent service!!!

I called on Friday 12/30 to have a bulb shipped to arrive Saturday 12/31 (for new years eve party) - the bulb arrived on time - with Planetbulb customer service following up each step of the way...

I ordered the lamp with 2nd day delivery and received it on time. The lamp came in a box but was not sealed in plastic. Since the lamp contains mercury it should be sealed in the event of breakage and simply to keep it clean. The lamp itself is not OEM. The bulb did not have soldered wiring and was not encased in ceramic. It comes with a 6 month warranty, so the clock is ticking. I'll let you know how long the bulb lasts.
