everyone I spoke to were friendly and new what I was calling about vehicle arrived on time drivers again were good the driver of the Red van he should be given a pat on the back as he stopped at a local garage and cleaned off all the fly's and dirt so the van was spotless when it arrived

We leased two cars from you two years ago through Elliot Rach and it was an absolute dream (seamless)
When the lease ran out we didn't even look elsewhere. This time however was a disaster, the apprentice that were dealing with us asked us for the same information constantly and when you told them this they defended their selves like teenagers, saying "well I didn't get that email" We received our new car on Wednesday but still have the old one as "she didn't get that email" The whole process has taken a long time. To be honest, as a business owner I was willing to let it go and say nothing as none of us like poor feedback and things happen although I think the old car not being collected has to be the straw that broke the camels back as they say.

I've been looking for a new vehicle for months but couldn't find the right car at the right price, I'd tried a number of suppliers recommended by friends and family with no joy and then remembered Julian, a contact through LinkedIn.
New car arrived this week, the right model, in the right colour, at the right price, about a month from beginning to end.
Fantastic.

I had severe issues with the original vehicle I ordered because Audi stopped making the A4 and did not provide a build date for the next model......... I absolutely hounded Elliott and Darren at Planet Leasing and they went above and beyond with doing everything in their power to facilitate a new vehicle for me. The lengths that they went to in order to provide me with the correct vehicle that suited my needs was beyond what most companies would do. I highly recommend Planet Leasing from start to finish and love the vehicle they sourced for me.....

I went into Planet Leasing and spoke with Alex Andrews who was extremely helpful as to my needs. Once I was in a position to get and order my van he quickly found what I wanted and the deal was done. It could not have been easier.
The paperwork was easily completed and the van was delivered in good order on the date stated.

I recently used Apu at Planet Leasing to get my first lease car.
He was very patient, informative and proactive in finding the vehicle I wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Planet Leasing to help find the car you are looking for.

Car was dropped off fine however there is no guidance on what I do if my car needs maintenance eg tyre replacement, servicing (all I know is I get it serviced by my manufacturers approved service location nut no guidance on how I authorise them to pay for it), breakdown following the first year of ownership. A manual with the relevant numbers on would be useful.

I was always worried about leasing and really did not understand what needed to be done or how it worked, so i made some phone calls, one of them was to planet leasing and i spoke with a chap called jordan at the southend branch, well what he did not know about cars and leasing probably is not worth knowing he was so helpful from the first initial hello to the last call i had with him the other day when i received my GOLF R in pure white. It was so easy getting a car from them they did all the hard work it was as simple as making a couple phone calls finding out what i wanted in a vehicle and then went from there completed a couple forms online and as if by magic 4 weeks later as i had to wait for the new registration 68 plate 3rd sept my car was delivered on a low loader. im so happy with the service i have told 3 friends from the london fire brigade and they are in the process of ordering there new cars through them.

i did actually phone about and get other quotes and these guys are by far the cheapest i went in to VW and they wanted double the monthly fee i was quoted by planet leasing so i quickly walked out vwe again,

dont hesitate give them a call they are so helpful and friendly. and i love my car im so happy with it.

I felt my contact wasn’t helpful, she provided me with very little information and I had to chase several things to ensure I got an answer as otherwise I was given a number and told to find out myself.

Also there was a serious lack of communication regarding pricing for the monthly lease and I was charged £10 more than a month that was originally quoted to my dad (the first point of contact) because I chose one of the three colours options which were said to all be the same price. I would never ya e chose this otherwise.

overall it felt that any questions after the sale has been made are dismissed and the team aren’t willing to go the extra mile to help you at this point since they have made their money

Ellis who dealt with the pricing never moaned once at the fact he priced 5 different cars then priced the car we chose with 101 different options. He was very willing to help and always professional.

Amy who dealt with the after sales was lovely everytime I spoke to her and again very very helpful sorting the finance and delivery out.

The car was delivered on our chosen day at our preferred time by a really lovely man.

I have already recommended a friend and will be doing so more in the future.

Thanks for a trouble-free deal would use again without a doubt.

Overall great but communication as the process of delivery unfolds could be better.

Now my third lease car via Planet Leasing. Andrew Fox (Loughton branch) is so professional and friendly, a real credit to the company, as are the back office support staff.

I've actually had a manufacturing issue with Land Rover and I just feel so supported by Planet Leasing, helping me deal with my complaint, which they didn't have to do given that this is not their issue.

Keep up the great work.

The client services have been great, the only thing I think let them down was the delivery driver and how rude he was, Kristie was very helpfully along with Elliot. I would recommend.
