Niko (plumber) had a big job replacing solar in line booster, and upgrading cooper pipes to current 2020 standards. All refuse carted away neat and tidy. Total pleasure to deal with, thoroughly recommend him. Thanks Niko.

I needed a new toilet and it was fitted perfectly in 24 hours. Toilet looks perfect and matches the bathroom. A Very polite plumber who left no mess. Thanks Matt.

Did the job well everything working on completion of the new Rinnai 26 l continuous flow hot water
service replacing the hold gas mains pressure gravity fed hot water Lochy was efficient and friendly
explaining things as he went.

I had a major ongoing Electrical problem and found it very difficult to find the source of a circuit breaker issue every time it rained - Then Daniel came along and together we worked through the issue and found the problem which he promptly rectified - Thanks Daniel your a ledgend

Waterline had seen better days Andy done a great job coming out and doing the diagnostics. Young Freddy and Ti completing the work under house and garden tap in front and tightening my kitchen tap very decent job thanks amazing blokes

The guys from plumbfirst ,Tistan,Tai ,Stewie and Johnny finding and repairing the problem with the stormwater drain and then leaving the site clean.They are professional and punctual and will use them again

Tristan arrived to assess our old Hot Water Service - arranged for a temp replacement for over the weekend, thanks Neil. The work to put in the new HWS a Aquamax 390 was done by Ben M, he came Wednesday a.m. and with help of Charlie, the work was done fast and efficient. They did a great job, explained everything they did and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend all the guys at Plumbfirst a great job well done.

I recently had a some plumbing (down pipe, new outdoor tap) and electrical work (flood lights) completed (invoice a16448) and was very impressed with the quote and service I received.

Tregan, Adam, and Dwill were prompt, professional and friendly. My experience was positive and their work was a great standard. They completed the job in well under the time provided and communicated with me really well.

I would recommend this company highly for both plumbing and electrical work.

We had Liam G and Graham C install our new hot water system a Rheem 250L Mains Pressure replacing our old gravity fed Hot Water.
They did a great job, very efficient, friendly, explained what they did and cleaned up afterwards. If you want a good plumber we recommend Liam and Graham.

Our installer (Joel M) did an excellent job, very professional workmanship and also ensured all the pilot lights on the other gas appliances were re-lit. Also have us some very useful general advice re heating options.

Rough in and then completion of a new build as an owner builder. I cannot speak highly enough about Darren and his very experienced team. When additional support was needed an electrician would just appear. Everything was taken care of with no fuss. Parts missing from the new hot water service that I purchased, Darren just liaised directly with the supplier. Extra jobs completed too. I would recommend these guys with 100% confidence.

Needed two toilets replaced, a whole days work. Blaine was here on time and completed the job with the utmost professionalism and skill, problem solving as he went. Stopping to show his progress and then coming back the next day in his own time to silicone the second toilet, as he didn't want to leave us short.
Found a great Plumbing service now and will not be using anyone else, highly recommend them to all family and friends. Thanks so much Blaine.

I called Plumbfirst for advice on a blocked drain on Friday . After discussion Matt arrived in the afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He advised me that the drain needed replacing due to root damage & broken pipes. The work commenced the following Monday morning. Joel and Gavan arrived on time and had the job completed by Tuesday afternoon. They were very courteous and helpfull during the repair, thanks Plumbfirst for the prompt service.

I had John Kennedy or Johnny as he is known as, come out today to fix up the sunken hole dug up for sewerage pipe replacement a few weeks back by Matt and Misha. Although I initially thought these boys did a great job and I gave them a positive review, they actually didn’t fill and throughly compact the huge hole they dug up.
Johnny had a look at it and said it was very bad and that he was going to fix it up. He went out and got the top soil and came back and took such great care in making sure the hole was in fact throughly filled right up. He took his time and wouldn’t leave until it was perfectly done. I’m so totally impressed by the care Johnny took in doing a great job for me. He cleaned up so well too and made sure everything was left in great order. Johnny was really friendly as well as kind and caring. I highly recommend Johnny because he really did take the time to make sure his work was done perfectly. Thank you so very much for your impeccable work!

Our plumber Joe M. fitted our boiler unit with extreme precision. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very polite. The system is working perfectly, I'm so happy. A big thank you also to apprentice Charlie. So lovely and respectful and friendly. This crew is excellent, they turned up on time and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

We had a faulty hot water service and had Joe install the new one that same day.
I’ve also become a member since using this company for the 3rd time in a the last month and the professionalism of all tradesmen are next to none. I won’t be using anyone else. Great work Joe, and Ryan who did some electrical work for us as well. Thank you

15 minutes jetted drain cleaning cost $380 or pay $49 for quote for nothing it is very tricky forget about$79 drain cleaning. job completed by less than 15 minutes as grease cleaned.
