Ordered online Sunday night, delivered following Friday, which is amazing in these difficult times. I am an elderly female customer but I managed to follow the instructions and my beautiful Zodiac Pool Cleaner is hurtling around my large pool as I type!!! Very happy Jan!

I have used Pool and Spa Warehouse for the second time now and found both times they gave rapid and exact product delivery with the minimum of fuss that seems rare these days , great job guys .

They sent an email confirmation of the order, and another a day later from an owner thanking me for my order and within a week dispatched it not like another website which I found too late has terrible reviews (TP) where I had to get my PayPal money back. I just fitted the cell and it works BETTER than the original, they probably need to put a note in the delivery explaining how to remove the template that supports the original - it was VERY difficult to remove - I needed a puller but used a plumbing adjustable pliers with a 5mm thick piece of wood to protect the casing. Also a new o-ring would definitely bring the customer back.

The actual ordering was excellent , overall service was let down by the delivery which took 2 weeks from time of despatch. Even with the increases due to the current situation this is unacceptable , and different items ordered through others arrived within a week from similar despatch locations

I didnt finish my order i was called snd fixed the order was because i mistakenly ordered parts of pool cleaner that i did not have so the rep was excellent he sent me the return details which i did not to pay but then i ordered the pool cleaner and decided to keep the parts

I have shopped through Pool & Spa Warehouse for 6 years and have always found them to have the latest in Pool Supplies at reasonable prices. Checkout is hassle free. Communication on where your delivery is at is also exceptional with fast, secure delivery. I highly recommend using this site for all pool related purchases, it'll save you money as opposed to buying through your local pool store.

I had to followed up on a delivery that was overdue, and the 1st customer service attendant was very helpful and followed up, but sadly, i still had to follow up again as it was taking so long, and this time the other customer service attendant, was not helpful at all, and i was told again they will follow up, well i heard nothing back from her, luckily i finally received my delivery on a Sunday afternoon, i'll shop in store next time, or another business that at least has some good customer service skills

This place would be easily the best place I have purchased stuff from
There customer service over the phone was 10 out of 10 and very helpful
There delivery of our new pump was quick 2 days delivered to my front door
Excellent work keep it up I highly recommend this place if you need pool equipment

I emailed to have an item added to my purchase before it was dispatched and never got a response to my email until the day after my items had been dispatched.

First time purchase from Pool and Spa Warehouse and had zero problems with the process. Genuine brand parts at good prices and quickly dispatched. Australia Post is backlogged with the pandemic issues but this is no reflection of the service or speed in processing by Pool & Spa Warehouse.

I purchased an item online and received a very poor quality item that was nothing like the one purchased. I rang and had a conversation with a defensive aggressive woman who liked to talk over any conversation. Given the poor interaction, I also emailed photos of the error and requested the delivery of the correct item. I received no subsequent communication via email or phone. I emailed a week later to “chase up” some action. In reply I was told that the item is not in production and would I like to keep the “wrong” inferior item and if I wanted a refund I would have to post it back, no sorry, here is the postage arrangements.... zero. I had to ring again to be greeted by more defensive behaviour and be told that “ WE CANT REFUND ANYTHING UNTIL THE ITEM IS RETURNED”. This time I was provided with the postage arrangement with an email to follow with a postage paid label. Probably one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I would have been happy with someone saying, “we are sorry that we stuffed up” never got that in any shape or form. Simply left feeling like I had inconvenienced them. I would not recommend this company to anyone that valued a good customer experience.

Horrible experience 15 days and product hasn’t arrived. Called customer service today and was told although it was supposed to be in stock the product actually wasn’t! Very poor customer service and false advertising. Will use the pool guy or direct pool supplies next time.
