I was disappointed because it was a birthday present. You could not see what it said on the disc you needed to have a magnifying glass to read what it said. If it had given you the measurements in the first place it would of saved a lot of heart ache & money it cost £170.

Easy ordering, worried when post tracking check & order didn’t arrive on day Royal Mail stated however Posh Totty said to wait 2 more days & they will check. It did arrive 2 days later. The necklace is a high quality product. I had each of my sons names & year of birth on each ring. Would definitely use Posh Totty again.

Absolutely love my 2 ring Russian necklace with my daughters’ names on the rings. Makes me feel close to my girls. Love the jangling of the rings. Fabulous, fast and efficient service. Would definitely buy from Posh Totty again.

I have bought a few Russian ring necklaces from Posh Totty For myself and as gifts. The Necklaces are lovely and delivery was swift. When I had a problem with one of the chains it was dealt with by the customer service in such a friendly and efficient way. I will definitely be ordering more from them in future.

ordered a gift at Easter Weekend. They were quick to send me a order confirmation, an order update and a despatch email all within a week. Very good to deal with especially at this uncertain time. Gift is beautiful and worth the money. Will definitely be ordering more personal gifts from them

This is the second necklace I have purchased and was very pleased with the service and the beautiful necklace that is a gift for our nieces 21st Birthday. And the nhs discount was much appreciated.

I have now ordered twice and on both occasions the jewellery was delivered very soon after order with no issues. Its nice to get good service from a small company and i will order again I'm sure.

I ordered my daughter some jewellery for her birthday after previously buying posh totty jewellery from Jenner’s in Edinburgh for Christmas gifts. My girls loved their gifts and they are quite hard to please! The Company have kept me up to date on the progress of my order and I am very pleased with their service. I would recommend.

I received the wrong design to be told the one I ordered is now out of stock. They then refunded me 20% which I was grateful for, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I ordered a necklace for my friends 40th birthday and it said on the order that I wouldn’t receive it until the 5th May. I phoned and left a message asking if there was any chance it could be done asap and it arrived within a few days. Amazing. Would definitely use them again
