Their UPS shipping charges are crazy-expensive...three times what it would cost if they shipped via USPS.

I assume that most clients are buying one or two items so when I buy 30 the order portal doesn't understand shipping. I send full skids of 1,000 lbs across the country for around $100. The portal is charging $400.

I would have given 5 stars for the overall satisfaction but gave only 4 because I was having an issue adding a 4th item to an order. The system kept changing the quantity of the 3rd item to 2 rather than letting me add it as a 4th item.

We ordered three banners with stands four years ago. After one of our stands was damaged we were worried about a replacement. Powergraphics had the original model and online video instructions. Switching out the banner was so easy! A side note too - we ordered three hard cases to go with the displays.

I spoke with Brooke over the phone and she was extremely helpful , guiding me to exactly where I needed to be on the website. I have a big event next week that require the use of the banner, so I’m very grateful for the help that was provided to me today.

I have gotten a few Quicksilver 24s, theyre a good size and Power Graphics does a good job getting them done fast.

I was very pleased with my first experience ordering through you - staff made sure that artwork was exactly right, would not print without double checking that I was OK with everything. That seems kind of like a customer service no-brainer, but most companies do not do that

When I first placed the order the shipping was over 40.00. Something went wrong and I resubmitted and shipping was then almost 20.00. You might want to check this out with your IT person.

I have been buying from PowerGraphics for a few years now. Choice of products is broad; all that I have purchased have met or exceeded my expectations in quality; and customer service, when needed, has been prompt and helpful. All of which I appreciate greatly. After all, I have my own business to run and fewer problems with vendors and supplies is always better.

We needed a large quantity of a-frames and our regular vendor could only partially fill the order with a 2 month lead time on the rest. We needed it in 1 week! Glad we found Power Graphics.

Zephyr stand is excellent, just ordered a second one. it sets up quickly and holds our banner nice and taught. Shipping box came pretty beat up but stand was ok. Box could use some reinforcement.
