Craig has been our broker for over 10 years. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about you and wants to make sure you find the right solution for your needs. The job doesn't end when you sign the papers as he is always there for support, advice and checks in regularly to make sure we're happy with what's been setup.

“Craig acted as our mortgage broker twice: once 10 years ago, and again last year. in each case there were several loans involved: a home loan and investment loans. He achieved excellent rates for us and gave us exceptional service each time with relevant market updates. We cannot recommend Craig highly enough”

We approached Professional partners 6 years ago after our previous broker made a mess of our mortgages. Sean Herman was able to rectify the issue without causing us further headaches and anxiety. Following this, we have spoken to him on many occasions about our options for further investments which he happily provided advise on. Recently we he helped us with the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Professional Partners are excellent for anyone looking to buy their first home to someone who has multiple mortgages (like us). They also have the right connections for those who struggle to get a mortgage as they are self-employed. Thank you, Professional Partners you have done outstanding work, once again.

We have used Professional Partners (Craig Schafner) for the last 10 years and have been extremely impressed by the service and advice. As Craig is an actuary, his knowledge is excellent and is able to advise professionally. Also, unique to this industry, Craig has high ethical standards and never "pushes" products at the gain of commission. I have used Craig's services 3 times over the past 8 years and I have been impressed every time. He is always willing to listen to our requirements and has outstanding product knowledge. He responds to calls quickly and is always willing to repeat information if we are uncertain regarding what we need to do.
Most recently Craig worked with us to refinance our loan. Being very conservative people, we were worried about changing. He patiently explained all the advantages and disadvantages and checked in with us regularly to ensure that we were feeling supported. Our new mortgage is great and we are happily saving money. I would recommend Craig to anyone.

There is no secret to Craig's success – honesty, integrity, looking after his client’s best interests and just plain old fashioned hard work. He worked with me to untangle a financial mess and secure the necessary loans to purchase two properties. I would not have been able to do it without Craig's knowledge, patience and attention to detail. I would recommend Craig to anyone needing sound financial advice and brokerage.
