I booked a tour in Rio and I was notified the day before that my tour was cancelled. I was then told that I could take a lesser tour instead. When I showed up at the pick up location no one was there. I called the tour over six time, yes six! times and never got a return call until an hour later. I called the company repeatedly for a refund and still have not received a penny back and this was in August 2016.

I am not a person that likes tours, but this one was good. It was part of a trip I had wanted all my life, and I was not disappointed with any of it. The tour guide and driver were informative and helpful. The coach was comfortable and just warm enough to take the chill off from the rain. I walk with a cane and was worried about having enough time. Not to worry. There was enough time to take time for everything, although I would have liked another hour in Canterbury to see some of the side streets. Leeds castle was beautiful. Dover would have only been better if the sun had been out. I really enjoyed the Greenwich stop and the boat ride up the Thames. We were notified that we could get off at any pier, so I was able to disembark two stops early and get off at my hotel. I would probably book another tour with Premier if I ever can go back to London.

A friend and I did the Footloose Tuscany & Siena tour. The experience was even better than we expected. Everything ATG did ran like clockwork and the hotel were all top notch. Our guide was friendly, helpful and interested in our feedback for changes/improvement (there weren't many).

I would highly recommend this company and can't wait to do it again. We met a couple on route that was on their 14th ATG tours. That certainly says to me that our experience wasn't an anomaly.

Our tour guide was hilarious, I'm sad I couldn't remember his name though! We're lucky we got on his bus, he even gave an optional mini tour around Bath for us.

We took the Stonehenge, Bath, and Stafford day trip. I felt the stop at Stonehenge was adequate, but the stop at Bath (55 minutes) was barely even long enough to grab a quick lunch, what so much look around. They should warn you that you might bring your own lunch if you want to see any of Bath. Moreover, a schedule of the time at each stop would allow you to decide whether the trip meets your needs. The areas are fascinating and beautiful. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but after 5-6 hours of driving, we were tiring of the talking by the end. The buses are cramped and did not have wi-fi as was suggested on the premium tours website.

It was a perfect 10 hour tour. It started by being collected from Queen's Gate and taken to Victoria Station for assembly. We were given a mini-tour of that part of London by a most-courteous driver. The Cotswolds tour was fantastic with Marina who was our guide guiding and explaining without effort. Lunch at The Swan Hotel in Bibury was very good especially the locally farmed brown trout.
The photo-opportunity stops at Burton on The Water and Stoke on The Wold were fantastic especially on a day full of blue skies and sunshine like we experienced on the 26th of March.
I certainly recommend this tour to all who want to experience rural England.

I booked two tours (windsor castle, stonehenge, lacock with lunch and bath) and Leeds castle with viewing, canterbury,dover and Greenwich. The guides are knowledgeable and gives overview of what we will see and the drivers are polite. Premium tours have the itinerary that will suit you and still allow you to enjoy and take good pictures (of course) without making you feel that you are in rush.

We have used Premium Tours 3 times now in England and France and have had wonderful experiences with them all. The most recent trip to the UK first had us do a day tour from London to Paris with a fantastic guide who clearly knew all about the areas we toured and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Since we only had the one day, we hit the highlights and had a very full but wonderful day. The last trip of the week we had was to Oxford, Bampton and Highclere Castle. Again, the guide was fantastic, so full of information about all of the areas we were headed to and all of the areas in between. The bus driver clearly knew his way around and we felt well taken care of by both of them. I would definitely recommend Premium Tours to anyone going to the UK.
