Can't fault the personal customer service and fast shipping - I don't buy eyewear anywhere else. Sean was really helpful and responsive to answering any questions I had. Really pleased with my Maui Jims :)

This is the second time I've used Pretavoir and, as with the first time, the service was excellent. The three different people I dealt with were all helpful, even to the point of taking some extra photos of the frames to ensure they were the correct colour. Emails were answered quickly, even in these difficult times, and the finished glasses were delivered well-packed within the time quoted. Professional and helpful, in my experience.

Pretavoir's service is very prompt! I ordered online on a weekend and my prescription glasses were filled and supplied within three days, then delivered to me in Australia within five days from then. The glasses were safely packed for their journey to the other side of the world. I will definitely buy from Pretavoir again.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. The customer service in dealing with my prescription was effortless and from order to receiving my glasses was so quick, I live in the Highlands of Scotland which usually takes a lot longer and it was here within 3 days. Shall be ordering again.

I purchased a pair of Swarovski eyewear from this company to convert into my everyday eyeglasses...But, when I get to the optical center with they sunglasses, they were very crooked...The center tried to straighten them as best they could but they're still a little crooked and uncomfortable to wear....I sent Pretavoir an email about the situation and received a response saying, that they find it strange that the optical center couldn't repair them..No apology! I reached out a second time by phone, I explained everything and that I had no choice but to get my prescription lenses put in those..I was told all they had to do was put some heat on them to correct the problem..I explained that they don't put heat to glasses here...I finally said, hey I was really looking for an apology because I have to be uncomfortable in these crooked glasses for a year...Then she apologized...Then I received an email stating that I said the optical center fixed them and I was happy with my glass, fake new, I never said either statement which prompted me to tell my experience with this company...very sad...

Brilliant service from Pretavoir, prescription glasses was delivered within 3 working days, 7 months later their customer service has been awesome with a repair under the manufacturers warranty. Top marks for customer service and authenticity, would highly recommend.

I should get my Emporio sunglasses two days ago. Royal Mail sent back the parcel to the predator as the label has my postcode and email address only, so it was impossible for the postmen to identify the recipient. I requested an instant refund as I never received the goods; I but they refused to do so until they receive it. And that is bad. Delayed in development Scotts sending away parcels with an email address instead door number and they tell the customer to wait for their money? What would happen if this parcel lost in transit? Would I never get the refund? Stay away from them.

I recently purchased a pair of Cartier glasses. When I ordered the glasses I received a further 10% discount on top of a very good price that Pretavoir were offering. The price for delivery to Ireland was also very good value. I received my glasses within 3 days of ordering. The packaging was also very good and secure. When I opened the package I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of the glasses. Overall it was great shopping with Pretavoir as I had never shopped with them before. I would most certainly shop with Pretavoir again. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone and I look forward to shopping with them in the near future.

I was sceptical at first and it took me long to made the order, but now I would recomend this online market to anyone who wants stylish eyewear for fer price. I got the package in 2-3 weeks, it was very well packed, with original case and the product is with very good quality. It was a great experience and I would definitely order again. Thank you!

I have been using Pret a voir for years now, making at least one purchase a year, eyeglasses or sunglasses. The prestige brands tend to be a lot cheaper. I try them on locally but order from Pret. The choice is amazing but it is the service truly outstanding that makes me use them and recommending them over and over again! Truly truly the best!
