12 day shipping? Seriously?

Ordered on a Tuesday and received the product on Wednesday of the following week. A bit longer than expected for an Oregon to Arizona delivery but that lies with FedEx and Not PP. Had a question that was answered within minutes via online chat. This was a repeat order and I was pleased overall.

Ordered on sunday and got the prods on wednesday travelling from usa to europe.
Customer service was also very good because i misordered on their site and they fixed it within 1day after i mailed them.

Products look all really professional. Packaging and logo's are fantastic.
Gel tabs are taste- and odorless and are very nice produced.
They swallow easy also.

I have used PP products over the years and have enjoyed the quality of the products and the business experience. I look forward to the results from using the new V3 Andro series.

The first time I ordered off this site, my card got charged 6 times before they finally told me just not to order for another couple days. My 2nd time Its been a week since I ordered & paid & the product I bought still has not shipped & I have yet to be informed of anything thats going on. It's a very unprofessional operation.

I can honestly say that my shopping experience with Primordial Performance was one of the best I have ever had, from any company.

Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I had a ton of questions, and used both their email support and chat support. Both methods were extremely easy, and I always got prompt, honest responses. Since they are a smaller company, they pay much greater attention to customer service and it shows.

Primordial Performance is actually a company I had not heard about prior to finding them; however, I learned that they are based only about 15 minutes from where I grew up! So, the fact that I am also supporting a local business makes them even more of a preferred destination for me.

I have not yet received my shipment, so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of their products, however, based on my extensive conversations with others in the fitness industry who have used Primordial Performance products, I am extremely confident that I will attain the results I seek. The literature on their website is comprehensive, honest, and well-researched…something that most other supplement companies cannot honestly state. I appreciated the candor in reading about their products, and, when something didn’t make sense to me, I was again easily able to reach their customer support.

I will definitely buy from them again, and hope that my review gives you the confidence to use them as well.

I made my order on the 27 of Dec, here it is 7Jan and my order still has not been shipped.

I was very pleased with Jared, I spoke to him on the live chat and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions completely and gave me great advice and I immediately placed my order because of this. I am looking forward to seeing my results on the products I bought and I have already been recommending the site to my friends.
