He calmed down my anxieties, took ownership of the request, & with his team, turned our banners around quickly & got them to us on time. Fantastic backdrop. I made an order then read the review. The reviews had me worried! I have since collected my 5x5ft backdrop and it has come out brilliantly! It feels of high quality and the images have been printed in accordance with the quality of image I sent to them. Matt was on hand throughout the week to answer questions.

Where can I start with this company , not one to generally complain , but this company is absolutely shocking , a disgrace and the customer service is awful. Please please don’t waste your well earned money on these people . Ordered a special banner for my mums 70th in plenty of time , ended up with a banner for a steak house 100 miles away . When I complained I was assured a new one would turn up in time , guess what it didn’t and they had the cheek to blame parcel force and not issue me with a refund as they said the new one they printed me was a gesture by them. Also when the new one did arrive 3 days late it had spelling errors . Very very poor

Don't be fooled by their website. Apart from the delays in providing the service, their print quality is amateurish, poor and very low standards. I could have done better with my home printer. It looks like they download very low resolution images from the internet and stick them on the prints so by the time they enlargement them, they become very grainy and fuzzy. Their packaging is very poor indeed and the goods edges were damaged. Moreover, they refuse to own up and certainly do not even comply by their own T&C a lot of which are illegal and does not conform to trading standards. It seems that I am not the only one! You have been warned, just look elsewhere.

Move on, find a decent firm. These jokers do poor quality with poor service. They respond to emails quickly only to fail to delivery. Save yourself the trouble, pay a few pounds more with a proper company.

These guys are charlatans. We ordered a 3mx2m banner, which came so badly printed it was unusable. After one email refuting my complaint despite photos attached, they never replied again. I sent about 5 emails in total. We're now on to a formal complaint via the Small Claims Court. Still no reply from them. Don't go anywhere near them.

avoid at all cost!!! Ordered banner from them bad quality and with mistake on my email address which they were blaming me for. It took almost 10 days to arrive but was told 2 to 3 days on placing my order. I called so many times and being put through many people who were so ignorant and my calls were not returned so had to keep chasing them. I managed to convince them as could not get a refund to send me a sticker to amend mistake. They wanted me to pay £5.99 for a mistake they made which I refused. 3 weeks after order placed, still have not managed to solve the problem and being told lies after lies. The last time I asked where is my sticker as not being delivered yet after a week of waiting and was told printing machine went down which I do not believe. My last emails being ignored and no chance of solving the problem so just wasted £56 on a useless banner. I needed the banner 2 weeks ago so pretty useless to me now. Avoid this company at all cost, they are a bunch of crooks just taking money and not delivering as advertised. Shame I did not check their reviews before using them. They came up first on google search so I just assumed they were a serious company, my bad for not checking but wanted to warn others not to make the same mistake.

If I could give them 1* I would and having now seen all of the shocking reviews on here it seems shoddy service and appalling print quality is routine for these cowboys! I ordered a banner on Friday, sent my high quality photoshop art work to them immediately. It took them until Monday, 3 attempts by 3 different staff to send me a 'demo file' for approval which didn't consist of a page of grey lines! Alarm bells should have rang here but I was in a rush as it was for a big birthday and their promise of 'SAME DAY PRINTING NEXT DAY DELIVERY' kept me onside. I asked a further 3 members of staff whether this banner would definitely arrive by Thursday and I was told on all 3 occasions that it definitely would. Wednesday came and it was only when I queried this AGAIN that they decided to post it!! Thursday came, no banner. The banner finally arrived on Friday evening which meant it was completely useless to me. One positive from this is that it was only for a birthday as a joke to hang outside my sisters house. The print quality and material it was printed on were a joke, especially as I know for a fact that the file I sent them was of the highest quality so absolutely zero excuse on my end! I'm now going through visa to claim a refund as this pathetic excuse for a company are refusing to do so and if I can spread the word and stop as many people as possible from using this company I will. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

First banner printed with marks all up one side, fuzzy print and generally unsatisfactory. Replacement was just the vinyl, we had no way of fitting it, and it was still fuzzy, and creased up the middle. Staff VERY unhelpful with correcting the issue, have stated that 'it's fine'. Wish I'd seen other reviews before using, definitely would steer clear. And was clearly not an artwork issue, as replacement from a better supplier with the same artwork was perfect (and sharp within 6 inches away, not 2 metres as Printed Today said was acceptable!) They will not resolve the matter, meaning I am out of pocket, having had to source a better replacement.

Placed order with this company for 2 x window decals and 1 x wall decal - when order arrived it was different to what I ordered. Decals were extremely poor quality, ink leaks throughout. Extremely poor communication. I sent an email with proof of ink leaks etc however nothing was acknowledged. Completed several live chats with customer service agents who kept informing me they would pass onto manager to follow up and still no correspondence was received. False advertising on their website - stickers I ordered I was told were not available hence why they sent me different to what I had ordered - not acceptable - refused to offer replacement or refund then decided to avoid all communication with ourselves. Extremely poor customer service Appalling quality products Called number on website to be continuously informed someone would call back but never do! Completely ignored communication with myself after I stated that they cannot advertise for a product they do not sell. Neither can they take money from customers then send them different to what they had ordered then fail to communicate with them. Disgusting service received and clearly false advertising just to take money from customers! Avoid at all costs!
