SCAM. Bought a groupon for printed canvas ordered June 2 it is not July 14 order has not arrived; still have not received any tracking information; I have emailed several times and get a generic response. Will never order from them again. Wish I had read reviews prior to blowing $50 on nothing.

I truly wish there was a negative number of stars for this company it is honestly the worse company I have ever dealt with .. I ordered a picture over a month ago (printing time is 10 -15 business days) we are at 27 business days no picture and no explanation to why or where it is ... I have spoken to so many people there they all give you there word all lies .. this was a gift .. they keep you on hold or keep disconnecting your calls until 3 mins before end of shift as they say where they can’t look up any information... 3hours and 15mins in the phone today ... you try the chat on line you wait in line until it’s your turn normal wait 45-55 mins with 5 people ahead of you they ask how can they help you then shipping info and the disconnect them selves from the chat ... I am so very disgusted with this company .. I place other others with them around the same time still issues but nothing like this so here I am still no answers and still no pictures again some one will call me back Monday (it’s Friday) same as I heard last week and still waiting for a call back ... stay far far away from them

WORST company to ever purchase from. Please read the true, negative reviews before purchasing. I ordered puzzles and tried cancelling the other after paying an extrusion amount of money for shipping. I tried cancelling the order after reading the reviews of how customers never received orders, image quality on items were poor, and how it was a con company. As I placed my order at 8pm, there was no way of me getting in contact with the company following their 30 minute to 1 working day cancellation policy, as their business was closed for the day. I tried contacting them immediately the. next day, and didn’t get through until 2 pm, where I spoke to Moses who said my order had already been made and despatched. When I asked for proof - they weren’t able to provide me with proof, as they only offer UNTRACKED delivery, through Royal Mail. He said I would have to wait 7-10 days for my order, even though Royal Mail deliver within 2-3 working days. He then cut the call on me. I then rang again, after 30 mins, I finally managed to get though to Vincenzo, who was of some help. He said to me he had to speak to his supervisor to see if the order could be cancelled due to my unhappiness, and then gave me a call back later saying I couldn’t cancel the order and they wouldn’t offer a refund. He said the company use Whisl as their shipping courier. I then got an email at 10 pm, just now, sending a FALSE tracking number, that isn’t with Whisl or any other company. Please - save your money, save your time, and don’t purchase anything from this company. I wasted money whilst on the phone to them. Every time I tried contacting them through Instagram, email and their live chat, I received no response. Let’s see if I even receive my order in seven days - even though I’ve given them until Friday 30th June 2020, until I file a legal complaint. Believe me when I say I will NEVER be ordering or recommending this company.

I bought a Groupon for a photo album to be given as a Mother's Day gift. The website wasn't user friendly at all and PrinterPix printed and shipped one of my earlier "projects" - not the final/decent one I had spent many HOURS making. Very disappointing!!! I sent two emails asking for help and described the issue. They replied to one email and said my order had been shipped...No S**T!! Calling them was a dead end as well - call was answered then immediately disconnected. TOTAL SCAM! WASTE OF TIME and MONEY!! AWFUL PRODUCTS and "CUSTOMER SERVICE" - or lack there of.

We bought a Groupon for 4 canvas pics. Made the order on June 4th. I saw nothing was being shipped for the longest time. No tracking number was being sent. When you go to the site to track it, it’s just a confusing site to navigate. I emailed them countless of times. I got an automated reply the first time, the rest of the emails were ignored. I finally just opened up a dispute with PayPal. Surprise, surprise, within a week, we got a tracking number. We finally received our order today (July 29th), almost 2 months from the order date. The $37 in shipping that we paid consisted of all 4 of the 12x10 canvas prints thrown in a huge box with no cushioning. The box even had where you can score it down so it can fit better, but no, they were too lazy to even do that. We were really surprised there was no damage with how it was packed. The quality of the canvas prints is pretty cheap but at this point, we don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. Never again will we be ordering from this company.

After two weeks still no update on order and EVERY time I try and call they pretend to not hear anyone and they hang up. This call situation is Not just me Hundreds of people have made the same complaint about being hung up on. So no order received as of yet and cannot reach anyone by phone! As per chat 1 of the 2 order shipped today but it does not show that Nor have I received email confirmation.

You cannot get no reply to emails. I have been trying since May for a refund. They take the money before ordering, then they want postage and extra money, so the goods work out terribly expensive. I have asked for refund and totally ignored.

I bought a photobook on Groupon...bad idea, postage cost 3x extra and the picture quality is disgusting. I've emailed, called and was asked to email photos of the pictures!!!! Of course I haven't heard anything back from them despite their profuse guarantees on their website. Too heavy handed with the ink. DO NOT USE THEM

We purchased a Groupon for this service to try them out. Horrible mistake!!! We uploaded our pictures the same way that we upload for every other service online where we order pictures. When we received our photo books, the heads were chopped of a large number of our pictures and some of the pictures were placed in the binder of the book, split between two pages. Terrible product. When we called to speak to someone, they blamed the problem on us but did offer to replace the books and charge us shipping. We don't feel like we should have to pay for shipping as the products were not satisfactory. The shipping fee is almost as much as the original price we paid. This company does not stand behind their poor work and we will never ever order from them again. Too many choices out there!

I ordered a custom blanket over a month and a half ago, still hasn’t arrived. I emailed the customer service team to question this a while ago and they asked me to wait a couple more days. It has now been weeks later, I have emailed multiple more times but haven’t even got a response never mind my order.

Excellent products on the website and great prices initially BUT I was immediately PUT OFF by the shipping cost. Over £30 to deliver 6 pictures in 7 working days. I live near to their office and could collect them in person, the shipping costs are almost as much as the pictures.

BUYER BEWARE! They shipped my order and it was wrong. I have tried multiple times to contact them emails and calls. They "promised" they would correct it. I have been LIED to by their "customer service". I have not received my correct order. They are a SCAM and a RIP-OFF. Do NOT do business with PrinterPix!!!

This company has UK in their name but trust me they are not. India to be exact! Costs £1.15 to contact them (per minute) and when you get through to them they past you from pillar to post to then advise you that the manager will call you back. Still waiting on that call 14+ days later. The products are cheap, poor quality and lacking imagination. Buying a personalised jigsaw for a gift to have it come assembled and of poor quantity is extremely disappointing. This company is a border line scam and I believe they fix reviews to make them appear higher in listings. Dont bother Dont buy Dont contact them Poor service Poor products.

I placed an order in August 2020. It was paid for, but I have not received my order. I have contacted printerpix twice through their live chat and both times was told my order would be prioritized and ship soon. It still has not shipped. I will not be ordering from printerpix again and I will not be recommending them to my friends.

Great books but terrible service. If you don't have issues, no problem, But if you do have issues... Good luck. Customer service people are really nice but system does not allow them to know much nor do what they need to do to resolve issues. Very frustrating. Spoke to many different agents over many weeks and they all have different messages for you. I had a very simple issue for over a month and they still can't resolve it. Very sad to deal with them . Just want my books and it will be the last time I deal with them. Too bad, because I really enjoyed the end product.

I ordered a framed colour print. Upon receiving it I saw that the 'glass' cover had unsightly scratches. I contacted Printerpix customer service immediately who acknowledged receipt of my message - now some four weeks later they've done absolutely nothing about it. Useless, useless, useless.

The product guarantee is false. I received my order week after one month. It was SUPER dark. I emailed customer service. Only received a scripted response. Pre-COVID. Thought I would give it another try. Received tracking but no movement this far. It's been two weeks after receiving tracking. Order made the beginning of July. I contact online chat multiple times. Scripted responses every chat. Every chat says it's being escalated. Emails not answered. Quality if product and customer service has drastically declined.

It's been about one month since I ordered a Groupon with Printerpix. I was provided a used link. I think it got resolved with Printerpix only to find out there is an additional (almost) $30 in shipping. What?!? It's been a frustrating process with a very unexpected additional cost associated with my purchase. Never again. . .

I received my order quickly, but it was wrong. I clearly received someone else's canvas. I tried to use the chat online feature, but I was told she could not help me. I must submit an email to the "contact us" email address. I did and received an automated confirmation indicating a ticket was created. After 2 weeks I followed up and received nothing. It has now been 5 weeks since receiving the incorrect item. The canvas was intended to be a gift which I ordered in plenty of time, but due to thes lack of resolution, it is now too late. There are plenty of other print companies. Don't waste your money and especially your time with Printerpix. They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee but that is clearly a boldfaced lie!!!
