One star bc I can’t give negative stars. DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY - I REPEAT - DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY. Complete scam company! They’ll blow your email up with sales, BOGOs, discounts if you refer a friend, but keep your $ and NEVER SEND YOU THE ITEMS PURCHASED. I emailed them again (and again!) to request updates on delivery, which was promised at 2-4 weeks. It’s been 3 months now! No replies, radio silence. Oh and that link to “track your shipment”? Broken webpage. I reported them both to my credit card company (and got full $ back) AND the Canadian Anti Fraud Agency. ..... Total SCAMMERS.

Same as other reviews. Had a friend have difficultly with getting a final product but eventually received it. I made an order first week of Jan 2020, I've confirmed image but that was the last communication roughly 3 weeks ago. Several emails to different addresses and attempted phone calls with no response because "no one's available". They love your money but not giving a product.

Well, after reading the other reviews, it looks like i just lost my money for a product I will never see. My complaint is exactly the same as all the others. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They are thieves. I have sent NUMEROUS emails. I better NOT get a snarky email or I will have my lawyer ALL over this ENTIRE thing faster than their head can spin. Won't be the first time I have had to execute legal action against an internet based company/business. Probably won't be the last. There are SO MANY other places you can order these products from. I suggest you do so.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They take you money, and never send your items. They will ignore you and block you on social media when you try to inquire about your order... Then Threaten you and claim you never placed an order with them despite having MULTIPLE forms of proof that you did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. Placed my order the very beginning of December as it looked like it would be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. As Christmas drew closer, I never heard anything. I emailed them and they said they were waiting on artwork approval from me. Nothing in my emails or spam file for them. This went on for quite a while, still no artwork for approval. In the meantime the credit card bill came in and to my surprise, I was billed for the merchandise I ordered. I immediately e-mailed them back and they said it is their policy to charge the card up front so they can pay their artists. I have never had a company bill my card up front. They are always billed after the product is sent. I finally told them to cancel my order and credit my card back. I was going to call the credit card company myself and have the charges reversed. And to my surprise, the very next day I get an email saying my order was shipped. Mind you, it was after Christmas. I had ordered 2 pair of socks, one blue, one pink. When the order came in I got one blue pair and one white pair. Not what I ordered. I am also very disappointed in the quality of the socks. From the looks and feel of them, if they last a year, I will feel lucky. At $20+ a pair, I am not a happy person. If I could give this company no stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PRINT YOUR PET. I asked for a refund after they made a promise to me and didn’t follow through. In return I was threatened by some loser that I’d be arrested for theft and some other BS. I promptly called my bank for a chargeback. This company is the worst.

I ordered a pair of socks on Dec 1st. They took my money. My order to this day still says 'unfilled'. I have emailed the support team 12 times and I have received no reply. Do not give this company your money. They have no contact number.

I ordered a pillow on 11/05/18 today is 01/28/19 and I still have not received it. I tried in both november and december to cancel my order as it was taking too long and the company would not refund me and kept claiming they were working on it and would get it to me soon. They say 6-8 weeks on their website-it's unethical to make such a claim and not follow through. I have made a claim with my bank and am trying to get my money back as they took my money and never gave me a product. Do not use this company.

Ordered 1x blanket on the 1st dec. Thought I would be patient at first because I know they have a back log of Christmas orders, but it has been 8 weeks since I placed my order. So much for them advertising delivery within 2-4 weeks. I have tried contacting them daily through messenger and email with NO REPLY AT ALL. Very unprofessional business. Do yourself a favour and just close down your company.

I just want to add my one star (should be zero stars) to this group. Made two blanket orders in October of 2018 and now it's almost March and I still haven't received anything. They don't respond to emails. I'm assuming I've been completely tricked out of my money at this point. Waste of money and time. Such a shame.

I ordered a shirt on 11/16 and to date I still haven't received anything. I have sent numerous emails and was told that it was out for shipping over a month ago... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! There are several other companies that do the exact same thing except you actually get the product you paid for (crazy right!?). It has now been over 3 months and I spent $40 for nothing...

I placed an order early December. I knew that it would take a bit for the order to arrive, due to the holidays. A month went by I finally got an email after reaching out several times and they told me two weeks. Another month went by. I emailed again asking the status and they told me they had no idea. I canceled the order and they told me it would take 20 to 25 BUSINESS DAYS for the refund to be completed. This company is a joke. I placed an order at PrintyPets and they told me 2-4 weeks and have already emailed me more times with updates for my order in a week than this company has in months. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

I placed an order on Dec 7th as a special gift for my father. To date have not received my order. No emails nothing. Wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. Have been told I would get a shipping refund nothing yet!!! I spent almost 80 for nothing at this point.

Ordered November 25th plenty of time to receive according to information by company. As I read reviews...after the fact (shame on me) I see the same experience I had is same for many. I finally ask about my order and questions were answered with smug degrading responses. This is there final response thus far. We really did send pictures and artwork, honestly do you know what your speaking about ?https://money.cnn.com/news/companies/bbb-ratings Texas State law no refunds on custom products. Happy to send you our lawyer it's kinda funny that you think the BBB means anything.

Ordered 12/2 still haven’t gotten image to proof. Order status says unfulfilled. Emailed have gotten no response. Phone number just leads to a recording saying they aren’t available. Today is 1/22. Supposedly I ordered in enough time to get for Christmas.

I ordered two products 5 days before thanksgiving of 2018. I was assured that my order would be sent before Christmas. I was able to get half of my order...by January. The other half of my order has still not come. Additionally, the contact with this company has been so sporadic. The artist took forever to get in touch with me, and the customer service email does not seem to have any direct contact with them, and vice versa. I would not recommend using them ever.
