Items provided had Militarybest.com labels are in each hat. If I wanted to buy from Militarybest.com, I would have, at a cheaper price. I called prior to placing my order to ensure these ball caps were of the same heavy materials and quality as those purchased by the Navy and sold onboard ship. This was confirmed. Clearly, this is not the case. This is a much cheaper product. The materials are thin and weak. Even the officer braids (e.g., eggs) are cheap iron-on vice embroidered. These are already starting to come of prior to even shaping the brim or wearing. Your website requests the years service to verify the proper embroidery design; clearly this is also not the case. The ball caps provided is not the same as issued. Clearly this was also mis-represented. Note: This review will likely be deleted by PriorService.com.

It is so good to to business with a reliable and honest company like Priorservice.com. I ordered one 50/50 blend polo shirt from Prior Service and was surprised at the outstanding quality. The Combat Infantry Badge embroidery was flawless so I decided I wanted to order 3 more shirts that were slightly different. I called and the nicest man answered the phone and assisted me. The three shirts came but due to no fault of Prior Service the shirts weren’t correct. I exchanged a couple of emails with the company and got responses from them when they opened for business the next day. Brother, did they not only immediately rectify the problem but they treated my very, very well. You can’t go wrong with this US based company.

I ordered seat covers on June 21st, which should have taken 2 days to ship according to their website. After 22 days, I am still waiting for my order to SHIP!!!! I called 5 times, and was told that they were moving offices, I guess for every day that I called, because the last time I called they were still moving offices. I was told that they would expidate my order, which of course, since it has not shipped yet, didn't happen. Find a service that delivers what is due to you and to the people they supposedly support.

Fifty dollars, a two month wait and now I am supposed to wait another 4 weeks. I ordered a hat but when I found out it would take four weeks to receive I called two weeks before delivery and changed the delivery address. Two weeks later I received an email that the hat had been delivered - to the old address two thousand miles from the new address. I called and was promised a new hat to be sent to the correct address. Four weeks later and after unanswered emails I called for the latest. The woman I talked to knew nothing about my hat and now wants me to wait another four weeks. This business has to be in somebody's garage in back of their mother's house. They have never answered an email, each time I call I speak to a different person, they don't keep notes on previous conversations about ordered items and each time I call I have to go through the entire process again.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field. We discovered that this business uses Twitter for networking with their clients and promoting company news and updates. We found this business on Pinterest, which could indicate that it uses Pins to help people find more information on products they're looking to buy. Pinterest is also a great tool for networking with customers and finding/sharing inspiration. This business has a Youtube channel, which means they upload videos related to their business for their customers to see. Youtube is a great platform to engage audience and show what happens behind the scenes.
