Paid deposit of $1,500, for air conditioner to be installed in early December 2019. After four cancellations, and many follow up phone calls from me, they failed to turn up. They repeatedly said they were about to refund the deposit, but this never happened. I decided to use them in the first place as one of the owners (who it turns out was about to retire) happened to be in the area and turned up within 15 minutes after my first phone call. He seemed reliable, helpful and well informed. Wish I had read all the reviews first.

Paid deposit and unable to get anyone to turn up but a contractor who was owed lots of money for subcontracting to this firm.The person upfront has the gift of the Gab and has talked his way out of jail.

like others, we have had our money stolen by Mick, whom i believe is Richard the ABN holder. Other contacts are Ian and Mark, i wish i can say there full names as they are in on the scam as well. Spoke to Mick Tuesday 11th of Jan promised once again he'd reimburse our money and has refinanced but to maney time he's said this, at the time i believe he was out quoting a job, (i hope that that person didn't hand over any money) since then a women has been answering the phone but not giving here name. when asked to speak to Richard she was quick to finish the call. phone number has now been disconnected. they had no intention of doing the job, it was pure theft. to all that have been affected please go to Consumer Affairs and VCAT as instructed to us by the Police. these people need to be brought to justice. 1 star.......no way

took $2494 deposit then on day of install did not turn up.

When called, numbers disconnected

I will look int what other recource I have on this with Police etc.

Paid them $533 for a job to be done in October last year, after many cancellations and false excuses they never turned up to do the job. They not answering the phone and replying to emails. Be aware!

The owner of this business is a fraud.
He will take your deposit and never deliver, if you are lucky. I had to have a plasterer through my new house to fix all the holes his team put in walls and ceilings.
Took my deposit, damaged the walls and ran, never saw him again.
DO NOT PAY [Name Removed] any money, you will never see it again.

I lost $4k to this grifter. I have given evidence to the police, but it looks like I will never get that money back. The really sad thing is they did it back in 2011-2014 and were given a court order then which they did not meet. They should never have been trading, and the ACCC should be ashamed at giving them an ABN, because I checked before I paid.

We were persuaded in October last year to give a deposit of $2885 for two air conditioners to be installed early November. Then followed multiple cancellations and no-shows, with a dozen different excuses. The office number is no longer responding. Mark claims that he no longer works there but I do not believe him. It is apparently a scam and we have had a large sum of money stolen by these thieves.
