Easy to navigate their website and found what I needed almost instantly. Remains to be seen if their shipping and arrival information are accurate but based on how they present themselves on their website, I feel quite confident that I made a good decision buying from them.

I used this as a search for a specific product and it came up. my specific hardware did not come up but I knew extensive info on the product to identify it was compatible. I wish the site knew all of the products it was compatible with. I would recommend this site though. Good rates and honest otherwise.

Ordering the lamp was a breeze. It was easy to find the correct one and they had several options and prices to choose from. I have ordered from them in the past and have never had any issues with the lamps I get from them.

I was looking for a place to publicly thank you guys for providing amazing customer service. I received a faulty lamp, I simply told you guys about it and was looking to get it replaced. I got an overnight delivery the next day with a new part before I even sent the old one back. Thanks for providing excellent service. You don't see this much anymore, and it's really appreciated. Terrible customer service. I'm still waiting for my tracking information 5 days later. Mounting frustration, several phone calls, and NO-ONE can help. Their apparent parent company is also run by they same 3 inept reps. Might be fraud, all I know is $168 is gone and no one can help me.

Not very happy, I ordered a lamp module and ordered the more expensive OEM instead of a generic. I received a generic lamp with an invoice for the price of the generic. I was charged for the OEM and when I called and asked for refund for the difference I was told no can do. I must return the generic (which I already have installed in the TV) and they will ship the OEM. Seriously you can't just run a credit to my credit card for the $40.00?

I agree with the other reviewer. I had my 60" Hitachi TV for over 5 years. I didn't know it had a bulb until it finally blew. These people charged me about $110 for a replacement bulb that just burned out. It's been 10 months! They got me once. They won't get me again.

THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! I bought an OEM bulb from them. It was supposed to be the same bulb as my original EPSON projector, but produced by Philips. I was told that Philips produced the bulb for that particular EPSON projector - that it is the same bulb, but that it just says Philips instead. The bulb looked a little different to the EPSON bulb it replaced and didn't last three hours in my projector! Three different attempts (and many hours later) for them to send out a new bulb, that they never sent. When confronted with the fact that they sent the wrong bulb under false pretenses and that they had lied since what they sent was very different from the original EPSON bulb that it should resemble they canceled the chat! I sought them out several more times and they could never resolve. They send you a bulb that does not work and they pretend it is an OEM bulb. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!. They are a rip-off company. Complete Scammers. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

After I ordered the OEM version of this product on my friend's suggestion, I was nervous if it would work as well as the original lamp. But it was just as bright and worked perfectly without any issues. Overall a wonderful experience with the website.

There is no option for Zero stars, so I am forced to give One star. Bottom line: Buyer beware. I wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing. The details: Bulb: ANK2LP/1, $239 + shipping The details: Note: ProjectorQuest.com also does business under the name Global Tradequest. Back in January of 2014, a warning message flashed on our projector screen that our bulb was getting low. We had about 7% bulb life left. When weve gotten this warning in the past, weve immediately ordered another bulb so as not to have the bulb burn out without a replacement ready to go. On January 12, 2014, we ordered the bulb. On February 9, 2014, after less than a month in use, this 2000 hour bulb went out. Wed only watched two movies and the Super Bowl. We reported this to ProjectorQuest.com. After the back and forth exchange of information, the defective bulb was mailed back approximately one week later, and we received the replacement bulb before the end of February. On Sunday, July 13, 2014, the replacement bulb failed. Total bulb usage: 150 hours on a 2000 hour bulb. On Monday, July 14, 2014, this is the response I received after reporting this second failure to ProjectorQuest.com: -----Original Message----- From: Curt Snyder Sent: Monday , July 14, 2014 11:03 am EDT (GMT-04:00) Subject: RE: Projectorquest.com: New Order # PJQ-140112-00000467 Good Morning, We are sorry to hear that your lamp has failed for a second time. Ordered the PANASONIC ET-LAD60AW OEM version few months earlier, it got delivered to me in a timely manner. Installation was easy with the instructions they gave with the product. It is working well since then. Thanks.

My Sony tv had a message on the screen to replace the bulb for almost a year. My tv was not as bright as I thought it should be so I finally ordered a replacement lamp just to have on hand for when the lamp actually burned out. So it is my fault that I didn't replace my lamp for almost another full year so I guess the warranty no longer applied anyway. I replaced my lamp on March 26, 2015 even though my old lamp still was working (just not so bright). I am so relieved that I kept the old lamp because it is now June 13, 2015 (less than 3 months later) and I went to turn on the tv only to find out that the bulb was completely burned out! Wow - I spent $98.23 on nothing! I won't even attempt to get any warranty since the original order date was April of 2014 so I already know what I am up against. The product was a piece of crap! Luckily my original is working yet so I am not without a tv YET. Beware of cheap products!

I paid extra $$'s for what was advertised to be an "OEM" Epson lamp. It even listed the manufactures OEM part# and fully described the product to be a OEM assembled complete lamp. When I confronted the manager, he described the product to be an lamp made from "original bulb", but "aftermarket assembly housing". This is commonly referred to as a "hybrid" among the industry and is discounted as such. in fact all other products as such (hybrid) are sold for a significantly lower price.

I am a Purchasing agent for a local high-school. I ordered 15 Lamps for our school which were for BenQ PE-8700 projectors. These are $127.00 EACH times 15 = $1,905. They said that there was a delay of two days to process it. After that I NEVER HEARD A THING, AND THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALLS, OR EMAILS. I turned it over to our Lawyers, and they said it would cost more to litigate the case than to eat their fraudulent claims of great, honest service. Do NOT be a fool! Do NOT be fooled by their nice website. Do NOT buy from these sub-humans.

The site was easy enough to navigate, but the checkout process wasn't very well designed in my opinion, - at least not for an iPhone. I pressed the purchase button three times before I realized something wasn't filled out correctly. It's a small complaint but I still feel it has merit. The rest of the site was very easy to maneuver through!

I ordered the OEM version of the KINDERMANN 8970 PROJECTOR LAMP 3 months ago. This is a good product and performing well. I would certainly buy again from them.
