I purchased a dress for my best friend's wedding in January and have not received a response back. I have made several attempts to speak with someone and have been unsuccessful. I would not advise ordering from this company at all.

This was our first time ordering online from PromDress and we were EXTREMELY Happy! The dress we ordered for my granddaughters sweet sixteenth Birthday which is coming up in September was absolutely Hands Down the most beautiful dress we’ve Ever seen. So I will Highly Recommend Promdress to anyone searching for a beautiful dress for any special occasions.

You're only getting a 1 because I cannot exchange my dress for another size. I found a retailer who carried the Morilee Sticks & Stones brand but not the exact dress I wanted. Even though it was an hour drive, I went and tried on a number of dresses by her to be sure of the sizing as you said you would not exchange the dress for me if it didn't fit right. So I ordered the size that fit in the store, unfortunately, the dress I ordered from you is not the right fit, I need the next size up. So now I am trying to lose enough weight to fit into the dress you won't exchange for me...that's why you're getting a 1...final sale policies should just be for full retunrs not exchanges. I did all I could to try to order the correct size.

Very fast shipping. Called to ask a couple questions before ordering and they answered all questions, very pleasant and helpful. My biggest fear was the return within 5 days policy but it fit so no return necessary.

I was worried about buying a dress on line because of all the scams out there. Every thing is fine, I got my dress in a timely manner and it was as shown in the picture. The dress is beautiful and I would use this company again.

Sadly, we had to return a dress because the fabric didn't seem to be properly attached to the lining. There was too much fabric in the front of the dress causing it to bunch up/fold over. We know the dress was the correct size because my daughter had tried on the exact dress at a local dress shop and it fit beautifully. Please be sure to take pictures before returning a dress so that you can adequately prove a quality issue. We paid a pretty steep restocking fee along with return shipping for a dress we knew with certainty she liked. I do credit Promdresshop.com for at least considering my complaint although I did not get a favorable resolution. Seems to make sense to shop local for these types of purchases considering the return policy/restocking fee. We didn't purchase from the local shop originally because it was our first stop and she wanted to think about it before committing to a "final sale." We ordered from Promdress.com to ensure we had the dress with an option to return. Our mistake!

Although the dress I ordered did not fit, I found the communication regarding returns extremely helpful. The dress arrived (as promised) in perfect condition. I will definitely use Prom Dress Shop again.

Selection is amazing and return/exchange policy takes away the stress of the "All sales final" policy offered at most boutiques.

Ordered two dresses for Daughters prom. Great dresses but returned dresses for a third more decorative dress. The restocking fee was waved. The dresses arrived in great condition.
