I ordered from ProofPronto because they offered free 2 day shipping. I placed my order on a Friday a.m and was told it would arrive by Tuesday. It is now Friday and it still has not come. The USPS tracking number still show it in the Pre-Shipment, electronic info received stage, which makes me believe it has not even been sent out yet. I emailed customer service, and they state that you will receive a prompt reply, within 2 business days. Not my definition of prompt. When calling the 800#, the only option that ever picks up is if you want to place an order. The customer service/technical support option tells you to submit a technical support request online, again expect 2 business days for a reply, and then disconnects, with no customer service available, period. The sales line is simply a call center, and can be of no assistance in anything other than running your credit card. At this point, I don't know that I will ever see the product that I paid for. Definitely going to contact the BBB. My advice, go somewhere else. Good customer service is worth a few extra bucks.

I hope the return/refund policy would change in the future. I was disappointed because I never got the chance to use the product through the sole purpose, which is my computer/laptop. I can't return the item because it was already opened. And up to now, I still wasn't able to use the product the way it supposed to be used.

I was searching for a voice activated recorder with good battery life. I looked at other web sites and found them to have the same thing but more expensive so when i looked at this company it was cheaper plus a buy two special which when i thought about it made sense to just get 2. Now this is where the problem started i did not want it delivered to my house so i thought i had sent it to the UPS store not to far from me but i gave them the wrong address wow big mistake on me but i quickly got in touch with them maybe with minutes to spare before being ship out they were able to change it in time. Now i had wanted the 2 day shipping which because of the wrong address i have to wait another day ,but its ok because i would rather wait the additional day and it comes to me than it goes to the wrong place and i never get my items.Thank You ALL so much .I will be updating my review once it comes after i see that it gets the job done. The product I received is not the one that was advertised on your website. The picture of the eye glasses is not the same. The box was not sealed or shrink wrapped. The product info on the box says: Operating system: WinXP,Win2000,Windows Vista,Win7. It does not work with Windows 8.1. The website advertised that it will work with all pc and mac. The instruction manual with the eye glasses says there is a removable disc; there is no removable memory; the website says internal 8GB memory. These glasses is not what I want to wear.

I had good two way communication with customer service. I received the item with free shipping. I did have to pay shipping the item back to them. I did receive 100% of my payment back.
