Normally they ship the same day, but in this case they showed 62 in stock and one week later the product (UPS) had not shipped. I cancelled the order, but it took almost another week to get the order cancelled. I did place an order for a different product and it shipped the same day and got here in two days. That is the reason the score went up to 3 stars.

When I place an order on the web and receive what I ordered within 2 days, I' can't ask for better!

I sent this company an email asking if they were an LSI/Broadcom authorized resller and they said yes. I called LSI and they they told me, in fact, they were not a reseller. If I'd have bought the raid card I was looking at, from them, the MFG warranty would have been void. I will NOT buy anything from a business that lies about their products and tries to scam consumers.

Ordered an AMD processor from them on 9/17, my CC was billed the same day. Order status was marked as 'shipped'. I waited 8 days and had no tracking information, so I emailed them and let them know. I waited two days for followup, nobody called or emailed me back. Finally called again today on 9/26 and they said there was a mixup and the product is not in stock as was never shipped. Would have been fine if they messaged me to let me know a day or two after the order was created, but this is just poor service. Now I'm 10 days behind and my build and have to order elsewhere.

Placed my order for a Ricoh PCU 2:30 p.m. and it was on my doorstep the next morning!! Better than Amazon. Not to mention, Staples was out of stock on this item, for $358 and found this company who sold me the same item for $72.00 less!! You'd be NUTZ not to shop here!!

Over the course of about 15 years of purchasing computer and other peripheral devices, Provantage has been very reliable. This order was carried out with reliability and within a reasonable delivery time. When I had a question about product delivery, customer service was easy to reach with accurate answers.

I always comparison-shop and 9 times out of 10 Provantage has the item IN STOCK at better than elsewhere price, and it's usually at my desk next day using standard shipping.
Hope they stay in business a long time!

We were in need of cartridges for our Epson check reader. We found that Provantage had them at a very fair price along with a friendly charge for shipping as well.

I decided that it was time to upgrade my HP Compaq 8300 Elite tower to something newer with more horsepower and modern I/O. I considered building my own system but concluded that the HP EliteDesk 800 G2 would do the job nicely, lots of internal SATA3 interfaces, lots of USB3, supports 64GB of memory, and the preconfigured system with 8GB of memory and a 1TB (Western Digital Blue) hard drive would do the trick at a better price than building my own. ProVantage had the best price I could find and even gave me a break on shipping after the on-line coupons I found didn't work.

I've bought through this vendor before with good results. I will likely be back in the future. Good prices, good selection, good service.

Their delivery was fast (1 day delivery - I only paid for ground shipping!), their returns system is no hassle, and their customer service is the best I've ever gotten from an online retailer.

Within 30 minutes of contacting them that I needed an RMA (through no fault of theirs), they shipped the replacement and sent me a free packing slip to return the old package. Compare that level of service with manufacturers that make you jump through hoops and wait weeks or months to "approve" your RMA, force you to pay for expensive shipping, only to send it right back because you packed it wrong!

My surge protector failed and left my computer, printer, and scanner exposed. Provantage had a top rated protector in stock at a very attractive price. Because of their numerous shipping points, I had my new surge protector in two days and my computer equipment protected.

I have been buying from Provantage for at least 10 years. Before Amazon, NewEgg and Provantage were my main suppliers. I had drifted away from Provantage, but lately have been buying a lot more from them. I have found they are more likely to have in items stock and are quicker about shipping, especially lately. They are usually very close in price to Newegg and Amazon, but it always worth a couple of bucks more to know I will get the item in a couple of days.

I PURCHASED A DELL COMPUTER AND TOWER , I RECEIVED THEM AND IMMEDIATELY SET THEM UP , THEY WOULD NOT GO THROUGH SCREEN PROMPTS , SO I CALLED PROVANTAGE AND THEY SAID THEY DONT OFFER TECH SERVICE , THEY TOLD ME TO CALL DELL , I CALLED DELL AND THE 1ST REP COULD NOT HELP ME AND WAS AT A LOSS FOR WORDS AND THEY REMAINED SILENT FOR OVER 2 MINUTES , THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME , SO I CALLED BACK AND AFTER EXPLAINING ISSUE AGAIN , THEY TOLD ME THE COMPUTER WAS CORRUPTED AND THAT IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED AS PROVANTAGE PURCHASED IT 45 DAYS AGO , SO I CALLED PROVANTAGE BACK AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED THE UNIT BY THE WEEKEND 5 DAYS LATER ON TUESDAY THE TOWER SHOWED UP BUT NO MONITER , I CALLED BACK PROVANTAGE LATE WED AND THEY TOLD ME THE IT WAS DELIVERED AND GAVE ME THE TOWER TRACKING # SO THEY SAID IT WAS LATE AND NO ONE WAS THERE AND THEY WOULD CHECK ON IT TOMORROW / THURSDAY . SO THE NEXT MORNING I GOT A TRACKING # I CALLED FED EX AND THEY SAID A LABEL WAS CREATED BUT ITEM WAS NEVER SHIPPED YET , , PROVANTAGE FORGOT TO RESEND THE MONITOR OUT , AND NOW I HAVE 7000 PAGES OF TAXES TO FIGURE OUT IN 2 DAYS I HAVE LOST THOUSANDS IN ONLINE SALES AND HAVE SPENT HOURS REPLYING TO MESSAGES THAT I CANT HANDLE WITHOUT THE UNIT I BOUGHT WEEKS AGO , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED WITH BAD FOLLOW UP SERVICE , SO ROLL THE DICE AND HOPE FOR THE BEST , BUT I AM DONE WITH PROVANTAGE , I DROVE 3 HOURS YESTERDAY AND PURCHASED THE EXACT UNITS AND 30 MINUTES AFTER GETTING HOME MY LOCAL UNIT IS UP AND RUNNING , THEY SENT THE FED EX MAN OUT 3 TIME TO PICK UP THE SAME PACKAGES THE PICKED UP ALREADY , I JUST GOT THE MONITOR BROUGHT TO MY FRONT DOOR THAT WAS NEVER SENT OUT AND I TOLD THE FED EX MAN TO TAKE IT BACK , I HAVE CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY , A WASTE OF ONE MONTH OF MY LIFE , NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO RECOVER MY MONEY THAT I HAVE SPENT TWICE TO GET A UNIT IN MY POSSESSION THAT WORKS

Ordered a Royal 1840MX shredder late on March 7th. FedEx ground delivered it Saturday AM March 10th. It was shipped and delivered earlier than promised. Total price was lower than the BIG A!

I ordered a toy for my son for Christmas that I found $10+ cheaper on Provantage's website compared to other places. I was a little skeptical from reading some of the reviews and having never ordered from them before. I gave it a shot and was extremely surprised and happy with how quick and easy it was. Free shipping to MD and I received it within 24 hours of my purchase! One happy Mama Santa for the service I received.

I eventually got everything I ordered, but only after receiving the first (of three) packages and discovering that it only contained two of the four items I ordered. Provantage and FedEx both showed only one package shipped to me, but ProVantage had informed me by email that all four items had been shipped. Unfortunately, the first package arrived on Friday so I couldn't find out until Monday what had happened. Apparently, the other two items were shipped from two other facilities, neither of which uploaded their tracking numbers. Not the biggest deal, but it made for an unpleasant weekend as I imagined having to do battle with ProVantage to get all of what I paid for. The agent was nice and got things straightened out, but I'd rather that they'd gotten it right to begin with.
