I ordered 2 pink scrubs for my clinic last week but was extremely worried after I read the last review about late delivery as I don't wanna call the customer service and get involved in the complaining process but gladly I just receive my scrubs today. The size is good and the tracking did work in my case so thumbs up from my side. Will be looking forward to order more in near future.

If you're looking for a scrubs shop that carries every brand under the sun, you've found the right place. They even offer embroidery, in house, which makes ordering for the whole office seamless and easy. Very quick turnaround and you'll likely be able to find anything and everything you're looking for. Would definitely recommend.

I paid one price for my order, then they have sent me a different invoice with higher price, giving me a bogus answer trying to get more money out of me:
"Thank you for the response. I understand that what you paid is the amount of the order you had the moment you placed the order. However, the logo which you have uploaded on the website has a default amount of $6.49. But once the logo is already evaluated by the logo experts in terms of complexity, threads to be used and size, the embroidery price for it will be updated.

That’s the reason why the order had a balance of $40.50. The logo will be kept on file for future orders. Please let me know if this will work."

I paid for two day shipping and after 7 days of waiting I emailed their sales team who attempted to blow off my request for my money back on shipping. Experience overall was difficult and unnecessarily drawn out. I am still waiting for my money back and my order... Do NOT order from Pulse Uniform.

I ordered IguanaMed scrubs, the promo code was great but the sales respresntative stated that the order goes through two processes to see whether the items are in stock. So for those putting items in your cart while ordering- it may not be available. I get the "processed" order email stating all items I had ordered were available. Eight days later after my "order processed" email, I get another email stating one item is backordered. Why was it "processed" and then 8 days later an sent email stating a backordered item??? They charged my credit card for all the items, including the backordered item which is unclear when it will available (another email I had sent wondering when the backordered item would be available). So, my credit card is charge for all items even though all items were not sent to me. Shipment specifies that it will be delivered between 9-11 days, day 9 I get a shipment notification- so it took that long! Then, I email about a shipping fee and get no response. Terrible false advertising service. The shipment of 2of 3 items ordered where in good shape, it's just the hassle, the false advertising, late shipment, and charging my credit card when one item wasn't included. I will never order from this place again, I'd rather pay the $3 extra dollars to have speedy reliable service.

Ordered a jack in September 1st with express/expedited shipping for extra 8.99$. Charge goes through on September 5th with a brand new credit card never used. Now it’s September 26....and i suddenly have 10 new charge stolen credit card attempts from online merchants (Nike, adidas, perfume mania, and tons of others and even Walgreens) credit card closed and still no jacket. Got an email saying I’ll receive it on the 27th but they still didn’t complete the embroidery. Idk what to think of company is fake or some employee steals info from them?!?!

I have ordered twice from this website and both times there’s been fraudulent transactions few days after my order on the two different credit cards that I’ve used...run from them!!!

I ordered scrub pants on 12/7and paid for them. I’ve never received the product. I tried calling, emailing even chatting online to their customer service. I either get no response or the response of,”I will look into it”....which never happens. I look up my tracking order with UPS, it doesn’t exist. I have a tracking number, an order number my order receipt and the deduction from my bank account. Go anywhere else. These people are incompetent, don’t care or are just plain thieves. Kim Baecker

Paid for embroidery on four separate coats and they did it incorrectly on every single one. When I pointed out they type (including a screen shot of the original order where it was typed in correctly) they told me there was nothing they could do. This order was over 100 dollars and they screwed up every single one, even though I wrote it correctly... And refused to fix it, refund it or even offer me a discount. I couldn't belive it honestly. Really sad and awful costumer service.

I designed my own scrub by pulse uniform made to order service few weeks back. The quality was great so the fitting which was my main concern but it took 2-3 days additional than expected to deliver although totally worth it. The stitching was really upto the standard. It was like I bought my same branded scrub but with my own fitting. Will be purchasing more of this service definitively!

Ordered on 2/10 and they just shipped on 2/15. I inquired about this and their response was aloaf and stated that they needed to stay within Amazon's shipping guidelines. I contacted Amazon and they apologized and said they are looking into this and why they are telling customers this

I ordered a set of uniform and the quality was horrible, so i returned it on my own cost and I waited over two months for my refund after calling them four times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a scrub set from them due to these days we need to change our scrubs on daily shift bases and they got me exactly what i want and within the given time frame. Although the Fitting is a bit snug but i think what i got is best for the price offered. The Material , The Color and the Design all our perfect Thumbs up to them (y) will definitely recommend them and will shop with them again :)

I ordered the wrong scrub last week and was panicking. I contacted their support team and fortunately they accepted my return . I was ecstatic to learn about it and sent the parcel back. The amount was just refunded today and I placed an order again of the scrub set I wanted. While it was my mistake to place the wrong order, the support team was very accommodating

I ordered 3 items from this company on 2/27/20 and have yet to receive my items. I called and they didnt have my order correct. Its March 9th and I paid for the items to be here by the 5th. No tracking number. When I called they said the package will be here this week.



So after writing this above. I received a call from the company and they refunded my shipping fee and my items were shipped.

I placed my order on 4-24-19. I received an email on 4-25 stating they received my order. On May 1st I called to get an update since I haven’t received an email and the sale rep told me my order ETA is May 3rd. On May 3rd nothing in the mail so I called the sales rep said your order will be shipped out next week. They say 5-8 business days on shipping which is a lie. I’ll never order from them again!
