I asked them if it was real matcha from Uji, no reply. So I asked again if it was real matcha and whether it was premium grade or ceremonial grade and I still got no reply. So I commented on how they don't respond to me, that I buy a premium grade and what to know if this is the same, their response is to simply block me! Shocking and as I am a nutritionist I will make sure everyone knows not to bother with this company! This company is claiming they don't know me! And trying to get me to remove my reviews! how they can claim this without knowing my full name just shows they are lying and not me I contacted them several times on Facebook and I have the screenshots to prove this company wrong. I contacted you three times on fb and was genuinely interested in buying your products but you didn't answer me you just blocked me instead!

Ive been trying to find a plastic free natural deodorant for eons so have been trying a few since lockdown... Pure chimp smells, AMAZING upon initial application, and yes the grey rubs in completely so you cant see it. But the smell doesn't last all day. It also doesn't keep you dry, which for now is fine as I'm at home in sunbathing clothes. When I go back to work in my professional attire Im not 100% I'll feel comfortable. That said, I don't smell half as bad by the end of the day as I did when using chemical laden sprays that do stop sweating... So really the jurys still out. Im also aware my pits need to detox for quite some months before they balance out so all this may change as time goes on. Would appreciate others experience so comment away!!

Very poor that the frother came without batteries - especially during the Covid 19 crisis - or at least I would have liked to be warned about it so I would have bought them in advance. Really not acceptable to do that anymore.

Product came as ordered. Postage took I think about a week which is probably fair enough with the world as it is now

I've only used their shampoo blocks, but I highly recommend them! They smell fantastic, are wrapped in paper to reduce waste, and the bar itself lasts much longer than I expected! I wash my hair every other day, and a block probably lasts about three months.
