Lamp blew after one minute of putting it in...

I received my new projection lamp this week. Although the housing did not fit into the TV, I was able to place the lamp into the old housing and it works great. I am not sure if this will void the 150 day warranty but it was the only way I could replace the lamp. The lamp works great in the old housing, it has only been in the TV for 4 days.

Ordered part on Saturday night and its was delivered as promised on the day it was promised and works excellent for a fraction of the cost of other stores prices

Bulb burst after one day.

Received the correct replacement, in 3 days, at the best price that you could ever find. Great doing business with you. At that price, and Quality, I wouldn't mind replacing the Lamp, every year, if needed. Fast, Easy to replace, and wow, is my TV bright and crisp. Thanks, and I'll keep all the info for next time.

Have not ried the bulb yet, as I use it as a back up for the one I have. The bulb arrived in good condition and seems OK.

To be sure I get my part before Sat for weekend I selected and was charged for 3 day shippment and I place my order on Wed night. Order was processed 16 hours later next day after 5PM?! Why so late? Therefore my lamp arriver on Monday after 4PM. When I installed lamp it did not work. Costumer service told me that this lamp is not originai(never heard that when I ordered) and it is generic (never heard this when I ordered) and in order to make this lamp work I need to Contact manufacturer and I have to do aditional set up on my TV. I contacted Samsung and they told me that there is no set up on TV for new lamp. Now I have to return it and I'm still with out working TV in my house. Now because I'm returning my order and this is not defective part because like they say I need to do aditional set up on my TV they are going to charge me 15% restacking fee.

Horrible experience horrible customer service did not recieve our lamp or our money back it is now 2 and a half weeks later. The company has made no attempts to correct this in anyway.they are pending in investigation with shipping company. But as a client that is not our problem or concern. Point blank pure glare took our money and gave us nothing.also on a side note when I brought this to customer service, I waited on hold for 10mins then when I explained that their investigation was their problem and concern as they had already received our payment 2weeks ago,and asked "is this how your company does business". I was then told yes and hung up on. dont waste ur time or money on pureglare its a scam

Well, we received our order in 4 days. Not the 3 promised. But didn't have a problem with that. Finally got the tv pulled out and installed it last night. The lamp came out and the new one installed nicely. Took a while for the tv to warm up, but everything seemed fine. The real test will be how it works from here on out.

I ordered a bulb (lamp) for my Panasonic projection TV. The first bulb was bad. When I phoned regarding the matter, whoever answered the phone seemed to get agitated when I tried to explain the situation, she kept referring to an air filter, which is not accessible by me. She agreed (abruptly) to send another bulb. Upon the receipt of the second bulb, it too was bad. I returned both of the bulbs and am awaiting reimbursement
