Explain that I should have the water run for 15 minutes before my next time begin to use the water.

The technician Stephan knows his job well!
But the system had a problem that was not caught at the factory. He had to come back next day because it leaked on us. Only 6 hours in operation. He found the problem and fixed it

Thorough explanation, first technician to us the unit's drain pipe, others have used the toilet nearby, leaving us to clean the dark carbon spots away. Shaun did an excellent job and I will request him in the future.

Your representative did an excellent job in servicing my equipment and he was very personable. When I offered him a tip for carrying three (3) 40 lb bags of salt from my car to the basement, he declined saying what he did was part of his job.

My technician, James, was very professional and friendly. He walked me through everything I did and was able to correct a potential problem when I asked about the hoses. I would definitely recommend Puronics to my friends and family.

I had to have the filter changed on my current system, and 4 bags of salt added. I had no trouble scheduling the appointment with the office staff.
Then on the day of service, the gentleman was so nice and very knowledgable!!!

The Puronics system works well and I've had no problems with it
in over 20 years. Maintenance every few years is routine, handled
quickly and efficiently.

Mike was professional and courteous while in our home, He has been to our home previously and had a new employee Alex with him this time(also very nice),,Puronics is fortunate to have a loyal employee servicing your product and orienting a new employee.

We had our first Puronics for about 20 Years. We moved and the water was awful so of course we called Puronics again. What a difference in taste and amount of soap we use.

Ken, the technician, always does a thorough, skilled job. My water softener and filter unit has lasted since 1999 so that proves the quality of the equipment and yearly service checks. My salt lasts the whole year with at least 3 bags left. Ken has always been polite, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate Puronics and their friendly office staff who schedules. Rita always is accommodating (and the other members of the team) and tries hard to schedule prompt, convenient appointments. Keep up the good work, all! . . . Leslie Ferrari

The service was okay but our window was 9-11 AM and our technician did not call until a few minutes before 11 and said he would be late. That pushed the service time back and it interrupted our plans for the rest of the day. Had we known that the appointment time would not be honored we could have rearranged the day or rescheduled. We also received no discount for our trouble.

The tech was on time and friendly, explained everything he was doing and also what he found. Explained about the age of our system and need for some repair or replacement at some time in future, but didn't do a hard sell---just gave us the info so we can decide.
