I paid PartsRequest.com USD 6.00 to locate a corner light for a 1987 Honda CRX. Adam from QualityAutoParts.com phoned a few days later and quoted USD 139.00 to ship the part to my door in Canada, all courier and customs charges included. I said I was going to hold off to see if I could find a better deal. Adam tried to put a little pressure on, but not too bad. No luck finding the part elsewhere, so despite bad reviews I placed an order. The part arrived at my door two weeks later (not bad for shipping to Canada), but I had to pay the courier about CAD 43.00 customs charges before he’d hand over the package. I emailed Customer Support to request a credit, not really expecting a reply. I received an email from Marissa saying she would credit my account USD 40.00, and she did – the credit showed up on my account the next day. I’m happy to have the part, and must say that service was acceptable.

I ordered a tailgate and they said they had it in stock and it would be $475. No tailgate after 2 weeks. When I called they said they could not send us a tailgate for that price, but they could find us one for a greater price. Thankfully they did not charge our card. We cancelled the order. No thank you. Classic bait and switch. Stay away from these people.

I bought a 99 GMC Sonoma engine from Adam of Quality auto Parts. It cost $890 and he said it was re-manufactured. That means it is rebuilt with new parts. Even if it was just part of the engine rebuilt it would still be considered re-manufactured. What I got from there company was an engine that was pulled from a junked truck. Exhaust line was cut and the fuel lines as well. They literally cut and pulled it from the truck. Then they spray painted it black and silver to make it look "new". they even spray painted the exhaust and spark plug wires. Not only that but the coils were busted and it still had the original oil filter on it. My mechanic didn't want to put it in because he knew I got screwed. I called back and they gave me the run around badly, saying that they didn't say re-manufactured and then saying they couldn't find the recording and then saying there was an error on the recording. They didn't even want to accept the warranty I had on the engine. Right now I'm in the process of sending it back for a full refund. Bottom line is, they don't give you what they say there going to. It's a scam, a rip off, and if you buy from them you will get screwed.

Hello everyone, I orderd a bank 1 rear manifold catalytic converter from (Quality Auto Parts) for my mitsubishi eclipse gt v6 3.0. I could of not been any Happier with the parts fast shipping and most importantly the parts authenticity.

I placed an order for a complete front clip for a 1994 Plymouth Van, less the fenders and hood. The sales person broke the order into individual parts and assured me that these parts would be "Class A" and fully inspected by them before shipping to a remote repair location. I have been unable to resolve this with Rex or June, and have turned the entire issue over to my bank as a disputed charge.
1 - Parts arrived unusable because of rust and cracks, including parts rusted together that could not be separated without drilling or cutting.
2 - An additional charge of $120.00 was made on the credit card with no information on what it was for.
3 - When attempting to cancel the entire order, they argue part by part to try and justify a restocking fee, when they have failed to deliver the complete order as promised.
By breaking the order into individual parts, they seem to think that they can avoid being responsible for delivering the complete solution.

I needed an engine for my '99 Saturn. These guys underpriced the competition and sent it promptly to my home. Installed it and it runs very smoothly. I took their word when they said it would be a quality product, and I will not have to test their replacement/refund policy because the engine will be running well for a long time!

I needed an AC evaporator for my Mazda. Quality Auto Parts had the part and arrived in good condition. The more specific the information that you provide the better an online site can help you. I had all information needed to get the part from them. The part arrive quickly and within a reasonable time frame.

I had looked everywhere and called dealers and by accident found Quality Auto Parts, called them and found exactly what I needed at reasonable price. The two guys I talked to were very courteous and helpful. The part arrived in great condition and sooner than expected. I immediately had it put in my vehicle and it works fine. I definitely will use Quality Auto Parts again.

I'm not a big review writer in general but this is the one I decided to spend my time on...
Here is what happened: I was searching for a used part for 2006 TOYOTA PRIUS ABS Actuator/Pump Assm ID 44500-47140 and "quality auto parts" popped out on Google. The part showed up for $850 (new one is about $1,700). I called to confirm the part number and sales rep Sandra (with very bad English) assured me that the part is in stock and INSPECTED and ready for shipping as soon as I order it. I decided to do more search to see if better price is available but Sandra told me right away that she can adjust the price from $850 to $750 as an instant discount. I declined but she insisted and dropped the price couple times with the final offer for $610 with OVERNIGHT delivery. My bad that I did not decline the offer right there, but OVERNIGHT delivery sealed the deal as I needed the part very quickly to avoid paying for rental car. I was exited and placed the order on 1/21/15 Wed. pm. Sandra said that it's late to ship on Wed and they will do it first thing in the morning on 1/22/15 and the part will arrive on 1/23/15 Fri. she promised to email a shipping confirmation and tracking number as well. I did not get any emails next day and decided to call and was told that part was not in a good condition so they could not ship it but they will ship a different part next day. Here is the Friday 1/23/15 (delivery day) again no email and again I called and was given tracking number with many apologies and promises to get the part on Mon 1/26/15. Mon morning I checked the tracking number & realized it's been voided. Called back & was told the part is going out on Tue 1/27/15. Called back on Tue to get a shipping confirmation and was told the part is going out on Wed 1/28/15 (one week from the order date). Called back on Wed 1/28/15 trying to reach manager or owner contact info but was told they do not release such a info. Rep asked me to give them one more chance to ship the part on Thu 1/29/15 to be delivered in one week on next Wed 02/04/15 but I gave up and canceled the order. I end up paying for car rental and need to look for part again. I asked for cost reimbursement due to delays but no luck. Waiting for the refund. The bottom line is AVOID this company. This company must be shut down.... I would put 0 star rating ...

If you want to wait three weeks to be sent the wrong part and lucky if you ever see your refund this is the place to donate your money to. They have no knowledge of the parts speak terrible english and are just a junk yard broker. They talk about theit warehouse but the part comes from a salvage yard. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM. Don't donate them money as I did. Listen to what other complaints are. They are all true.

I ordered a fuel injection throttle body for a 1985 Ford station wagon that was given to my church to be repaired and then donated to a needy family. I was told the best price I could get was $350. A few days later I got another email quote for the same part and now its $260. I called to complain and got absolutely no where. Buyer be ware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put in a part request and within 1 minute I was called back, so very fast response time. I rated this business 1 star because of "Frank" in customer service at 1(312)-878-9158. He assured me that they'd sell me an O.E.M GM stamped intake manifold for $185, that would pass smog in CA. His customer service was so poor it made me question if Quality Auto Parts is a legitimate company. He kept repeating things he'd already said, talking over my questions and then said "Your just making it more complicated". He offered to give me his call back number after I had found out more information, but that's why I was talking to him in the first place. I don't care if I spend $500 dollars for my intake manifold, at least I won't be supporting "Frank".

Shipped the wrong $900 rear end then wanted me to pay $200 for the return shipping.
I must have spoken to 10 different people all With Indian accents. They are very nice on the phone but do not call back as promised or answer emails. What a waste of time and energy.
I have cancelled the transaction with the credit card company.
I will await and see where it goes from here, I would gladly join the class action if needed.

Contacted them via email and i quickly received a call from an indian sounding woman who said her name was Samantha which I very much doubted, was trying to get me to give her my confirmation on ordering the part which I refused since I wanted a picture of what I am ordering. She said that is not their policy to send pics before the order is placed. I can only see a pic after ordering, like cat in bag. I am not stupid, she is telling why would I try to sell you the wrong part I have been working here more than 12 years, but duh...... I do not know who the heck you are Samantha. You could be working there a 100 years I still don't care. Very suspicious customer service, refused to buy and decided to google the reviews, glad I did.

this guy sylvester had me for a moment you think he was goin to bring the part right to me that day I GOT THREE WAREHOUSES I GOT THE BEST PRICES thank GOD i never ordered the part 400 $$ the junk yard wants 570 $$ at first i was happy then i said you know there really wasnt a web site right to BBB 70 REVIEWS 67 where horrible indian speaking people with american names but so pushy the guy sylvester said he call bak tomorrow to buy the part who the hell calls you to sell you a part he was desperate WATTA A SCAM it took me about an hour and i realized this isnt jc whitney or mopar i know this guys
