Transfer money from racq to another bank takes forever.

Crawfords took over 100 days to look at the case. Builders came out twice, once without taking photos or notes. Four weeks later another person from the same builder attended and stayed for literally 5 minutes.
I have no doubt I'm heading to the Ombudsman.

No more batteries from RACQ unless they say openly that there is no warranty .

I said that she should have told me that. She said that it is in the product of disclosure.
I consider this omission of details a really bad customer service, without caring about the customer, because I had paid for the insurance and was covered for three more weeks.
After I gave her my feedback about that, she made the change to cancel it at the end of the 3 weeks.
I will make sure I never buy RACQ again. They don't care about the customer, and they are only interested in your money.
I now understand why they have a maximum of 2 stars in their reviews

It took 4 days for someone to contact me.
After providing all docs-tax returns-etc., the loan officer goes awol for 7 days.
After I contact him he requests the same bank statements he had for a week but in PDF format.
I sent those statements right away (that did not add any information he didn't have a week earlier ) and pressed again for a timeline, within 10 minutes he rejects the loan, even though my initial request was not for a pre-established amount but for which amount I could be approved for, I have plenty of funds in the bank for whatever deposit they determined I needed.

Despite receiving a formal loan approval, we received multiple emails afterwards requesting additional information such as bank statements and proof of identification. These were documents that were had already been provided weeks in advance, but only now were being re-checked for compliance. Further information was even requested the day before were scheduled to visit a local RACQ branch and sign the final loan documents.
Information requests came in the form of emails that were often unclear and resulted in myself having to call the consultant to seek further clarification. This was both time consuming and highly frustrating as the consultant frequently seemed confused and was unable to clearly explain what was required. At times I considered withdrawing my application with RACQ given that the consultant seemed uncertain on advice they would provide.
The application required us to apply for insurance on the vehicle before the loan was provided. However, the slow review process meant that we were insuring a vehicle for some time without owning it. As a result, I found myself preemptively arranging to supply additional documents in an effort to reduce further delays and to work around the consultant’s disorganised review process.
Overall, the application was stressful and time consuming, taking a roughly 3 weeks to complete.
I understand that personal car loans are a new venture for RACQ, and that time is required to refine the internal processes. However, this does not excuse the consultant’s lack of professionalism and expertise managing our application. Based on our poor experience, unfortunately I cannot recommend a personal loan through RACQ.
My advice would be to look elsewhere.

They spent nearly three weeks finding every way to postpone the decision then not to pay the claim. Eventually they cited the reason that as the vet had not resolved the cause ( the vet cannot) they have the right to decline the claim, the reason was due to an obscure exemption buried in the fine print that other companies do not exempt and even cover with an exemption waiver..
To make matters worse the girl who called me with the outcome sounded as though she was quietly happy and enjoying the process of denying the claim.
I have now cancelled the policies and will never use this company again.
Please, please save yourself the heartbreak and avoid at all costs.

Cheap cover for pets of up to $500 with a $50 excess.
You can only insure 2 pets under their pet cover. $500 wont go far if your pet is involved in a major accident
