I engaged Radiant Clean to come to my home to do a once off clean as I had guests coming to stay and needed some help to get ready.
I have used many cleaners in the past and have always been happy with the results.
I paid $213 which equates to 3.5 hours from what they quoted me.
I left a list of what i wanted completed in order of priority, fairly run of the mill cleaning including bathrooms, vacuuming, wipe down kitchen, clean oven etc.

When I returned home I realised that they had not even completed the basics.... in the Kitchen the splash back was not wiped and nothing on the benches was moved, the lounge room they didn't even move the ottoman to vacuum underneath, in the bathroom the showers were not touched at all, and they didn't even pick up the hairdryer when wiping the bench, just went around it.
The level of cleaning was so disappointing and so below par it was ridiculous. Especially for $200+.

I contacted the company and provided photos of all the areas that were not clean clearly showing the problem. They told me that they would "investigate" as they had face timed with the cleaner while they were there and all looked fine to them.
I told them they were welcome to come and see for themselves, however they did not respond to this for over a week.
When they did respond they said that the cleaner did the job so they would be willing to refund only half of the fee despite the fact that it wasted a huge amount of my time.
I responded and said fine, please process the refund.
Another week later no response and no refund so I emailed again, they came back and said "we told you we would refund half".
I said so yes when will this be happening?
It is now another week and a half down the track and still no refund.

No replies to email and they are not answering the phone.
Cannot believe that there are people running a business in this way and charging people for their so called "service".

Ridiculous!

i first booked radiant clean about two years ago now and haven't had any regrets since! they cover every detail from the bathroom, kitchen and lounge also the windows leaving everything in stunning condition. Very professional and very affordable

They did a fantastic job and I rate the general cleaning 99.96 and the steam cleaning 100.00, both scores out of 100. I also was so impressed that I gave both parties a bottle of alcohol, extra to the agreed cleaning prices. Dee whom organised the job was 100 also. Top stuff.

I've been using Radiant Clean to clean my laundry shop in Essendon for 5 years , the boy always does a good job and the office always keep in communication with me which made my life easier when I have a few business to manage. Would definitely recommend them for your business !

Cleaner booked for small 2 bedroom apartment that was in almost immaculate condition. Was quoted 4hrs to complete. Cleaner arrived and said it required 5 or 6 hours to complete; I assumed this included the carpets steamed... Wrong, they apparently booked a steam cleaner for 7pm and did not tell us, let us believe it was happening in the morning. Office argued that we had "misread" the confirmation email and tried to deny their confirmation.

Severely unimpressed by them before even starting. Tried to support what I believed to be a local company and am rewarded with drama.

Contacted them as they were recommended by my agent, For a three bedroom house they qouted 10 hours!!!! of cleaning , smelt a scam engaged another cleaner who completed in 2 hours and got my bond back, keep away from these people.

Radiant Clean have been doing the regular cleaning of my 2 storey house for about 2 years now. The cleaners do a fantastic job and it is very good value for money. The cleaners clean a lot more thoroughly and efficiently than I do. By having Radiant clean do my cleaning every fortnight it frees me up to spend more time with my kids, husband and have more free time for myself, which is really important to me.
Also I have the option to get extra cleaning done on things that need cleaning say every couple of months like fridge, the oven or dusting of my wooden blinds.
I would recommend this cleaning company to anyone, the girls at the office are so helpful and friendly too, they are great! AS

Radiant have been doing a full clean of my gym for the past 6 months, I have tried other cleaning companies in the past and none have had the consistency of delivering an excellent product every week

I have been using radiant clean for two years since breaking my leg. My regular cleaner Wei is efficient and goes that extra step to make sure I'm happy. she even does things I've not asked of her. I am happy to welcome her into my house each fortnight.
