Rave simply do wot they say, provide an excellent choice of freshly roasted coffee beans delivered directly to your door normally within 24hours of receiving your order. I've used them now for the last 8months with no issues only great tasting coffee

1st time we've used Rave, we were very impressed with the selections available, which fortunately made it a little difficult for us to select coffee as a gift for a friend who has just treated herself to a new coffee machine for her birthday. Dispite all the concerns with delivery during the lock down, our selection arrived very quickly and our birthday friend was delighted.

I’d love to leave a positive review, however since ordering my coffee on the 17/04 I’ve yet to receive it! I appreciate that things would be a little slower giving the current circumstances, but not 10days!

Also, Im a little confused, according to your website I was under the impression that your premises was located in Cirencester. According to the Royal Mail tracker the package originated in Atherstone. One of the main reasons for me deciding to purchase coffee from you was that you were local to me (Swindon) hence a quick turnaround. If this will be the case going forward, I unfortunately may not decide to purchase coffee from you going forward.

Ordered 1kg of beans for myself and 1kg of ground decaf for my wife. Found myself drinking decaf all through the afternoon as well now. The coffee is the best I've tasted and this is coming from a complete amateur getting used to a new expensive coffee machine! The beans gloss over my glaring barista flaws!

I have been purchasing green coffee beans from Rave Coffee since 2013 and their service continues to be second to none. Even in the current lock-down conditions the order arrived quickly. Also the quality of their beans is, in every respect the best I have found anywhere.

We have recently treated ourselves to a Barista style machine in which we initially used shop bought beans- they were nice but not the coffee shop style we craved! After applying for a subscription our beans from RAVE arrived quickly and the taste was so much better! We went for the roasters choice subscription- we won’t be returning to shop bought! Fresh beans all the way!

Quick and easy to find what you want on the website, coffee was delicious, particularly the Brazilian one! Arrived on time and got updates on delivery so I knew when to expect. Very happy and will use again! Have already bought more as a gift for someone!

We like the taste of the first pack we opened and are happy to have found a supplier in the UK to sell a good variety of coffee beans at a reasonable price. Delivery was fast, so all is good and we will buy again in the future.

Placed a promo order through Instagram I think it was, payed order received, then received an email from a member of staff a day or two later saying I couldn't get that offer and I had to go through there own website so refunded money too me waited 5 days for that to go back onto my card never ordered again so can't comment on the quality of the product.

It is difficult to find a coffee that you like...we bought an initial box with 3 coffees in, 2 of which we really like and have subscribed to. The web site is easy to use, and when I had a quiery they answered in a timely manner, when I know they must have been busy due to covid-19.

Ordered some coffee on the 9th of April had shipping confirmed on the 10th. When nothing turned up the next week I checked with Rave who said it was sent on the 14th. Not sure why they emailed to say it was shipped earlier then.

Anyway still no coffee after 9 days. Not sure how fresh it will be if it ever turns up. Hope they fix their processes out. No issues with things taking longer than expected at the moment, but they
should be on top of what they’re sending out of they are taking people’s money.
