DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I placed an order on october 11th, it updated me and told me the item had shipped by october 12th. I did not hear from them for two weeks, no tracking number. only after I made the effort to contact customer service about my order, DID THEY REALIZE THEY NEVER SENT MY PACKAGE, then attempted to ship it AFTER i contacted them. It was already WEEKS too late. THIS SITE IS A SCAM SCAM SCAM and I see now others are complaining of never receiving their order.

So last summer i ordered a pair of sunglasses and a 50$ t-shirt from RaveReady.com, all I ever received was the cheapest item (the shades obviously) and no t-shirt. Wrote them a few times to complain about the rip-off and never got any answer. I can only assume all the positive reviews on this site are from fake people (like this asian chick who looks like she's 50 and says that the gloves she ordered are lit! ya right...). If you like buying expensive stuff that you will never get, order from RaveReady!

I've been wanting to order a few things from here for a while now but was a bit turned off by some of the reviews. Decided to risk it while one of the items I wanted was on sale and must say I'm pretty impressed. Both items fit lovely and were packaged well, quality is good at least they survived the wash so far and delivery was faster than expected. Overall pretty happy with my order and will more than likely order again when I have money. Would definitely recommend.

I emailed them a couple days ago about 3 items i would like to return because 1. None of them looked like the pictures 2. There was a huge brown stain right on the butt of my rave shorts 3. And just overall nothing was cute like in the pictures. I am very disappointed because the stuff i got was not that cheap.

This is the worse company on the planet to order from. I ordered some shoes for my grandson, and after three weeks of their website saying that my order was processing. I tried calling countless times, only to get the stupid recording that say "all customer service agents are busy" no matter what time of day you called. they never responded to my e-mails, so a filed a fraudulent charge with my bank and got my money back through my bank. Don't order from this chicken $#*! company!!

The worst customer service experience ever - mostly because there is NO customer service. Be prepared to never have your returns processed, to never receive your orders in a timely fashion (if at all), to never having your inquiries responded to. The only action that this company knows to do is to take and use your credit card information and never be heard from again. I would rather pay more than triple the price for any item from any other company than to give business to this site. Having any transaction with RaveReady is an infuriating process especially since they have very little disregard for their customers.

Made an order and was missing a large part of the order, no information was sent out from rr, tried to contact them multiple times about issue with no response. Next time I'll make sure to order from a site with a contact phone number... I own a photo studio and have had great luck in the past with yandy and yourlamode, Do No Order From Raveready!!!!

You shop at RaveReady because they're real ravers and the clothing is actually designed to make it through a hard festival without ripping , tearing, or falling apart like other companies. You come here for quality items that have actually been tested at a festival. Over the past few years I've had a processing mix-up, a wrong delivery (totally my fault), and items that didn't fit the way that I wanted them to and raveready has always taken care of me. Support usually takes a day or so but it's clear they do their best and actually care about me. I'll be shopping with raveready as long as I can keep going to festivals.

I've never had an issue and always end up with way more stuff than I ordered, I've been ordering with them since 2015 and they've always been the best! On this last order I ended up getting like 6 free items! I emailed to let them know that they sent me the wrong order and they were like NOPE that's just free stuff. They gave me two sets of pasties, a pair of holographic strappy shorts, a crop top, and some light up toys. I won't wear some of the free items so I will just pass them on the my rave fam.

Well you've come to the right place! Their customer service is absolute GARBAGE and they don't refund returns despite their policy saying they do. They don't respond to emails, or any outreach on social media. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau and my bank to hopefully get my money back from these thieves. Don't waste your time and SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I give them a zero. Horrible customer service . Called and left emails. I purchased the outfit in October and only got 1/2 of it . Called and emailed wanting the entire product for a festival. Needless to say it was ordered oct. 2016. And today is gen. 22 2017 and still do not have it they will not contact me . No responding emails . Out of a lot if money bc they took it out immediately. Was told to report them to FBI for internet fraud and practices. I just want my product . Will never order from them again!!!!

I order some tops from the raveready website for the first time and I'm so pleased with all of them. I ordered them 12/06/2017 and they came 12/11/2017, which is brilliant! I was unsure on sizing as their sizing can vary but they all fitted perfectly. One thing I would like them to sort out is sizing and pricing because very similar clothing can vary in both size and price, which can cause confusion and you need the size charts on the store. But overall I will be ordering again! One happy customer.

I often buy it online because thats really the only way to get festival clothing. This is a dangerous way if you don't know exactly your size is or not sure about fitting the item. They do have size charts on almost every item. But I always try to imagine how it will look on me, and there was the only one time when the ordered piece didn't suit me at all. All the rest I like.

With Beyond Wonderland coming up I decided to order two items off of rave ready and two off of iheartraves on March 2nd. I quickly got my confirmation email with tracking number for iheartraves and my items came in about a week. RaveReady however, charged my card as soon as I placed my order (only spent about 30 bucks), but I got no confirmation email. The order status on my account just said "order placed", I went online to see if anyone had any similar problems and I began seeing all the negative reviews about this company (which I should've read before placing my order). I sent them an email about 3 days later when I saw my order status had stayed the same asking if there was any way to get an update or tracking number for my order. Only a few hours later did I receive a nice email apologizing for any delay because they were swamped with orders. I did not have any experience with rude or unresponsive employees like I had seen many people complain about in the reviews. About 5 days later I finally got my confirmation email, and my order status had been changed to "shipped". I was excited until I clicked on the "track my order" link that came with the email, to see the item had not actually shipped. It only said that the shipping LABEL had been created. With only a few weeks to Beyond I got worried that they would not actually come on time. But about 2 days later, USPS had picked up my package and it was on its way. Today is March 13th and I received my items, the shorts I ordered are cute but don't fit as well as I had hoped, still wearable though. I had also ordered a pair of leg wraps but only one showed up which is disappointing. It's honestly too much of a hassle to complain to them for one leg wrap. I did not have as bad of an experience as many people have but I wouldn't say I had the greatest either. Shorts are ok, process was a bit worrisome, but overall wasn't too bad. With that said, order at your own risk, but I would stick to IHeartRaves.

I'm bitterly disappointed in Rave Ready, I made an order of over $300AUD/$200USD worth of J Valentine nearly a month ago. My orders status was updated 'shipped directly' within 24 hours of my order being placed but I never received a tracking number or evidence that my order was actually shipped. I have now sent 4 different messages since this time and have not received any responses. I am so disappointed and upset that I have heard nothing at all despite all these attempts to contact RaveReady. I am a buyer from Australia and found RaveRready through JValentine's list of official stockists and didn't think twice when they had items in stock I struggled to find in my sizes on other stockists websites. I have been in contact with J Valentine directly and will let them know of my experience, as well as multiple Instagram and other social media accounts who have significant followings. This bad experience needs to be shared. I hope that there's an attempt from RaveReady to reach out and confirm a tracking number/proof of postage as soon as possible.

I ordered something and asked for a tracking number about two times now and I need to know where it is because I have it delivered to my work. They emailed me back the first time, the second time they did not respond. You should have tracking numbers attached to the packages sent out.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still dont have a tracking number. Contacted the via their web form 3 days ago and no response. I think i got scammed. Going to need to have my bank refund the charge it seems. Avoid this place.

I ordered an item online and it's been longer than two weeks. Their office is located an hour away from my home. This is a scam do not shop here they don't even send you an email confirmation of your purchase. It's obvious that the reviews below are written from RaveReady themselves too many postitive reviews at once. Definitely going to write reviews on their social media accounts to inform the rest of the online shoppers watch them delete it.

I have only had great experiences with raveready. I even ordered the wrong size once (my fault) and they sent me the correct size as soon as I realized it was too big on me. I just mailed back the wrong size and gave them the tracking number and they sent me the correct size the same day. I love the quality of everything I have received.
