I’ve been working for Redwigwam for 3 months now and I love it! The job briefs are always really clear, and I’ve found the online help/chat tool really useful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sue Rowbottom in particular has been great with all my pregnancy related queries.

I've been with RWW 8 month now - once registered, the website and reporting app is super easy to use. The web chat feature is very helpful, if there is nobody online to chat to straight away they will reply be email to answer any queries quickly. You can get paid by shifts, weekly or monthly - payroll quick and efficient! Need to keep an eye on the dashboard and be quick to get the shifts!

I got paid llast week on 23rd of November I was expecting 204 .00pounds but only got paid 160 00 as I couldn't see my timesheet I was wondering if you had stopped me tax was supprised as it was a small amount please could you check this out regards jennifer

After applying for a job doing POS at ASDA I was told the POS would be sent to my home, I was a bit put out because nowhere in the description did it say you have to have a car to do the job, I asked if there was any way the POS could go directly to ASDA which I was told there was no way this could happen, so I was forced to cancel the jobs, if it had been made clear that a car was absolutely necessary I would not have applied, I now look bad for cancelling the job.
All that is needed is clear upfront requirements.

I had just started Working with RedWigwam and straight away within couple of days I received my first assignments. They made you feel very welcome and very supportive. Before my assignments a brief was sent to you explaining how to complete the job. After I had completed the report I was paid straight away at end of the week.

I have recommended them to plenty of people and one or two have signed up to them, just wish they would put on there jobs details an travel expenses offer (e.g you can claim upto £2 travel expenses on this job) because every penny counts these days.this job I only did because I fancied an afternoon out so I had a good look round before doing my shopping, nice place is Ripon, worth a visit. Keep up the good work :)

They are lovely staff just don't like that when you are supposed to get paid daily and you do 5 jobs same day submit same day no issues from submittion but they pay u separate date after it bring daily pat is frustrating as most jobs I do I have to use own money also is aggited when i ask to speak to someone and they never call but jobs I get I love I have fun to i earn an get all different types of experience .i have a baby and she loves all samples to try and test and I love reviewing **

Yes I will definitely use again, but will reset distance parameters - if work is more than a few miles from my home it’s just not viable for me to take the small 1 hr jobs for £8, unless travel is covered. A pity, as I do find it quite interesting to visit many different businesses.

Working with Redwigwam has given me the chance to understand better an environment like the retail one I like a lot.
Both the jobs done were pretty easy however I enjoyed them.
Being the last day here at Morrisons in Fleet, I know already I'll be going to miss it.
I have to say a huge thanks to the first person I met here at the job, June if I remember well her name.
A lovely person who in a few words summarized my tasks and gave me those little precious insights to do a proper job, completely different from the absent and unreliable manager of this shop.
One suggestion I'd love to leave is toward the customer service.
If it was readier and more reactive to questions and queries, it'd be more similar to a proper customer service.

I used to enjoy doing jobs for them but recently I have been getting really irritated by the sort of emails they send through at the most irritating times, for example asking me to contact my contacts to see if they would like to do some work in the North of England. I am based in the South of England! Although I do know people in the North, I dont want to be woken up in order to see an offer of work for them! Also, constant reminders of upcoming work again coming through at stupid o'clock. If you sign up to them, make it clear right from the outset that you only want to be contacted during office hours or they will annoy you as much as they have me
