Reliable Paper

I'm not sure what the below 2 reviews had issues with, but from my experience with reliable paper, I can't say anything but nice things. I have literally placed dozens of orders with them, an average of atleast 1 a month... and had one issue with an item being out of stock. They notified me right away and asked if I wanted to wait for the backorder or if I wanted a refund. All my orders get to me within 1 - 2 days and their shipping charges are cheaper than the other sites I have shopped for similar products. Seems to me like the 2 complaints are from people who think everyone should drop everything and cater to their needs... I deal with whiny brats like that in my industry too, just some people you can never please.

What a scam. I ordered and was charged for a product, but after a month they still hadn't shipped it because it was "out of stock" (despite their website continuing to report that the item was in stock). I canceled my order and then looked at reviews online to realize that many others have had the same experience. Stay away from this site!

Excellent people to do business with if you enjoy headaches and problems. They had wrong image on a product page which led me to order the wrong item. The "supervisor" lady I spoke with was very rude and was not helpful at all. They told me that it was the right item they sent me regardless of what kind of image they had on their site as description. Not to mention the image was taken off the product page within minutes after the conversation. I do not recommend these people at all. They are not there to help if you run into problems with the order..STAY AWAY!!

I purchased some earloop mask filter pack for my wife who works with a child and she wanted something sterile over her face and I came across these mask in a pack of twenty. she loves the way they fit her face and I will buy more as the need persist. Will shop again in the future. Thanks!1

Went online placed my order got my stuff in 3 days.

Items ordered arrived within 1-2 business days -- very quick. However, I thought I was ordering 250 plastic containers with lids and the box they were delivered in only said "240" -- Have not counted them yet, but a bit deceiving between online ordering and packaging.

Items received seem to be good quality.

Happy with pricing, however, the last two orders placed for Tork Adv Bath Tissue took almost 6 weeks to get. Had to make a few trips to Walmart before it came.

Checked out on web and received an email 8 days later to be informed that shipping was increased 10 times the original price - had to buy the product from another company and lost two weeks delivery. Save yourself the trouble

I had a horrible & annoying experience on my first order, but they made up for it, giving no further problems on the several orders I've placed since.

This was the first time I used this company and I will never use this company again, I bought a tool that took forever to get and they happen to send me the wrong tool called to see if they had the correct one they had posted on their websi
te and they didn't and when asked about returning the item I would have to pay for my own shipping 25% restocking fee and would only be refunded for the tool it self. Bought the tool for $21.22 tool+$5.00 small tool fee+$13.51 for shipping=$39.73 and for a refund I would only get a few dollars back complete ripoff

I ordered flood lights. They arrived promptly; however, two of them were shattered. They weren't packed securely. I notified customer service but haven't received a response yet.

Customer service is always professional,courteous & friendly. Prices & delivery are excellent. If you want to get a good deal, don't be afraid to get on the phone & call for help. Company reps have gone out of their way to find excellent subs for items which has saved me a ton of money over the 3 yrs I've used Reliable Paper.
