I appreciated the immediate connection I formed with Tyler. When he called, he asked real questions; he was interested in my business and why I love what I’m doing; he was invested in a longer term partnership. And, then Reliant was able to fund my business within 24 hours after finalizing my application. Thank YOU!

The effort that Nick R. put forth trying to get us the funding we needed was unbelievable! He worked with me in every way, learning about our business, what our immediate needs were and why! He understood where our business was going, the growth we were experiencing and Nick was someone that I had hoped we were going to have relationship with for our future needs as well. Because of him, I thought that Reliant would become our "go to" business partner for future, quick, funding solutions when we needed it! Though the funding part of our experience with Reliant didn't work out, we ended up getting funding elsewhere. I cant say enough good things about our experience with Nick. I feel that he absolutely went over and beyond to try to get us what we needed! There may be a "flaw" somewhere within their process and with whomever makes final decisions on applicants, but it definitely is not flawed with Nick's professionalism and diligence. It was an absolute pleasure working with him!
That being said...not knowing who makes their decisions, it may be time to consider putting Nick Russell in a position of determining what businesses are actually going to be great potential clients for Reliant!

Because I feel stolen scammed they would tell me it was 96.23 on Fridays and from the day of the deposit that was on February 13 to the date February 26 they have made 7 extractions of 96.23

A+++++. Nick is #1 in Customer Service and he is very knowledgeable and patient. I found the process to be very easy and he kept me well informed what was happening as they were going on. One thing I like most is he offered phone assistance pretty much for every step of the way and made me feel like I was the only customer with his exceptional follow up skills.

The information they require is pretty standard and as long as you meet their qualifications and provide the documents.

I would highly recommend you give it a try if you're a small business owner or even a large corporation they are the real deal and I never felt slighted not one time.

Good Afternoon. While we are not crazy about the terms and cost of the transaction. Ms. Shutler was extremely helpful, responsive and generous with her time. Ms. Shutler stayed on the phone with me when the offer came through to explain every single detail. In addition, up to that point, she provided updates and explanations on everything that was taking place. She is an excellent representative for your firm. I look forward to making this a long term relationship. We are anxious to hear from you when the next phase of funding can take place.

Our company had an excellent experience in working with Reliant Funding. Our National Account Executive was friendly and efficient and assisted in every way possible. She was always accessible and knowledgeable. Applying for any type of financing is always challenging, but Reliant made it much easier than traditional sources of capital.
