Other renters should use this process. It was very easy to apply for my rental, as well as get in contact with my representative. Its also secure and informative with the option of receiving all the paperwork unlike most websites.

I've applied to rent many, many apartments in NYC and it's always been a stressful and disorganized process. RentSpree made this entire process so simple - from the user friendly interface to the easy submission of documents, I was able to quickly collaborate with my roommates and submit all the documents we needed. Rentspree gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision in choosing the right tenants for our rentals. Easy layout to view. Especially like the choices of denial or acceptance close-out letters.

Very simple and easy to use. Self-explanatory. I did not need to spend anytime to read a bunch of instructions and information. The reports came back very quickly. The reports were thorough. Tenants paid online so I did not need to worry about collecting cash or money order from tenants especially amid pandemic. This is a great service. Thank you.

after dinking with all the semi-fraudulent credit report sites and wondering how soon my identity would be swiped, I happened upon RentSpree. Easy, safe, intuitive--finally someone figured out how to create a user-friendly website. I'll recommend them and so should you.

This is the 1st Time I have used your Service. We are pretty satisfied with it. I think it needs to be more clear on the Criminal Background Check when stating no records found instead of just a 0 maybe write out the Words & does it do a Sex Offenders Check?

I am writing this on behalf of my brother who has communication and comprehension disabilities. The easy application process, assistance with immediate problem resolution, and kind, considerate dialogue enabled him to successfully complete this task. Although most would not give this a second thought, the ability to perform this task with dignity and confidence was a big win. Thank you RentSpree, the compassion is evident.

Easy to set up and send the link to clients. I wish everyone would accept RentSpree applications in lieu of CAR application forms. That's my only improvement comment. I'll keep using and sharing with colleagues!

For many years now, we have been looking for a good and comprehensive Property Management application that would allow us to let the prospective tenants apply directly, runs credit & background check. Well, Rentspree has it all! It's about time! Rentspree fulfill this niche and we are very impressed. It saved us a lot of time too. We know that as Rentspree continues to improves, it will be something we'll use for a long time to come. Customer service is also fantastic! We highly recommend it!

Wish it still provided just the credit score, as that's what most landlords will focus on. The platform is easy to use and I love that I don't have to transmit or handle any client documents.

I think this is a great screening service, and the reports are detailed and easy to read. The application also asks a good amount of information from the applicant, which is what I like. The only drawback that I do not care for is you have to may for a monthly subscription to request documents. It does not cater to those landlords that self manage 1-2 properties where paying for a monthly subscription is not worth it.

I loved this application process. It was easy, un-intimidating , and its free! In other progressive countries theres no credit check' to rent an apartment let alone have to pay for an application fee, yet most apartments here in the US requires a fee to apply which is somehow inconvenient to other applicants as most have to apply to a few properties. Sitejabber makes it easier to potential tenants !

Time is money. Application took a lot of time. Should have been you paying me for all that targeted marketing material you sell anyway, in addition to charging applicants $30 to make a check done by algorithms for pennies. Seems like another tax on the 99% doesn't it?

There is no way to describe the way Bryson handled the search for my family. He was professional, precise, and had knowledge of the properties and neighborhoods; as well as the schools in the area. He allowed me to take my time and view each property that I was interested in. I simply asked for a 3/2 and within a few hours he provided me with multiple options. My experience was phenomenal. The world needs more professional and well mannered people like Mr. Smith....

I'm very glad of no waist my time when i come check the place to rent the representative are very kind and helpfull taking care of response all my question and just five minutes after i live the property she send me the link for aplication what is very easy to fill up and also for free it make me feel more secure because i have bad bar expirience from other companies so im very happy .
