The remote was the correct replacement for my old Vizeo remote from about 15 plus years ago. I was very happy with the whole order and shipping service, and I received the order in a very timely manner.

The remote that came with my Samsung sound bar had a very flimsy, "cheap" feel to it, and it required a hard to find, pricey battery. It worked fine for a few months and then erratic in performance after being turned on (no, I did not need a new battery). I had to press a button several times to get a response, and often had to get up to manually change settings. I noticed the battery did not want to stay fully seated in its receptacle, but even after doing a "repair" to keep it seated, performance remained unreliable. The Anderic remote I bought from Replacement Remotes works on two AAA batteries, has a much sturdier feel, and has worked flawlessly from the get-go. Shipping was incredibly quick, too. Great product!

Have had to order several rrplacemwnt remotes over the past few years. Ordrs always promptly duldilled and shipped. Replacement remote just as good as the original that came with thw dwcixe.

Order returned to Merchant for bad address. Chat support on Replacementremotes.com was no help, spoke to 855 number they said they would reship it for $6.50 or refund it and it would still cost me $3.50 for an item I never received. She definitely should not be working in customer service. I will never buy from here again.

Doesn't work after first few days. Low battery indicator regardless of age of battery.

Item was delivered within 2 days and has worked perfectly since arrival. I did not need to change any of the Dip Switches since the settings on the remote were already a match to my fan and light assembly. Great product and service.

I needed a remote for a just purchased cassette deck and Replacement Remotes had one original remote at a reasonable price. I bought it, received it a few days later and when the deck arrived I tested the remote and it worked as if it had come with the deck. A working remote is a joy to use. Thanks.

Really long story dont have time to write it , lets just say if anything happens to ur order shipping or if you do not recieve it, they WILL NOT work with you, the only thing they will say if order again when you already spent abot 40 to 50 dollars with them. ( its the SAME 1 person that picks up the phone no matter what dept. You need to speak to )

My remote did not arrive the by two day shipping ,so i
was a little concern However why it did i was very happy

Charged me for priority shipping and 4 days after it was supposed to arrive still no remote! Coped an attitude when I called to question and told me I need to take it up with the USPS.

I have not yet used the remote control, but it arrived with a cracked, broken battery cover.

I had ordered your replacement remotes about 2 years ago. One of them quit, so I had to order two more. So far they are working fine.
