Ordered 2 dozen glasses on Saturday and they arrived Tuesday, very well packed with lots of padding. No breaks! Love the Pinot glasses and the gin glasses. Chardonnay glasses are a little smaller than expected but that was my fault as I ordered the wrong ones and should have bought the Chardonnay glasses for Oaked wines (according to husband) not Riedel‘s fault!

I’ve always loved Riedel. I remember once bringing home the remainder of a bottle of wine we didn’t finish at a restaurant, pouring into our Riedel glasses & saying “Wow! This is SO much better. Wish they would’ve used Riedel at the restaurant”, which by the way was an excellent restaurant. They just chose to cut one wrong corner.
And ordering online was so easy, and we got our glasses in record time.

Ordered these for my mom and she was so thrilled with how well they were packaged she sent photos of her unboxing, hilarious. Can’t wait to get to use them next time I go home.

I attended a presentation by Maximillian Riedel several years ago in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio re the effect a wine glass has on the enjoyment of wine. I have been a devotee of Riedel glassware ever since. The purchase process was extremely easy as I would expect from Riedel.

- would not take my credit cards...kept getting wrong address issues
- pages load too slowly
- it took about one hour to complete my order because of credit card, search, and pages loading to slowly issues
- difficult to search based only on grape varietal
- had to email and call several times to get my order processed
-didn't receive any estimated delivery date after order was processed until a few days later from the shipper

you used a 3'x2' box to ship a 6"x3" glass. Complete waste of materials!!!

Snabb och säker leverans (mkt väl packat) och ett mycket bra pris (mkt bättre än på i hemmaplan i Sverige) på glasen jag köpte (Vinum Extreme Rose). Vad mer kan man önska?

Had to call to find out delivery schedule 5 7 business days that didn't happen called after 7 days and told would be shipped next day!, that did not happen called several more times finally told shipment on way . ONLY RECEIVED HALF THE ORDER WITH NOTHING TO INDICATE WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH REST OF ORDER. Called again advised red swirl glasses were not available till mid Jan. I am hoping to receive the rest of my ORDER then.

Für die 4Gläser war die Verpackung unnötig immens groß! Diese Mengen von Plastik sind für mich ein no go! Bitte passen Sie Ihr Material dem Umweltschutz an.

The presentation was well done within the limitations of today's COVID-19 situation. I would prefer to be able to be present live, but appreciated the opportunity to "attend" via Zoom.

Ordered 6 decanters, 2 arrived broken as they box they were in wasn’t very well protected

I bought a set as a present and was pleased they came quickly. I thought the service was great and I love the glasses I bought. I will recommend Rediel to others.

One box of (2) cabernet/merlot glasses arrived in shards. I bought Riedel rose glasses before and expected the proper fitted boxes that hold the glasses in place. At least some padding could have been in the cardboard box to prevent this. I'm disappointed they would treat there glasses on the economy side and 'hope' they don't break when packed so poorly and cost so much.

The vinum extreme Cabernet glass stems are now thicker than they used to be and now look and feel cheap. Guess will be switch to Zalto

Service was good but I ordered 4 glasses, one broke first night I used it. I won’t order again, too much money to break so quickly.
