Rite Window

Our experience with the sales person was great as well as the delivery. The two men that installed the windows were polite and respectful. We would however suggest that the installers are more careful with the caulking around the inside window. It was smeared up on the window frame and dried in a yellow-ish color. We ended up having to scrape it all of and apply new that is white and can't be seen.

The crew of Shane and Nick just completed the installation of our windows and I couldn't be happier!! Very personable and professional, what you always hope you will have when getting work done for you! From sales to the office staff they have all been great from day one! Looking for a great product and a company who delivers....better to get Rite Window!!

We had both Vinyl Replacement Windows, along with a new Roof installed at our house. In fact we had a dormer/shed roof built up from a 1 & 1/2 -- 12 Pitch, up to a 4 -- 12 Pitch, and they handled ""Everything"", related to the various aspects of the job(s)!! Everyone was Courteous, Professional, and Understanding of our Requests. First off, Jessi and Cheryl, who work in the Office and helped to co-ordinate the efforts of the Window and Roofing Teams especially to coincide with My Wife's and My Schedule. Secondly, Joe, who came out and gave us the Initial Estimate, came back again, when my wife and I decided on a couple of changes with Bay Window and Awning Window. He took the time to explain how the windows would be removed, and new ones installed, along with the ""stops, sills, casings, and stoops"". Thirdly, Bob and his ""Window Crew/Team"" came and removed 31 windows, and installed 30 windows in 2 days. Along with putting in the stops, they even repaired a few of the window-casing fascias, as well as a few of the sills. The 31st window is a ""Special-Order"" and should be manufactured and installed within the next week or two. Lastly, Chris and his team of Roofers came and removed two (2) layers of asphalt shingles, installed two rows of Ice & Water Shield (typically only one 3 foot roll of ice & water shield is installed), roof under-layment, and Pinnacle Pristine Asphalt Shingles. Chris even went out and bought the ""Red"" Sheathing Plywood for the build-up of the Shed Roof, instead of using standard ""un-finished"" plywood. The whole roof was done in one day!! Both crews cleaned up at the end of their respective Work-Days, and even left their telephone numbers to call them directly, if any problems should arise. Very, Very Happy with the whole Experience. I recently had 14 windows replaced by Rite Window. Matt and his team were awesome - great workmanship, clean, took care of my original woodwork, extremely friendly and very informative. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I checked out a lot of different places for windows and basement windows Joe in sales was great to work and Tom and his crew followed up and even when there were bumps in the road they did an excellent job of making things right. Thank you Rite Window for making my house so beautiful!

Grade A experience with Rite Window! From the original ""pitch"" to the final install, they were respectful of our time, space, and budget. Where they missed the ""5-star"" mark for us was our subsequent challenge we had in finding blinds to fit our windows after the install. We were left with about a 1/2"" of frame to work with after the new windows went in, so buyer be prepared to put blinds on brackets on the flats of the frames. The process with their credit provider was frustrating too, so we just paid half at the sale and half at the install. They were very flexible with us, though.

We had our roof done with Rite Windows and are so happy with the outcome. Our roof was leaking and very old and they made it look amazing. Very happy with the clean up process as well and that there are no leftover nails. Everyone was very polite and it was great working with them all ! Will definitely recommend to friends and family !

Everything went great and we are satisfied with the end result, but I want to acknowledge the sales and estimate process specifically for what caused us to pick this company and go through with the work. Guy showed up on time, stayed on task with the estimate we inquired about, and didn't try to upsell or use any high pressure sales tactics. A little time went by before we scheduled the job and they didn't bug us with phone calls. Thanks for ""getting it"" from the customer perspective.

I enjoyed working with Rite. The sales process was very straightforward, the communication was good, and the installer were professional and completed the entire house in 1 day. It was a 5-star performance.

Shane and Nicholas are the best. Took great care in covering each room with plastic. Did a fantastic job of putting in the windows. Clean up was great. They are very personable polite. Would have them back for any other projects thru Rite Window.

This is the second time we've used Rite Window. They always do a great job. Very professional, respectful and neat. The products are very much worth the cost in quality and value. We recently had 11 windows and our front entrance door replaced. We are very pleased with the everything came out. Looks great.

Rating 5/5 : Rite Window exceeded my expectations at every step of the way! The estimate was stress free without any pressure. It was transparent at every step. I felt as if I was there customer for 20 years. The installation was extremely professional. Every installer was also polite and respectful. 18 windows in one day, and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Just exceptional from beginning to end. They are a sincere and honest company that has the goal of the ultimate customer service!!

We chose this company as we were impressed with the window that we were purchasing. The crew that came to install our 36 windows were, solid. Cleaned up after themselves was mindful of the fact we have animals in house. They were professional and punctual. I found them puntual.

I called rite window for my roof replacement. Everyone was nice and professional from the salesman to the installer's. Within two weeks of meeting with salesman the job was completed. They did a great job. I highly recommend Rite Window Roofing.

We needed a new roof and the process with Rite Window was so positive and easy. We are 100% pleased with our new roof. Thank you to our project manager Chris for following up on a gutter issue that we thought was debris from the roof job but ended up being our son's toy clogging the spout - great customer service!

Their Salesman Andrew was a rock star! He was funny, not pushy. And he explained how we could cut some cost without giving up too much. Our dog Maxwell liked him too, and when Max doesn't like someone it's "see ya!" ;) We liked the installers too, (but they asked us to keep Max in the backyard so they would trip over him and break our new glass ;) We are going to do our place on the Cape and Andrew said he'd help us there too. Good deal.

My husband hired them to do my mother's house. She had been complaining about being cold and we could feel a draft from the window by her favorite chair. We had Rite Window in and they did all 13 windows. There wasn't a draft after, which is good of course, but what my mom liked even better is she no longer hears as much noise from the street. We never thought about that prior to purchase, but it’s a bonus. We enjoyed working with the company. Everyone was very professional. Thank you.

Setting up the appointment and purchasing the windows with a knowledgeable salesman was a five, the installation seemed to go very well and instead of taking the few days I was told it took less than a few hours because the crew didn’t end up wrapping the windows when I mentioned that I was going to have siding done sometime in the next year. So I had a nice new windowsWith ugly old trim around them. I don’t think I should’ve been charged for the trim or they should’ve given me a credit instead they left it in my garage for me to use if I ever wanted to. The windows were installed during the winter so it wasn’t until now when we’ve had a few nice days that I open them and every time I open them the top part of the window slides down and I have to get something to push it back up when I’m ready to close them again so that I can lock them. I am surprised with the lack of quality. Until I started actually opening and closing the windows the spring I would’ve given right window of four but now I’m giving you a three

The boys that did the work did a great job. We had painters working on the 1st floor and it made it difficult for them, but not only did they do a great job, they did it with a smile. I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, but nonetheless I really appreciated their quality work.

The “average” rating balances a bad front-end experience against a good back-end resolution. At the front-end, I was misled by the sales person concerning which installation process would be appropriate for my home. At the conclusion of the project, I felt I was overcharged. At the backend, the company did work with me in reaching a satisfactory conclusion.
