I ordered raised bed for my vegetable garden on May 14 till late July I didn’t get my order finally I had to cancel it I’m waiting till late august still don’t get my refund it was my last order from Rona please be careful while ordering with Rona on line

Would give -5 if possible. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM RONA. tried to support a Canadian company. 0 customer service. They have had our money for months, no dishwasher. 4 delivery dates set up and cancelled, no apology. Wasted hours of our lives on hold to get a snarky ‘do you want to cancel your order’. I want my damn dishwasher. Shameful company, steer clear

There are no words to describe the horrible customer service. How are they still in business? I ordered on-line which clearly seems an issue looking at other reviews, I wish I had seen that before! My deliver date was changed twice and on the third time I only received one of the two appliances I ordered. When I called customer service I was basically told that there is nothing they can do that I have to wait for the delivery company to call me to set up a date. No way to make sure I got my stove in a timely manner. I was just put in the queue. The kicker is when I asked how they were going to make it right, I was told there was nothing that could be done. It gets better! Recognizing that the person on the call has limited authority I asked to speak to the manager. I was told I was being transfer and of course I was disconnected. It has been almost an hour and they have not called me. I am so frustrated! There was not responsibility taken for what happened. I really hope that this review gets to Rona, but based on the service I received I doubt anything will be done. Never again will I deal with Rona.

OMG, the pre-set time for store pick up at a time with very few customers was an exercise in disorganization. I don't blame the employees, especially that they appeared to have been drugged with some movement retardant, but anyone, anyone like a grade 2 student could have come up with a more efficient process for something that was ordered and bought online. Abominable.

i pay 70$ for delievery for wood. I took day off for waiting them. THEY never came, never call.. i call them at 17pm. A woman told me; dont worry they supposed to be there soon.. i wait, wait wait.. never came.. FY Rona, you're done with me..

This has been my favorite go to store for as am a DIY person for 30 years but today sep14/2020 i was very disappointed with the service of two people one in gutter accessories and one in paints not very happy to help. They didn't seem interested in my business.

Manager Jessie is extremely rude to his employees and costumers. when I was in I overheard jessie and other managers screaming at an employee. Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Never shopping here again, they should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Paid 15,000$ for vinyl floor to be installed in our condo from the Golden Mile location. It all peeled up after 2 years, ALL OF IT over 1500 sq feet. When we went back to Rona, they advise us only 1 year warranty. We showed them the pictures of the job, clearly an install disaster. They offered 10 percent off if we replaced the floor through them. 10%!!!! Sales lady , Toni, was great to purchase from, doesn't call us back at all now that there is an issue. Escalated through head office and got an assistant manager to call us. Listened to the story, promised a call back with in 10 days. 20 days later never happened. His name is Kelly - we left messgs for Kelly all week, not one call back. Just a disgusting way to treat customers. Terrible.

Langley Rona- manager Doug and staff Shaun were absolutley amazing today. Out product had a missing “parts package” and we were in the middle of building it. It was something we had planned for the weekend, and had friends come over to help with.... so the set back was not convenient..... but when we called the store, Doug was able to confirm getting us the needed items, and I was able to drive down right away! (On a Sunday!) Thank you for saving the day team!! Five hundred stars :)

Absolutely horrible service, had one fridge delivered damaged and then a week and half later they brought me a new. Which was also damaged, so I called customer service again and what happens ? They hang up on me. This is going to take me another week to figure out. They provide zero communication about what is going on or how the situation is going to be dealt with. So very frustrated.

Ordered a fridge early this summer. They told me it would take 20 days. Over 2 months later it has still not arrived. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. The store tells us to contact customer service. Customer service says to contact the store. Couldn’t have had a worse experience.

- Purchased a dishwasher online on Sept 28 and was billed the same day. - Got a call that delivery would be on Oct 3 between 12-4. - Got reminder call on Oct 2, so got set with removing the old dishwasher, cutting off our kitchen sink hot water supply to avoid leaks. - Oct 3 came, and got a call from the delivery company that they "forgot" to get the dishwasher in the truck so would now come on Monday. Was already frustrated. - Got a reminder call on Sunday that the delivery would happen on Monday between 11:30-3:30. - Monday 9am, the delivery driver called me to say he's coming in with the dishwasher. Had to cancel a morning work call to accommodate. The truck came in, they opened it and then told me my dishwasher was not in the truck! - I spent over 5 hours speaking to different reps at customer service and the appliance centre - got some promises for call backs and promise for delivery later in the day. Nothing - Tuesday, I placed another call to Rona and still got no firm commitment for delivery - Tuesday evening, drove to a competitor and picked up a dishwasher. Possibly a better one for about the same price. Finally got our kitchen back! - Wednesday - cancelled and requested refund from Rona - never again will I buy an appliance from them!

I should have read the reviews for online orders before I made mine, horrible, made and order for a pick up a week ago and nothing, can't even connect to their "customer service" number. Will never ever make an order or set foot in any of their stores ever

I placed an order for lawn mower on May 12, 2020 but still it shows processing, customer service number doesn't even work, visited local Rona store and they said they can't help with online order if I chose parcel delivery, grass in my lawn is getting nasty, big mistake to order from rona, will never ever visit or buy anything from Rona, extremely frustrated . Will buy lawn mower from another store and if I ever receive from Rona, will return it without opening. Their stores should be closed permanently.

I purchased a kitchen sink on April 10th, 2020. It was displaying that I would receive a 25% discount upon check out. The discount did not appear. I completed the purchase and contacted customer service (miraculously someone answered): the agent agreed with my complaint and took a screenshot of the discount being advertised and provided me with a case number. I subsequently have tried to contact rona.ca customer service by telephone on 4 occasions. On occasioon 1 I waited 90 minutes before hanging up. On occasion 2 I again waiting 90 minutes before hanging up. On occasion 3 I waited 60 minutes on-hold before hanging up. I have written to rona.ca customer service email and NEVER have received other than an automated response. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ONLINE RETAILER WHO CARES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THE FRUSTRATIONS THEY EXPERIENCE. Today, May 23rd, I waited on the phone 30 minutes only to be told the representatiave did not have authority to grant the refund and would pass me to another agent: I have now been waiting another 45 minutes -- nothing! PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHICH IS A DISGRACE TO CANADA.

I placed my order May 11th. Track order only says its being "processed" and will give a date soon. I called Customer Service # many times getting a busy tone. Finally waited on hold 35 mins only to have my call disconnected. Extremely unsatisfactory. Will not order online again.

I ordered a seasonal item on April 26, I have received no status on when I will receive it. I called, after 53 minutes I was told someone would call me back, I have not received a call and that was a week ago. When I ordered it said between 3-10 days but because of covid it could take longer, this is ridiculous! All my other orders are showing up just a few days after expected delivery. This order has been 4 weeks and still no SEASONAL product that I want for the SEASON!

I had bad experience because your politic for COVID-19 sucks - I have been attack in your store because I ask clients to keep the 2 metres distance and your employes don't wear mask and pass at 2 feet from clients- I complaints to the direction and nothing was done. You should be a shame . You don't care about your employees and customers. You in strict violation of the guideline for security regarding COVID-19 . I am a residential contractor and you will lose my business if you don't change. Next time I will put a video online to show your lack of protection.
