Ordered a bed from this company. all the pictures displayed had underbed storage. However the bed had no storage. had to order a different bed. Waited over a month before receiving an email about delivery and that was only because I kept contacting the company to find out what was going on. I do appreciate the situation we are all living in at present though, but the customer service is shocking. No communication and no good will gesture or receiving our delivery charge back due to the wait and as the furniture was supposed to be delivered to a room of our choice. When the delivery men came they nearly damaged my car by opening their lorry door which they swung open! I contacted delivery company and men had to come back to deliver it to the room. I even showed the men the email stating that was to happen but this was disregarded. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Furniture isn't cheap, however although the bed is sturdy the drawer isn't and is off alignment every time you open it and the chest of drawers feels cheap. I would not recommend this company.

Good delivery service only it would be helpful to know in the morning if the intended delivery is for the morning or afternoon - our bed arrived in the evening. I did get a call 45 minutes before the delivery, but I had to wait in all day. It was good that logistics/customer services called to check that the proposed delivery day was suitable and I changed it as it wasn't convenient for me.

Very good delivery service with driver calling 30mins before arriving. The bed is lovely quality! Very happy!

We bought the "Stompa UNOS 28 - Highsleeper with Sofa Bed, Fixed Table, Pull Out Desk with Hutch and Cube" back in December 2017. At the time, the whole set was discounted at round about £ 1090 (including deluxe mattress - cover sheet, etc ...). We also went for the Home assembly service. From beginning to end the service was first class. Products delivered on time, arrived on the day planned. We discussed with the installers how we wanted the set built (you can customise it in many ways). It took a couple of guys who knew what they were doing a good 2h (so do not under-estimate the task ahead ! Given what you pay, for £99 and a 5Y warranty, I think the service is well worth it !). We arranged with Room to Grow a specific date. Their customer service was excellent !!! No problem whatsoever with either the company or their delivery service..

I purchased a bed and mattress from RTG earlier this year. Befote sending them someone noticed that I'd accidentally purchased the wrong sized mattress and phoned me to correct this error. On arrival it turned out that one of the boxes had been labelled wrong and was the wrong colour. On contacting RTG they had another one sent out the next day and the incorrect one collected. Can't fault them for customer service and my daughter loves her bed!

I bought a Jubilee desk with a hutch for my daughter for christmas. Opened the sealed box on christmas morning only to find all the fittings missing from the desk. On opening the hutch, we found screwed up instructions and a dirty bag with the fittings loose in it , some of which were also missing.
Very upset and very disappointed little girl. We shipped the desk to Spain at our own expense as we live there, so now have to look forward to trying to get this company to send all the missing items to our address in Spain..........
Really really shoddy and I'm sure getting the missing parts to Spain shouldn't be but will be a huge nightmare .....

Absolutely awful , I ordered this child bed 5 weeks before I needed it and paid in full and for it to be assembled.It took multiple phone calls to finally arrange a delivery date ( which was the very last day we needed to have it by). I was told that I needed to clear the room in order for them to have space to erect the bed. I did this the evening before. On the morning of delivery we were told they couldn't deliver due to family reasons and they would reschedule . The customer service throughout was terrible , uninterested and uncommunicative. I canceled the order found another supplier with a great quality bed, that was cheaper and they delivered it the next day . One star is too much for this dreadful company

They got one star as I couldn't give them zero, after all how can you Grace what you haven't received. Don't use this company if you want to receive your furniture. They've had my money for over 2 months now and we still don't have one of our beds..... The first delivery date only 1 bed arrived, nobody informed me the second one had been delayed it was only when I contacted them that they even realised is not had it. I was then told that a delivery had been booked for the following Monday, the bed didn't arrive. After contacting them again (at no point have they voluntarily contacted me) I was then given a date for Thursday the following week but had a call on the morning of that day to say it would be the next day (ie today) . This morning as I'd not been contacted with my 2 hour time slot I rang the manufacturing company, who I'd been handed over to, and was told box 1 and box 2 were at different depots. I told them I expected a delivery today, even if late as I had plans for a family day out the next day. Instead of even calling me back to explain they couldn't facilitate that I had a text from the delivery company saying delivery would be tomorrow. No offer of a time slot convenient to me or anything.... Another email to room to grow later asking to be passed on to management and they said that delivery had been scheduled for tomorrow. I even told them I could manage to stay in till 11am without ruining our day out as we really want to put the bed up tomorrow evening and get off the air bed..... They came back saying they had arranged delivery 11am-2pm. It is

Arrived in good time, less than 7 days. Slight damage to paint but after calling team, I was supplied with touch up paint within 1 day. Which was great as we had already erected the bed. Great solid and sturdy bed and my 6 year old loves it!

This wasn’t my first purchase with Room to Grow, I had previously bought a cabin bed for my granddaughter and it was a great success, so much that others had also made purchases of beds once it was seen. I thought it would be great for my grandson but, although the measurements were okay it dominated the room too much. So, as a warning to others, be very mindful of this. It was apparent that we were not the first to have done this as the response when contacting the company was that others then decided to sell it on privately. The bed was partly assembled and because of this we were reimbursed effectively, after collection costs, just £49. The price originally was £199. It was returned well packed in the boxes it arrived> As much as we appreciate that it had been taken out of the box I would be very interested to know what happens to these items that are returned. Hopefully to a charity.

Even in this strange times it shouldn't take a parcel more than 18 days to arrive if your site quotes 2-3days. There is no tracking available for the order, the support team is overwhelmed. I still didn't receive it and was offered zero concern/action from your company.
The missing screws for the bed are taking more than 2 working weeks to arrive, still no idea when and if they will arrive. The bed bits are blocking two rooms in the house and are a hazard. We had to completely unpack everything when searching for missing screws. I would have expected to be offered to return the incomplete bed delivery and sent a new one, that would have taken less time. The help line is not answering our calls and we are not re-assurred or provided even with an estimate delivery date to complete the order we were fully charged for 3 weeks ago.

Unfortunately our experience was spoilt by the delivery team that Stompa used.An expensive bed delivered by two delivery men at 7.30 in the morning, (no notification received)dumped the bunk bed in my hall, didn’t ask us where we wanted it placing,rude. The box was damaged & we hadn’t signed for it.My husband struggled with 3 heavy boxes upstairs.The product itself is ok, but you really ought to sort the delivery system out, shameful for such an expensive product

I had a call to tell me a delivery slot and he was very nice and moved it to a day that worked for me. However I then had a follow up call where they left a message to say the bed will be delivered on a totally different day and didn't acknowledge I already had a day set up.
When I called to explain this and that wasn't the day I had booked I was told they can call me 1 hour before getting to my house and then could leave it in a safe place - all of this meaning I could get my husband there. Not ideal but a plan.
However the reality was: One missed call, no voicemail at the exact time they were at my house and then they left the bed in the pouring rain!
It was outside my house for nearly 3 hours! The box was soaked and a few bits of the white paint on the bed are damaged as a result.

I made a purchase by phone, as the website would not allow me to make a purchase, as I live in the US. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Perhaps including the facility for international customers to make purchases on the website is something for Room To Grow to consider?

We ordered our bed on 10th Feb and are yet to receive it or have any confirmation when it will be delivered even though it should have been delivered between 14-28 days and we have chased the support team on it. So not sure why I have had a text asking me to review the bed?

Missing parts still not delivered 2 weeks later and mattresses was mouldy when it arrived - no new cover has been sent yet. Seriously unimpressed.

While the service of RTG was polite, the delivery was farcical - no warning; attempted on the wrong day and then the next day before 7am; rearranged for the following Monday but it didn’t turn up; rearranged for weds morning and it finally turned up around 3.30pm. At my request RTG refunded the delivery charge but this didn’t really compensate for having to arrange for people to wait in on 3 different days.

I placed my order and was pleased with the estimated delivery time of 3-7 days, and my daughter was excited for the arrival of her new bed. Unfortunately, 17 days later I am still waiting, with no delivery expected soon.

Eight days (5 working days) after placing my order I called to enquire as to if there was any update on expected delivery. This was a Monday, and I was told that it would be delivered by the end of the week. On Friday (day 12) I had heard nothing so called again, and was told the delivery company were hoping to get to me at the beginning of next week. I was then called back and told that they hoped to deliver the middle of the next week. On Monday I received a call at 4 pm, saying that they would deliver between 1 pm and 4 pm the next day! I work part time in a very flexible job, but think it's a bit unreasonable to give someone less than 24 h notice and expect them to be able to stay at home!!! I could arrange it with work that I was home by 2 pm, but this was not sufficient and they would not attempt delivery. I live 3 miles off the M4 between Cardiff and Swansea, so hardly the middle of nowhere, but was then told the next time they might be able to deliver is the following week!!! This would be ~23 days after I placed my order. And if the process is the same and I am called at the end of one day expected to be at home the next with no flexibility in the timing of this, the outcome may well be the same. I'm suspecting that I may never get these beds that I ordered unless I am able to clear my diary and wait at home for a week in anticipation, and am running out of explanations to my daughter. Very disappointed so far.

Firstly the order we put in for the solitaire midsleeper was put on hold without our knowledge just because the duvet cover we ordered with it was out of stock - this ended in two week delay. When the bed was delivered it had been damaged in transit and had to go back. It was delivered again and I received one pack in white and 1 in grey - not very happy!
