We recently had an 80 square room renovated which included a new kitchen, floorboards and painting. Rosemount Kitchens were amazing throughout the renovation. They assisted with the design and recommended people for the various trades such as flooring, tiling, plumbing and painting. They kept in constant contact with us to advise when tradesmen were arriving and responded quickly to any requests or queries. We would definitely recommend Rosemount to anyone wanting to update their kitchen. They were very professional and our new kitchen and floorboards look amazing. We are very happy with the outcome. We have recently completed renovations at our house, and would highly recommend the team from Rosemount Kitchens. From the time you walk into their impressive showroom and meet their helpful staff, you will realise that you are speaking with an extremely professional and experienced team that can guide you through the daunting task of renovating. Rosemount Kitchens were able to install a high quality kitchen and laundry within our budget, and tight timeframe, and worked collaboratively with us to ensure our needs were met.

Our kitchen was installed nearly two years ago and has withstood the test of time.
We chose Rosemount Kitchens from a field of 3 kitchen renovation firms and remain thoroughly gratified that we did.
Their professional attitude and service was evident from the very beginning and throughout every phase of the project.
Every aspect, from concept design, to detailed design, to final installation was managed with consideration and efficiency.
Not every aspect of the installation was straightforward, but every issue I raised was unquestionably and promptly remedied with absolute respect for my opinion. I am an exacting client with an eye for detail and found that nothing I said was considered to be too much trouble.
The show-room quality of the finished product is a credit to Mark and his team.
The WOW factor still affects family and friends who often comment on the appearance despite having seen it for nearly two years.
We make good use of the kitchen and derive pleasure from the appearance and utility every day.
There may be cheaper providers but I doubt there would be any better. The service is extraordinary and the quality and value unquestionable.

We stumbled for two years - do we keep the original fireplace (1923) or does it have to go. We wanted to keep it but were concerned it would compromise a new kitchen. Thanks to designer Bradley, the original red brick fire place stayed with a new beautiful kitchen wrapped around it and it looks wonderful. Thank you RK - you have a wonderful team, each of them strived for a quality result and considered us at every step. The entire process went smoothly allowing us to be confident throughout. Thanks also for your attention to detail, we really appreciate your efforts. To quote a previous review "Great skills and old fashioned manners" - we couldn't agree more. We met outstanding people along the journey, thank you all.

From our initial visit to their Essendon Showroom to the finished Kitchen, Rosemount were a dream to work with. They listened to our ideas and concerns and worked with us to produce the most incredible kitchen possible for the space we had available. We easily doubled our storage space and tripled our bench space. The workmanship of all trades involved is impeccable, they were courteous and respectful of our home. We lived through the renovation and they did everything in their power to minimise the disruption to our lives. We have no hesitation in recommending Rosemount Kitchens to anyone who is looking to update their kitchen or laundry space. You will not be disappointed with the outcome.

I contacted Rosemount Kitchens to come and do a couple of small tweaks to a kitchen they'd installed for clients of mine some years ago. The kitchen is still gorgeous and you can see the 'quality' in the job they did from years before, however, it was still no trouble for them to come back and make some adjustments to some soft-close components. The after sales service is amazing and that's coming from a Property Manager who deals with trades all day every day. I will definately be recommending Rosemount Kitchens to my clients. They are a company who cares about their reputation!!

It's been 18 months since Rosemount Kitchens renovated out Kitchen. From the initial meeting, through to installation and follow up. All the tradies were a pleasure to work with and nothing was ever an issue. We are delighted with the end result. So when we were about to renovate the bathroom we never thought of going anywhere else but Rosemount and once again we are delighted with the end result. Great Company.

It has been six months since my Rosemount Kitchen was installed, and It goes without saying that the quality of the cabinets and the finish are excellent. Management was supportive and readily available, and the tradies were courteous and professional throughout. I am enjoying my kitchen enormously.
However, since becoming a single mother, I had a budget and I not yet had to make a big financial outlay alone, but my large kitchen was 30-years-old and the doors were falling off the hinges. I was really nervous about going ahead but after visiting my local Rosemount Kitchen centre a few times and meeting the consultant, I sensed a genuine family-based company between Mark and the staff who guided me throughout. They helped shoulder the burden and the insecurity I was feeling. This alleviated the stress enormously.
Secondly, it is one thing to look online at all the kitchen designs, but seeing the vast array of designs that Rosemount kitchens have actually installed on their website was very important to me. This made me more trustful and confident with my choice because I knew what could be done and I could see the colour combinations that I had in mind from the range they had already designed and installed. There were no surprises. Their three showrooms also had the best range of displays.
Quality is very important, but trust and experience are too. Thank you, Rosemount Kitchens.

Getting a new kitchen was years in the making and after the fantastic result, we are glad we chose Rosemount to design and install our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff/trades people we dealt with and we received exceptional customer service experience from the start to finish of the project. The beautiful showrooms helped us make up our minds, right from the moment we walked into the Essendon showroom we were sold. The style of kitchen was exactly what we were looking for, Kristina was very helpful and informative but certainly not “pushy” like some other companies. Rosemount designed a kitchen that utilised the space available and created a high quality, functional and stylish kitchen. All of our family and friends have been impressed by the result and we want to say a big thank you to everyone at Rosemount. We look forward to enjoying our new kitchen for many years to come. We would highly recommend Rosemount to anyone thinking of a kitchen renovation.

We had a very tricky situation with a rental property kitchen renovation, and from the very first phone call to Rosemount Kitchens, it was clear that this company would do their utmost to look after us and make sure that everything would run smoothly. I would not hesitate to use them next time we need a kitchen renovation.

We love our kitchen and laundry, both installed over two years ago. Looks as good as the day it was installed.
All dealings with the company have been pleasant and easy, from the planning right through to the installation.
Very capable and pleasant tradesman were involved, and all were lovely to deal with.
We lived in the house right through the Reno’s, and they tried their best to be unobtrusive.
We have had one problem in the laundry after two years, and the company was very quick to rectify it, and have just finished. There was no hesitation about fixing the problem and they did it beautifully.
This is a very honest company which aims for perfection and believes in making the customer happy.
We’re very pleased we went with them.(They were highly recommended to us by friends.)
Thank you to all at Rosemount Kitchens. You’ve been wonderful and so lovely to deal with.

All my dealings with every level of the Rosemount team (including the owner) were outstanding. All members of the "team" were thoughtful, pleasant, highly professional and skilled.
The very few minor concerns were dealt with promptly and variations were undertaken both generously and effectively.
During the renovation I was also dealing with some health problems (now resolved) and everyone was particularly thoughtful and helpful.

I am totally wrapped in my new kitchen designed and built by Rosemount Kitchens. Right from design through to completion everyone I dealt with was completely professional. Workers all communicated continuously, arrived on time and could not have been more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a kitchen renovation.

I have recently had a kitchen designed and installed by Rosemount Kitchens and would like to share my experience with you. As a now single middle aged women I found the whole prospect quite daunting and have not had much luck with tradesman in the past. Rosemount Kitchens guided me through the whole design process with ease and their design ideas are amazing. The entire rebuild was professional, non-intrusive and I have to say perfect. I have never had such a positive "renovation" experience and would highly recommend them to the fussiest of clients. I am so happy with the quality and function of my new kitchen and would like to say a special thank you to Ray, Mark, Matt, Tony, Ralph, Dave, Owen and Anton. You guys are the best.

We visited the Essendon showroom on a regular basis over a 12 month period. My wife was keen and I wasn't but the kitchen design we kept returning to won me over. From the first time our designer, Bradley, visited I was hooked. He made our dream kitchen fit our space and the end result is just simply amazing! From Bradley, thru supervisor Matt and all the tradies that were involved the commitment from everyone at Rosemount has been outstanding. They delivered everything they said they would, all done to budget. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Rosemount Kitchens. Thank you Rosemount!

Rosemount proved to be an excellent choice for our 1980's kitchen renovation. Right from the outset with the design process, our consultant was highly efficient and professional in the way he worked meticulously through all aspects, including a significant structural modification to the existing galley kitchen area. He was always available to respond to any of our queries and/or concerns, which resulted in our being completely satisfied with his final comprehensive outline and quotation for all the work to be done. As would be expected, we did obtain two other quotations from other well-credentialed companies, but neither of them matched the detailed and comprehensive nature of the Rosemount proposal.
Once underway the entire process worked very efficiently with timelines, etc all completed as originally forecast. All tradsmen involved were extremely efficient and completed all their work requirements as per the schedule. Particular mention must be made of the kitchen installer whose work was of an exceptionally high standard as was that of the final maintenance person who acceded to our every need with some final 'fiddly bits'
As part of the process, we had visits to both the Nunawading and Malvern showrooms where we found staff to be most helpful and obliging.
A minor fault with part of the structural work, which appeared well after completion of the project, was readily corrected with a minimum of fuss.
We have no hesitation in fully endorsing the Rosemount Company following a truly positive experience.

We have been in our Rosemount Kitchen/Laundry for just over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. We had been looking for quite some time for a renovation company and by chance one day 'stumbled' across Rosemount Kitchens on a website advertisement.
From our intial contact in the showroom, to an in-home consultation with Virginia, all interaction with the whole Rosemount team made the process so much more enjoyable and stress free. I even changed designs three times and always they were happy to oblige to ensure that we were totally satisfied. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The team were extremely patient, when we had an unexpected delay of almost 6 months due to building/structural issues.
From the very beginning we were extremely happy with all the stages throughout the build. No problem was too much and any issues were dealt with immediately.
Everyone who has come to our home have been totally blown away by the transformation and the finished look.
Thank you Rosemount team for a dream kitchen and laundry - and we would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a quality renovation.

Our design and installation process was incredibly smooth, with excellent advice from David and with first class tradespeople. Our project was a little complex in that they had to work round some major floor works. They went to great effort to schedule their works so as not to disrupt our floor contractor's timing. We were highly impressed by the smoothness of the operation and the quality of the result. The follow up service for adjustments is impressive.

It has now been 6 months since completion of our Rosemount kitchen. Not only was it beautifully finished and designed, but we find the functionality, spaciousness, and sheer ease of use simply wonderful . ( why didn't we do this years ago!)
From the outset we found the Rosemount team from Beryl and Ray in the showroom, right through all of their staff/contractors ( Mark, Ian, Matt, John & Mark, Naomi, Ralph, Andrew, and especially Owen, who was not satisfied until everything was perfect! ) to be highly professional, always reliable and punctual, and polite and friendly in our home.
We are so happy that we chose Rosemount for our kitchen renovation, and would highly recommend them.

Thank you Rosemount Kitchens for our beautiful new top quality kitchen, right from the moment we stepped foot into their impressive showroom, to the Kitchen Designer working to our budget, and suggesting lots of things we hadn't even considered, to the Installer and to Matt and Mark, nothing was ever too much trouble for them, they always called before they turned up and were always on time.
The follow up service is beyond excellent, we have have had a lot of work done on our house, and none have been as professional as Rosemount, and we cannot thank them enough for a fast, easy and smooth transaction. We will definitely be recommending them to all our friends.
