Zeus really enjoyed his stay for 3 week behaviour boarding and training and I could see this from the daily updates and pictures that were given. Really impressed with the level of professionalism and service provided.

Two of my furries stay here occassionally, this time all 3 of my furries stayed and they all had a great time. The girls are fantastic with them. My mind is at ease when I leave them here. Up until this year they had never stayed in kennels, and I was super anxious about it however now, I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here for a stay. Highly recommended! Thanks All x

Our dog was really happy when we picked him up and rather disappointingly showed as much excitement at seeing Stacey and Lauren who work at Royvon as seeing me where I picked him up! Great to see photos and videos on Facebook too.

Great service provided by Royvon, very accommodating and great training provided for my 6 month old puppy. They offer a comprehensive training programme which includes 3 weeks residential. A big thank you for supporting an NHS nurse during the recent restrictions due to COVID-19. One very happy puppy and owner!

I have been using Royvon for a long time now. There are very kind and always polite, in particular praise to Kim, Abi and Romeo.
Romeo has been helping my Frenchie with his anxiety problems with other dogs. He always has time to explain things to you and is a excellent trainer. Thank you all.

This is an excellent school , my doggie Pablo went there for day school to overcome his anxiety and aggression issues with other dogs and I have noticed an incredible progress.pablo is more relaxed, and going out is much more enjoyable.
Will definitely keep on using their services, as day school or boarding when we travel.
Our instructor Romeo is outstanding and we can’t really thank him enough for his patience and support.

Having recently adopted a rescue dog from Spain I contacted Royvonn with the help of some training for my dog Alba a beagle cross with severe anxiety to other dogs, traffic etc! Romeo her trainer is absolutely fantastic, his support his care and his total love of dogs has helped Alba to overcome some of her fears and she is slowly becoming less frightened around other dogs and loud noises. She loves coming to her training sessions and attends Royvonn 3 times a week and I receive a weekly training lesson myself alongside Alba. Plus receiving daily updates photos and videos I’m thrilled that she is in the best hands with Romeo. The whole team are so kind, friendly and make me so at ease knowing I’m leaving her with the best. Just thank you????

Our 7-month-old dog was with Royvon for 3 weeks of training to calm him. The most we saw training-wise when we picked him up was he had been taught to sit on a bed in the staff room, recall which he didn't do when we were there and some improvement to lead walking which is regressing back on now.

When we dropped him off we did advise the trainers he had a sensitive tummy and to feed him his own food (we took a months supply with us). While at Royvon we noticed our dog had frequent very water diahorrea which the trainers didn't seem to notice or be bothered by. It was only when one heard me comment on how bad his stomach was that they shifted and looked a little uncomfortable. I asked about his weight as he is VERY skinny and unweight having been potentially a little podgy when we dropped him off. I was told it was the training and that they had given him extra food. We left without being given any of his own food back so I can only assume in 3 weeks he had a months worth of food plus all the chicken etc and still lost weight. Seemed odd.

At home, we hoped him being back on his food for a couple of days would improve things. It didn't and after two sleepless nights (as he wanted to go out constantly) he was lethargic and in pain. We took him to the vets where he was admitted for fluids and antibiotics - his white cell count was high indicating an infection. The vet's immediate comment was that he had lost over a kg and that the stomach issues must have been going on for some time. Over £800 of veterinary treatment, later things have finally settled and our pup is home and brighter but still very thin and needing TLC. I feel awful that I allowed him to go to Royvon for him to suffer like this! Thankfully it wasn't a blockage as we first feared (I had to take a foreign object out of his mouth while we were there).

We were given the pitch look how calm your dog is now when actually he was really sick and now he is recovering he is just as lively and the same dog we took in minus a kg and some fur on his front legs and neck from the all the vet treatment. Why did no-one phone us or think to take him to a vet? We have paid for a package that includes 3 months of follow up training and I am terrified at the idea of taking him back should he become poorly again.

Royvon has been great for our German Shepherd, Storm who has missed Romeos lessons and also socialising with other dogs in a safe environment. You could see by his reaction when I got him out of the car and met Romeo that he was glad to be back!!!!

Wookie has been staying at royvon since he was a puppy and is now 6 years old. He is always extremely happy to see the staff who seem just as happy to see him. We hate having to leave our boy behind when on holiday but would not trust anyone more than the guys at Royvon to look after him. For the first time our flight was delayed and we were late to pick up our dog. The team were amazing and made sure we didn't need to worry. Thank-you Coventry team for taking such good care of wookie.

My 3 dogs have now stayed a number of times at Royvon Esher. This weekend one of our dogs needed particularly close watching with an issue with his paw and Royvon cared for him beautifully providing me with an update for piece of mind. All of our dogs get very excited as we drive up to reception - a sure sign they are happy to be there! Always smooth at check in and check out - couldn't recommend highly enough.

Athough Max was again well cared for during his stay, I must mentioned that when I collected him and picked up his bedding it was absolutely soaked through. I realise that he was at the kennels during some of the worst storms we have experienced for some considerable time but I do think that someone should have checked to see if the kennel conditions were good. I have tried to dry his bedding but to no avail and it has since been disposed off. I just hope he wasn't lying on wet bedding for a week!. Sorry Royvon, disappointed on this occasion

My 9 month old tibetan terrier recently attended Royvon’s 3-week residential behavioural program. After reading so many positive Google reviews beforehand, my partner and I were convinced that this would be a great place to send our pup for some extra training before he grew out of his adolescent stage. Darren, one of the managers at Rovyon, was super friendly and answered all our questions with the knowledge and depth you’d expect from a service charging £1,300 for such a program. * Comment removed by Feefo *

Throughout the 3 weeks, we were sent updates and were overjoyed to hear how well Dylan was doing. In each of the photo updates we noticed that Dylan was wet but we put this down to him enjoying time playing with friends in the rain and the facilities.

After 3 weeks we excitedly picked up Dylan (we’d missed him so much!). And this time he was wet again. It hadn’t been raining that day but we still put it down to the heavy rain over the previous few days. Upon arrival, my partner mentioned that the facilities smelt badly of faeces and noted that the dog faeces bin was overflowing with poo bags which had been stepped on and broken. The care team also told us that they’d lost Dylan’s dog bowl and food supplements and were unable to locate them. I brushed this off and assumed it was an off day for Royvon as they’d seemed to be very professional on drop off.

After the handover session we got Dylan home and dried him off properly. Within minutes, it was clear that Dylan was not OK. He was excessively scratching and when we petted him dry we noticed his entire body of fur was matted. His head had 3 big clumps of fur matted together. His belly was completely matted with clumps of days-old dirt stuck to it which we were unable to remove and his skin was inflamed from the combination of matted fur and excessive itching. We felt so guilty for trusting the team at Royvon.

We dropped Darren a note to find out what had happened. He responded to say he’d get back to us following an investigation. In the meantime, we tried our best to clean Dylan up and booked him in with our regular groomer as soon as possible.

We heard nothing from Darren after our initial email.

When we originally dropped Dylan off, we gave the care team explicit instructions to groom him every other day and this was part of our legal agreement with Royvon. From what we saw when he arrived home, he could not have been groomed at all during his stay as his fur was in such a state.

We finally got Dylan to the groomers and they were devastated that his coat was in such a state and that it had deteriorated so much in only 3 weeks. The only option for Dylan was to remove his entire golden coat we’d spent so long nurturing over the previous 10 months.

Since Dylan lost his entire coat due to the negligence of Royvon, Darren and the team have refused to offer a refund for the £1,300 which resulted in our dog losing his entire coat and have admitted that this has happened before. We are now left £1,300 out of pocket with a shaved pup and a company who neglected our dog but don’t appear to care.

My partner and I would highly recommend not sending your dog to Royvon.

As previously the care given was excellent, Ryder has some rather unique traits however he settles in well at Royvon.
Would highly recommend the care given.

Ruby my 6 year old Doberman is a very sensitive soul and had never been in kennels before so understandably I was very concerned how she would cope ?
She was fine !!!!
The staff realised that she prefers to be with the slightly smaller dogs so her playtimes allow for this .
It’s great for me to be able to see her most days on Instagram ,
I live in Hertfordshire and on a good round trip it takes me 2 hours ( pet taxis is available if I need it) but to me it’s worth it to know she is happy, safe and taken care off .
My only negative is the billing system is confusing but the staff always get it sorted for me
