Whilst I understand the pressures caused by COVID-19 it is not good that it took 5 weeks from date of order to delivery, when the money was taken from my account at time of order

I ordered on 15th December, I payed it, but I dont' get my order yet.
There is no information, no email about the shipping.
Please, give me some information, when will I get my package.

I have been eating Rude Health puffed oats for several years and wouldn't want any alternative. They are so pure and simple. As ordering on line is so easy, I'm no longer bothered that the supermarkets don't sell them (apart from the honey version). In any case why give the middleman a profit?
These are the best cereals I've ever had. Just more of the same please from this wonderful Company.

My order was coming to Ireland from the UK. I emailed to inquire about the delivery and received a very quick reply.

I didn't receive 7 boxes of cereals i had paid for, and nobody didn't even warn me or tried to reach out to fix the issue.
