Excellent customer service! I ordered four rugs for a new home. The rugs were all multicolored and the advertisement on the website was pretty close to the in-person color. One of the rugs was not the correct size but this was on me. In my defense, I was moving out of state and I had to guess sizes from room photos and I had to have the rugs in place when furniture arrived. No matter, the return instructions were clear and the return was easy. I called the company several times with questions and the reps were so kind and willing to help. Although I was not in a position to measure before ordering, my advice would be to measure two or three times before ordering because return shipping is on the customer.

The charge on my credit card went through with no issues on the day my order was placed. Was told that item would be sent out around Sept 22. Sept 28 emailed and not responded to. Called and was told that yes it appears it will be shipping in next day or so. Did not receive. Called again on October 5 and was told they were checking and would get with me next day. Still no answer. Getting ready to write some poor reviews. It appears I may have been scammed.

Cute attractive area rugs... missing an opportunity not offering horse theme rugs for all the horsey people out there... The rug came in a fairly timely manner but wished it could have come sooner... but it came! Thanks

Great experience! I was able to use the filters on the website to narrow down easily to the types of rugs I was looking for. They arrived in a timely manner, and they look great! I will definitely use Rug Studio for future rug purchases and I have already referred some friends!

The website Rugstudio.com was easy to navigate and find the specific rug models and sizes on my shopping list. I had questions about my potential purchase and used the chat function to contact customer service. Karla answered by questions immediately and it was so quick and convenient as opposed to calling in via phone! I also like that Rugstudio.com participates with Rakuten Ebates, so if you have that extension on your browser you can save even more money.

I needed to buy a rug to match one we already have in our house. I signed up to the newsletter to get an additional discount, but the code didn't work since my rug had been discontinued. Katie in their customer service department explained things to me and was still able to set me up with a partial discount. Wonderful!

RugStudio has an impressive selection of quality rugs in all sizes and price ranges. After looking online for quite some time on many different websites, we can honestly say that no one compares in selection to RugStudio. There are rugs to satisfy every preference and fit any decor - even children's rooms. Our experience with customer service was outstanding! Karla assisted us online and did everything possible to facilitate our purchase and make the buying experience one of the best we've ever had. We feel very confident in RugStudio's professionalism. I would recommend anyone to look at RugStudio first when looking to purchase a quality rug for their home or office.

We purchased a lovely rug from RugStudio last month and discovered a manufacturer's flaw when the carpet was fully unrolled. (Always check deliveries carefully!) Rug Studio customer service arranged to send us a duplicate rug in excellent condition. Throughout the transaction they were pleasant and easy to work with, we'll use them again! Both the ordering process and replacement process were positive experiences. Thank you RugStudio!

There is no place where you choose the size of the rug, that says "low inventory". I ordered (2) 2 x 4 area rugs to match the 8 x 8 rug for my bedroom, with newly sanded floors. Then I get an email, that "due to low inventory" some or part of the shipment may not be available. I send an email telling them to cancel. They shipped ONE carpet anyways. I refused delivery and I emailed KARLA showing her the time I emailed the cancelation. She then showed the time UPS came to pick it up from them. 5 hours AFTER I canceled. Not a fan of RUG STUDIO. Their prices are higher then OVERSTOCKS for the exact same carpeting. FREE SHIPPING and no snotty clerk to deal with. Blaming the customer when your company admits they are "low on inventory" which in my interpretation ='s we are OUT OF IT RIGHT NOW. KARLA still could not give me a date as to when the other area rug would come in. If it was a week or two, I would have waited. The end of September when its August 15th is way too long for the room to wait. WAYFAIR is even better.

We had an issue with the quality of a rug, and Brittany, their customer service representative went above and beyond in helping solve our issue. She was professional, excellent follow-up and extremely pleasant to work with. We would recommend RugStudio. In a search for a new rug, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I purchased a small rug 2x3. I made a mistake with the color so I needed to return it. It arrived in a clear plastic bag which was not re-usable. I was told to purchase thick plastic painter's tarp which I did. ($12) When I went to UPS, I was told it would cost me $36!!! Reason? The return address is a rural route in TX. I then went to USPS. It still cost me $17. They need to find a better destination for their return and use shipping material which can be reused. I will never buy from them again.

RugStudio was very helpful when I called them with questions prior to my order. Delivery response was quick, even though it appeared to be on the delivery truck for a few days before making it to my doorstep. The rug arrived well protected and in perfect condition. Price was great. I am cautious of ordering from outside my usual shopping sites, but this couldn't have gone better.

Just had my rug delivered today and the man that showed up asked me where he should put the rug. When I said he can just bring it right inside the door he smiled and said "oh no, I'm not allowed to enter your home" I'm not sure why he bothered asking me when his only option was to drop it on the ground in front of my house. I was visibly upset and he just laughed at me. I called rugstudio and they simply said there's nothing they can do about it and didn't seem to care at all.

I have spent a good deal of time trying to choose a new rug online and have been very disappointed by the samples I've ordered elsewhere. Locating the perfect wool rug from Rug Studio was easy and fast. The sample came quickly and the rug arrived much sooner than expected and looks fabulous in my library.

I purchased a rug from them, received with frayed edges, all around the rug, even though this was a tightly knit rug. Two days after putting on floor I vacuumed ONCE with home vaccum and rug destroyed!!. The frayed edges pulled even looser. I immediately sent pictures. Spent $500 and used rug for 2 days. Rug Studio refused any assistance. Stated my fault for vacuuming. REALLY?? I would not personally recommend this company to my worst enemy. They just want my money with no concern of the product!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would as they do not even deserve 1 star.

Worst place you can do business with. Would never recommend to anyone, ever. I purchased 5 rugs and 1 came in early and was not happy with product. I decided to cancel rest of the shipment. RugStudio, a division of Oriental Rug Gallery of Texas, told me that we will take or I guess steal all your money you already paid $518. And if that was no enough, they charged me additional $80 without my permission or reason, completely unauthorized. In short, I paid total $598.00, and did not even receive the product and refused to refund any money. Attached is evidence of business practice of this company how they will take all your money and you will never get your item either. Buyers beware!!! If you receive defective item or not happy with purchase, you will lose all your money by their return shipping and fees + restocking fee of 20%, even if they mentioned hassle free return, its most hassle return you'll ever make in your life. I have attached response I got from company.

I ordered two KAS carpets at different times from the Rug Studio. On the second request the carpet I wanted was out of stock. However, rug Studio stayed on top of my order and I was able to get the matching carpet that I needed in time for a family birthday
