I was not sure exactly what to expect but I was thrilled that my passport renewal and new US ID card were processed very fast and efficiently. I needed to correct a couple errors and omissions and customer service reached out to me quickly and we got them settled. Best of all--I never spoke to the same person with my questions and issues but everyone was right on top of my case which was very refreshing!

Gladia, Thanks so much! I have new passport in hand, 1 1/2 weeks after I mailed it off to RMP and the card arrived 5 days after that. Appreciated your detailed instructions and prompt responses to my emails when I couldn't get through to someone on the phone*. RMP does a GREAT job of keeping clients notified during the process and informing them of what to expect next. I'm happy to share my good experience with RMP with others. *Tip for new customers: If you can't get through on the phone line, use the live chat function for general questions.

So I screwed up the process and their customer service helped me out in a big way. Perhaps theres a way to do it on your own, but these guys are experts and it saves you research you may not have time for

I was skeptical to use this service but I was in need of it so decided to go through with it. The process was so easy (besides things out of their hands like getting the pictures and printing them out) and it all happened within the requested and necessary time frame. I feel much less stressed about my upcoming trip and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to rush their passport and not wanting to deal with government agencies yourself.

I needed a passport with short notice and I was very impressed with the level of service I received. I had an issue at a local processing agency and Rush my Passport helped get my paperwork back on track. I received my passport days earlier than I had anticipated. If you have questions during the process they are more than willing to help you through them. 100% satisfied!

I discovered 2 weeks before a trip out of the country that my passport had expired a year ago. First available appointment to take care of this on my own in NYC would cut it too close to my departure time, plus time off work. Rushmypassport saved me the hassle of dealing with this urgency with little effort on my part - except for the fee which in the end was well worth it!

Awesome !! Followed the step by step instructions provided on the web site, sent my docs in with the provided paperwork and postage and had my passport renewed and back to me in 3 days ! Exceptional job ! Super easy! Highly recommended!

I was highly impressed with the customer service and the genuine care that I received. Unfortunately, I had a death in the family which disrupted my travel plans for I was highly impressed with the customer service and they genuine genuine care that I received. Unfortunately, I had a death in the family which disrupted my travel plans for expediting my passports. The person I spoke with kindly and instructed me about what to do moving forward and waived any fees I could've incurred in the middle of the process. I had a couple of document issues that were taken care of extremely quickly and professionally making the whole process so much less stressful. I highly recommend this service!

Got my passport within two weeks even when I forgot to sign my form. They reach out to me and even though I had to pay $25 more I was able to get my passport back in a week! I am so glad I use Rushmypassport!

Absolutely awesome experience. Russmypassport saved my "bacon!" They guaranteed delivery of my passport on February 18th and it arrived at my door on February 13th. Absolutely well worth the price.

Overall, a very good experience. My only complaint is that once I signed up, it was very difficult to get someone on the phone as required to take the next step--I had to wait a half-hour or longer on hold. I eventually called back and used the extension number for new inquiries (as opposed to existing customers). I still waited longer than I should have, but did get someone on the line who took care of me and patiently talked me through the process of completing the documents. Once I sent everything off, the service was excellent--confirmation of receipt, status updates, and I received my passport card early and my book exactly when promised. The company should have more customer service agents available to process existing (but new) customers.

The process was simple and fast. I would definitely use this service again. The only complaint I have is that the call waiting time was too extensive and could use additional agents to field calls for the next to last step in the process. Out side of that, it was a very good experience and would recommend to others.

When I lost my passport I was panicked and willing to pay more money for the comfort of knowing that I would have everything in order and get it in time. The first time I called them they were very helpful, the next day I called back and called all day and kept getting automated messages. I called them 17 times that day without being able to get through to get my authorization form and shipping label. I thought it was a scam since I had already paid. I did eventually get through 2 days later and everything else went very smoothly. The email shipping updates were very helpful. Make sure u ask for the letter of authorization and shipping label as step one! otherwise great service that definitely works.

The entire process was clear, simple and easy. The representative that I spoke to was knowledgable and friendly. I expedited my passport and had it in a matter of days so I could go to London! Easy and fast!!

Very timely service. Reps are great. Phone waits can be improved. Read carefully and follow the instructions to the dot step by step. Ask if any questions/ doubts. Organize all the paperwork well. Get the desired service.

Very easy to follow instructions. Once all was sent out I received updates as to the status of my passport and delivery. Its a basic form to fill out and you provide a passport photo, then its out of your hands. I received my passport even earlier then I expected.

We needed to use this service because of an unknown time restriction on our current passports for an upcoming vacation. I was a little panicked because of our required timeframe but Rush My Passport was very fast and thorough with email notices at every step. The Customer Service Rep was very helpful explaining every step of the paperwork to make sure the process went smoothly. I was a bit confused by their posted business hours, Mon-Fri 9-6. Seemed strange for a rush service of this type but noticed they also post access to a live chat which can be useful.
