I contacted them for advice and were given the names of 3 firms that could help with my damp problem. I have since booked my job in with Castle Property Services at Newcastle under Lyme.

Firstly the Woodcream is very good, works well, but a 3 lt tub only did the front side of 4 x 6’ and at £30 a tub it’s too much. If it was £20 a tub I would use it far more. But to state again the product is very good.

Brilliant delivery was next day although one bag was damaged , it was resolved straight away and a replacement sent straight out very highly recommend and the product looks very good

I made an enquiry on their website regarding installation advice which took several days to get a reply. By the time they replied I had already ordered the goods. Delivery of the goods themselves was very fast.

Just hope the product is as good as the info given by Amy (well done) But when Amy was off the reseptionist who answered the phone I found hard work I ask to speak to Amy but all she said was she was not available , at the moment bu t in fact she wasn't in work ,which I can understand but all. She kept saying was Amy isn't available I thought she was with other customers I asked if she could ring me back sorry she's not available then I. Got that stupid reply go on line ,! Ihavnt found a computer to talk yet and that to me was time wasted

Darren was very helpful,explained every things about the product and answered all my questions and when he was not sure about technical issue he did ask the technical person about it ,he was very polite and it was pleasure to talk to him .I do recommend the company

Excellent service, rang one morning with a question, got a full technical reply so placed an order. The order was delivered before 9.30am the next morning.

After talking to your representative Mr Scott hood, he explained how to use the product properly and how to get the best results. If was very easy to apply and we are cuffed to bits with the results. Thank you very much.
Only problem we have is we bought to much we now have 4 tins we don't need.
Any suggestions.

Far too expensive at £17.00 per cartridge for 310ml cream and I have low confidence it will work

Safeguard Europe in Crawley have been extremely helpful with advice and time explaining their products and suggesting what`s best for my circumstances, their advisers are always at the end of the phone if you need advice in anyway,
I have been mainly dealing with Damien (top guy) he could not help anymore other than doing the work himself, I will be using them again.

I got in touch regarding water penetration in my basement,I was put in touch with sub contractor's, I spoke to Peter at structureseal who came out to see the problem , he was brilliant so we are now waiting on a date to get the work done .
