Service was excellent, 3 bags of plaster sent overnight in waterproof containers so I didn't have to worry about them being left outside whilst I was at work. Thanks.

Ordered on Monday - arrived 9.30 Wednesday in time to apply two coats that day which was good, but I kind of hoped it would come Tuesday. Slight leakage in packaging and lid hard to remove but did the job that was required. Instructions clear and helpful.

first of all royal mail screwed up but a quick phone call to safeguard and they resent my order by DPD and it arrived the next day spot on , I now have too find time to fit the dryrods ,I give them two thumbs up

I placed an order on the 11 July and as of today (23rd July) it has still not arrived. I bought it on the understanding it was next day delivery. Despite numerous calls and discussions with Safetguard the product has still not arrived. I have been promised for the past 4 days that it has been delivered, then that it is out for delivery and due that day, and still no sign it. Very annoyed and frustrated at this point.

The courier company for my order made a mistake with the delivery and only delivered 2 out of the 3 parcels. Phoned up Safeguard and they checked what had happened, let me know what had occurred, and sent me the missing part of my order again straight away, despite the chance that the first delivery may eventually turn up via the courier anyway.

Delivery arrived much faster than in the 2/3 days promised, product as ordered. Not yet used and cannot rate performance in waterproofing house wall until we have another very wet winter.

Product delivered very quickly but was not what I ordered, this was very quickly put right with one call and the correct product arrived the next day. I guess mistakes are fine as long as they are put right and this was the case for me.

I had to wait 12 days for delivery but this was not really Safeguard's fault as my order was lost by the courier company.
Safeguard resolved the problem promptly when I notified them of it.

Whilst not having used the product as yet, the initial service was excellent, having placed the order on a Friday and received delivery the following Monday.

Delivery is efficient, as advertised on the basis of get it next day if ordered before 2pm. Technical and sales support backup is easy to reach by phone.

Good service and communication, but i find the delivery cost is excessive, 10 Dry Rods £23, delivery £11! They put this down to courier costs, but it feels they are making a tidy profit from customers.

excellent service,, I order the dryzone high viscosity applicator gun and they didn't send a nozzle with it, called them up and sent me one out the following day, brilliant customer service highly recommend will be purchasing from safeguard in the future

Until we get the persistent westerly wind and rain here in Cornwall we won’t know for sure how effective the treatment to my 200 year old granite built chimney will be. We hope that the quality of the product matches the brilliant ease of use of both the cement mastic and the clear paste , lovely products to work with.

Let down by there delivery services, 1st one never arrived and the second was not next day so missed the oppertunity to install the product.
