Ordered my skis with a double discount and they arrived 2 days later. What’s not to like. Quick service, great communication about delivery and parcel tracking etc

I bought a blue seventy wetsuit and it was great - cheaper than anywhere else I could find and with an extra discount for using the website. the suit arrived quickly and was exactly as stated, with full tracking through the selected courier. Excellent online seller.

Prompt delivery (faster than quoted) despite the festive season, the first size ordered was too big so I ordered a smaller size to be sure of having it for Christmas then sent the other back . The refund appeared in my card statement almost next day.

Unfortunately received someone else's order but phoned and got through in seconds, then they issued the correct colour for next day delivery! Fab abd friendly service!! ????

I have made 2 orders from this company. On both occasions one of the initial items I ordered was actually not in stock. However on both occasions I was contacted promptly and a solution offered, delivery was then very quick (much quicker than stated). The prices were excellent. I would use again.

I paid for next working day delivery for a new ski jacket but it was actually 3 working days and this was only because I took time out of work to collect the parcel from a delivery office as it would have arrived to late for me to take with me on my trip.

Product is awesome only have an issue with the website ordered 2 items only to receive an email stating there was only one in stock at sale price, but will be in stock later in year but at full price. Just frustrating that website clearly not updated in real time and will have to purchase again at a higher price if I still want product!

My order took about 7 weeks to arrive. Even after I was told that they had re-sent the package express delivery the delivery company said they hadn’t even given them to package. They then randomly arrived one day via normal postage. I was refunded for my item but this is still not good enough, especially when it was ordered as a Christmas present.

I came across Sail & Ski via Google ‘shopping’. Their website is easy to navigate and it tells you if the item is in stock in the specific size. And it’s prompt delivery.

Needed these googles for ski trip but it was on website that they were due in stock late Feb. Concerned they wouldn't be with me in time I rang up and asked when they would expected in and was told I'd get them before leaving on the 2nd March. They actually arrived much earlier than expected so can't fault the service and would recommend. Will buy from here again.

They said that FedEx delivery would be free and included Saturdays before Xmas, but it was Fedex'd on Monday. I had to drive an additional 4 hours round trip because of this.

The product is excellent and I guess I should've been more organised and ordered earlier but I was disappointed by the promise that wasn't lived up to.

Polite and efficient even though they had a key fitter off sick called and explained and only a 1 day delay for which they threw in a ski wax.

they had the skis in stock and they were delivered with bindings fitted in 3 days.

When i phoned the shop however they denied having any in stock but gave me sound advice. I then went back on line and bought the skis/.
