*****UPDATE**** in response to their reply, apologizing for being human is no excuse for not communicating with another human! I am human too, I work very hard for my money and spend my money carefully and I expect customer service when needed. If you don't answer the phone and don't provide an email response from the person that can answer my question you are not doing your job! Making sarcastic apologies about being human over and over again does not excuse you putting me off on the phone multiple times and not communicating with me via email. You didn't do your job, you got a lousy review and you deserved it! My review stands! I will never do business with you!
But my mom said it did not work. Pre-installed batteries had corroded the connections. Uggh! I send an e-mail to the seller ready to go through a long process of verification, shipping label info, etc. My mother, in a town 20 miles away could not really handle these details.
I got a response from a person. Not a form letter from an unnamed "Customer Service Rep", but a real note from Benjamin. It started out with an apology and ended with a "so we shipped you a new one., Keep the old one in case you can get it to work". New one showed up, it works great and all is well with the world!! Even got a follow up note to make sure all was OK.
Stuff happens. Understood that some items may not be 100%. But to resolve it so well- with personal touch, an apology and efficient replacement speaks to a culture of service that many would envy.
I am totally satisfied with the experience I got with this company.
Checked back at web site later same day, only to find the price was changed from "$286.57" to "$486.57" Looks like somone made a typo on the price and they were not willing to honor that price so they told me they couldn't find any stock.
Sale Stores prices are incredible:
Compared to Canada: $400 cheaper
(Unit is not sold retail in Canada only through over-priced dollar jacking VAR's)
Compared to Other US Vendors: $50 to $200 cheaper
With regards to shipping: Sale Stores is quite flexible. In general items are shipped via ground, however all I had to do was ask and pay a small premium to get the item shipped via UPS Air.
For those of you that don't shop online that much, you most probably haven't endured the long wait and questionable customer service of 'other internet vendors'. Sale Stores in comparison is excellent both from a customer service perspective and timely delivery.
We placed our order on 11/3 and on Friday 11/4 i got a email stating that the OmniMount UCL-XB was discontinued by the manufacturer and got replaced by the ULPC-X.
They apologized for the inconvenience and offered us the replacement OmniMount ULPC-X at a unbeatable price and we accepted.
To make it up to us for the inconvenience they upgraded shipping to 2nd day at no extra cost. our product arrived on time on 11/8.
They just won a future returning customer... we are very pleases with their service and will definitely buy again from them.

I immediately emailed a request (basically begging nicely) for Sale Stores to CANCEL my order. If you're not aware, they have some very specific store guidelines about cancellations and returns so I didn't think the order would be able to be canceled. However, today, I received the NICEST email from a Sale Stores representative, stating that they would be willing to CANCEL my order and they even WAIVED the $25 cancellation fee that is clearly disclosed in their store policies. Thankfully, my order had not progressed too far into the shipping process so cancellation was still fairly easy for them to do.
While I never completed this particular transaction, my trust level for this merchant is now very high. I would definitely shop here again. They are honest people just trying their best to survive in the very competitive dog-eat-dog world of online selling and shopping. While you may find their store policies stricter than other merchants, you will also be AMAZED at their CRAZY LOW PRICES!!!
I do recommend that you read their store policies before placing an order so you experience no surprises, but also be aware that these are honest sellers doing their best to please their customers. You can count me in as a satisfied customer, even though I changed my mind and never really bought that clock!

Over all I would say my satisfaction with this process is very high although I did have some difficulties submitting the initial order using my Apple and Firefox web browser. I tried to submit three times and could never get confirmation that the order was submitted. Only when I received an email did I learn the order was being processed. I recommend this vendor and will us them again without question.
Even though the price was higher on the web-site after I ordered this product, there was not a mention of charging me a higher price. I got an unbeatable price, good service and my product arrived in approximately 2 weeks. You can't beat that! I will do business with them again, and I would will recommend them to my friends. However, do yourself a favor and take a minute to understand their business. Seems like an obvious step if you are going to order on the internet, but it's a step I skipped. I would have saved myself some worrying.
All in all, one of the best retailers I have bought from on the Internet.

She was very prompt in returning my initial call. Her return calls to keep me posted were thorough, polite and most professional. She continued to keep me notified (via email) the progress of my case. She very carefully explained to me the return/exchange procedure and provided explicit directions for me to follow. She truly could not do enough to assist me with this issue. I cannot speak highly enough of Keva Jantz and her exquisite customer service skills. Honestly, my experience with Keva Jantz was unbelievably positive.

In this case, I just didn't find the product I was looking for on Amazon. So, other than going to physical stores on a treasure hunt, I decided to look using Google Shopping.
This store wasn't the lowest priced, but it was the lowest price store that had ratings (there were a few others with no ratings at all and I am scared of those).
So, I placed my order. I received tracking info in a couple days and the product arrived 2 days after that. It was shipped to me by some other Company (probably their supplier) but it was exactly what I needed.
I had a question about it so I called their Customer Service. They initially didn't know the answer but a nice lady told me she would investigate and get back to me with the answer. A copule hours later she emailed me the answer (she called the Manufacturer for me).
I don't know if I will abandon Amazon for this new store, but I will surely consider them in the future if Amazon doesn't have another product.
