To be honest, I buy 99% of what I buy online from Amazon, because I have their PRIME membership that make it super convenient to order products and receive them in 2 days with Free Shipping. Hard to beat!

In this case, I just didn't find the product I was looking for on Amazon. So, other than going to physical stores on a treasure hunt, I decided to look using Google Shopping.

This store wasn't the lowest priced, but it was the lowest price store that had ratings (there were a few others with no ratings at all and I am scared of those).

So, I placed my order. I received tracking info in a couple days and the product arrived 2 days after that. It was shipped to me by some other Company (probably their supplier) but it was exactly what I needed.

I had a question about it so I called their Customer Service. They initially didn't know the answer but a nice lady told me she would investigate and get back to me with the answer. A copule hours later she emailed me the answer (she called the Manufacturer for me).

I don't know if I will abandon Amazon for this new store, but I will surely consider them in the future if Amazon doesn't have another product.

Delivery was handled very well with good follow-through, but when one of a large lot of LCD televisions purchased was defective, the company tried to stall or deflect the case to the manufacturer, rather than prompty replace/refund the item. Even though the defective item was clearly not their fault, I still expect the retailer to make good on things that are DOA out of the box without being pressured into doing so.

I had ordered 2 sets of Prisma 60 count pencils as gifts, when they came in 1 pack looks as it had opened and dropped on the floor, because the package was tossed on top of the other package and pencils were all loose in the box. unfortunately my mom saw this and open of the sets were for her 79th birthday. I found out that the first package in had opened and had alot of the same colors in it and was unsealed so while I was making sure the colors were right and putting them in the packages but sharpening the broken tips my mom said please tell me one of those are mine. I said yes she took the set which was broken tips and 2 broken pencils and was thrilled. Customer Service after contacted sent out another set of pencils for her and now she has 2 sets some are shorter then others but is thrilled. My niece received her birthday set and asked for another set for christmas. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I ordered DVD duplicator on Sept 28. Other than an email on the 29th that was an autoresponse, I never heard from these guys. I'd send a reply (as specified in their email) without changing the subject line. I requested shipping info, or something that would tell me they were going to ship. Nothing but return "autoresponse" emails. I read their ratings here before ordering. One of the reviewers has a response by "Sale Stores" stating that he never called them or they would have loved to help them over the phone. Well, that may or may not be true! I called them, several times on friday the 28th. 1st time the person says "that department is closed for another 15 minutes". So I waited and called them back in 20. The same person then tells me that department is closed for another hour! I called at 11AM CST. What's that all about? OK, so I cancelled the order the only way I could. Via Email. I guess if you have all the time in the world to wait without a need for ANY customer service or response go ahead and try these guys. As for me, the extra $30 I'll have to spend by going through NewEgg for the same item is WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

*****UPDATE**** in response to their reply, apologizing for being human is no excuse for not communicating with another human! I am human too, I work very hard for my money and spend my money carefully and I expect customer service when needed. If you don't answer the phone and don't provide an email response from the person that can answer my question you are not doing your job! Making sarcastic apologies about being human over and over again does not excuse you putting me off on the phone multiple times and not communicating with me via email. You didn't do your job, you got a lousy review and you deserved it! My review stands! I will never do business with you!

I ordered an MSN wireless keyboard for my 80 year old mother from Sale Stores through Amazon. I got an e-mail with the expected arrival date and it showed when it said it would.

But my mom said it did not work. Pre-installed batteries had corroded the connections. Uggh! I send an e-mail to the seller ready to go through a long process of verification, shipping label info, etc. My mother, in a town 20 miles away could not really handle these details.

I got a response from a person. Not a form letter from an unnamed "Customer Service Rep", but a real note from Benjamin. It started out with an apology and ended with a "so we shipped you a new one., Keep the old one in case you can get it to work". New one showed up, it works great and all is well with the world!! Even got a follow up note to make sure all was OK.

Stuff happens. Understood that some items may not be 100%. But to resolve it so well- with personal touch, an apology and efficient replacement speaks to a culture of service that many would envy.

I am totally satisfied with the experience I got with this company.

Placed order on thursday, no response by the following Tuesday, finally called and was told they could not find one with any of their suppliers.

Checked back at web site later same day, only to find the price was changed from "$286.57" to "$486.57" Looks like somone made a typo on the price and they were not willing to honor that price so they told me they couldn't find any stock.

I initially ordered an SVAT Model GX-5000 wireless camera and receiver from this merchant. The order was in process when I emailed the manufacturer with some technical questions regarding my application and they suggested a different system, a Model WSE201. I contacted the merchant immediately and they were VERY helpful in cancelling the first order and in obtaining the system I needed for my application, even though it was not listed in their website catalog. I have since received the WSE201 camera and receiver and it works great. I am more than pleased with this transaction and I intend to order several more from this merchant in the near future.

I received my desk today and it was packaged so well that I did not feel the need to open it up for inspection during delivery. This item was the rock bottom lowest price I could find on the internet. No other web stores would even price match! Super thrilled all the way around!!

I ordered a rotary washing line from an online retailer and a soil spear from Sale Stores/ EOS Trading Corp. I had an email a few days later saying: We regret to inform you that nor we nor our suppliers have stock of the item you ordered. The product has been discontinued and we cannot get them any more, so we will remove it from our web site shortly. The database reindex is done every few days, the product might still appear until the next reindex. So these guys have a website that sells items they do not even have in stock?! My washing line is useless without this item so this is a very inconvenient for me. I would advise anyone needing to buy from them to call in their order and avoid using the website.

I had been looking for a Philips Pronto TSU9400 for almost 6 months. The home control panel is not sold retail in Canada and as a result, I've searched eBay, Amazon, NewEgg and all the rest.

Sale Stores prices are incredible:
Compared to Canada: $400 cheaper
(Unit is not sold retail in Canada only through over-priced dollar jacking VAR's)
Compared to Other US Vendors: $50 to $200 cheaper

With regards to shipping: Sale Stores is quite flexible. In general items are shipped via ground, however all I had to do was ask and pay a small premium to get the item shipped via UPS Air.
For those of you that don't shop online that much, you most probably haven't endured the long wait and questionable customer service of 'other internet vendors'. Sale Stores in comparison is excellent both from a customer service perspective and timely delivery.

For our grand opening from our new studio we needed a Mount for our 60-Inch TV and found a nice OmniMount UCL-XB Mount in Google Product Search and Sale Stores was with position 2 or 3 one of the lowest in price.
We placed our order on 11/3 and on Friday 11/4 i got a email stating that the OmniMount UCL-XB was discontinued by the manufacturer and got replaced by the ULPC-X.
They apologized for the inconvenience and offered us the replacement OmniMount ULPC-X at a unbeatable price and we accepted.
To make it up to us for the inconvenience they upgraded shipping to 2nd day at no extra cost. our product arrived on time on 11/8.
They just won a future returning customer... we are very pleases with their service and will definitely buy again from them.

I recently placed an order for a motorized projection screen with this vendor. I called to check availability and shipping information. I was told the screen was in stock and would ship within a couple days. 3 days later, I received an email notification that the screen was no longer available and my order was cancelled. I was offered an apology and a $7 discount on my next order. I was furious to say the least. I fired off an email to the vendor explaining my complete disappointment with their inexcusable failure. I received a reply from the Chief Operating Officer, Benjamin Landman, with a synopsis of the break down in their stock checking system. I run a business and have had a few failures of my own, so I understood the situation. However, that wasn't solving my immediate problem...I needed a motorized projection screen. Mr. Landman found the same screen at a slightly higher cost and offered to sell it to me at his cost to rectify the situation. The price was reasonable and the screen arrived within a few days direct from the factory. My experience with Salestore.com may have started out on shaky ground, but at the end of the day, they fixed the problem. I think anyone in business can appreciate that errors will occur no matter how hard you try to avoid them. The key to a successful business is jumping on the problem at the first opportunity and turning a dissatisfied customer into a cheerleader for your company. Mr. Landman's extra effort and rapid response to the problem convinced me to work with his company in the future.

Very late one night, I placed an order for an extremely beautiful, intricately hand-carved Cuckoo Clock crafted in the Black Forest of Germany. Within a few hours, I had buyer's remorse because I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that sometimes leads me to shop compulsively especially late at night. I realized that we really couldn't comfortably afford this purchase.

I immediately emailed a request (basically begging nicely) for Sale Stores to CANCEL my order. If you're not aware, they have some very specific store guidelines about cancellations and returns so I didn't think the order would be able to be canceled. However, today, I received the NICEST email from a Sale Stores representative, stating that they would be willing to CANCEL my order and they even WAIVED the $25 cancellation fee that is clearly disclosed in their store policies. Thankfully, my order had not progressed too far into the shipping process so cancellation was still fairly easy for them to do.

While I never completed this particular transaction, my trust level for this merchant is now very high. I would definitely shop here again. They are honest people just trying their best to survive in the very competitive dog-eat-dog world of online selling and shopping. While you may find their store policies stricter than other merchants, you will also be AMAZED at their CRAZY LOW PRICES!!!

I do recommend that you read their store policies before placing an order so you experience no surprises, but also be aware that these are honest sellers doing their best to please their customers. You can count me in as a satisfied customer, even though I changed my mind and never really bought that clock!

I placed an order on Friday, February 16 and after the order was placed I realized that I had ordered the incorrect item. I emailed a request to cancel the order and was sent a response the next day allowing me to cancel the order. I was very grateful for the understanding and the granted cancellation of my order.

I dealt with Patricia Herde, who was a great help to me. I needed to get a refrigerator in less than a week, and was given a 2 week lead time expectation from literally 15 other stores - all big time stores as well (AJ Madison, Goedekers, etc.), and Sale Stores got this order to me in FOUR DAYS! They really helped me meet my deadline, and especially Patricia stayed on top of my order to make sure it was delivered when I needed it. I NEVER take the time to leave reviews, but I really felt that the service I received from Sale Stores was so superb that I needed to take the time to lets others know. Thanks again!!

My order was received on Friday the 13th without issues and I installed the wireless repeater system without difficulties the following day. It is currently functioning well except for reception of the AT&T network which I suspect indicates that I will need a high gain antenna to pull in that signal.

Over all I would say my satisfaction with this process is very high although I did have some difficulties submitting the initial order using my Apple and Firefox web browser. I tried to submit three times and could never get confirmation that the order was submitted. Only when I received an email did I learn the order was being processed. I recommend this vendor and will us them again without question.

I ordered an appliance through this store on 2/25. I didn't hear anything from them until 3/5 even though I e-mailed and called. I checked the web-site and the item I ordered was listed for significantly more. I was sure that they found out that their price was too low and were just not responding so they wouldn't have to fill the order. Then, I found this web-site and saw the negative comments and aggressive responses that criticized customers. I thought for sure I had been had. I was very wrong. I made the same mistake as most of the people with negative comments on this site. I didn't do my homework to know who I was buying from and how their business operates. Further, I never really gave them a chance. When I did hear from them and spoke with them on the phone, they were very attentive, extremely freindly and clearly were prepared to resolve my concerns. It is obvious that they focus on providing good customer service. And, even better, they have an excellent business model. Their business model provides a good service to us consumers. They offer steep discounts compared to other retailers. But, they can't just sell things for cheaper than everyone else and still have the same cost. Anyone who owns a business, or even works for a business, knows that you can't give away your product for less than you paid or you won't be in business long. So, these guys find the cheapest possible cost and resell it to you at the lowest possible price. I guess that sometimes takes substantial effort on their part and a little patience from us, but in the end it is definitely worth the wait. I would prefer that they use their time to find the lowest cost, than for me to have to spend hour after hour searching on my own time.

Even though the price was higher on the web-site after I ordered this product, there was not a mention of charging me a higher price. I got an unbeatable price, good service and my product arrived in approximately 2 weeks. You can't beat that! I will do business with them again, and I would will recommend them to my friends. However, do yourself a favor and take a minute to understand their business. Seems like an obvious step if you are going to order on the internet, but it's a step I skipped. I would have saved myself some worrying.

All in all, one of the best retailers I have bought from on the Internet.

Miami, FL 33169). I recently had to make a complicated return/exchange. Keva Jantz was tremendously helpful!
She was very prompt in returning my initial call. Her return calls to keep me posted were thorough, polite and most professional. She continued to keep me notified (via email) the progress of my case. She very carefully explained to me the return/exchange procedure and provided explicit directions for me to follow. She truly could not do enough to assist me with this issue. I cannot speak highly enough of Keva Jantz and her exquisite customer service skills. Honestly, my experience with Keva Jantz was unbelievably positive.
